Asked for a soy cappuccino. Waited ten mins before they came back and said they couldn't get the steamer to work. I think for 17 euros that shouldn't have been a problem. The swimming pool needs to open at 8 am so adults can swim before the kids take over the pool. We paid to stay at this hotel because it had a pool. We weren't able to use the pool, it was like kids camp, full of inflatables.

The best part of my stay was the amazing breakfast and the exceptional staff at the reception and bar. The breakfast offered a fantastic variety of delicious options, and the staff was amiable and attentive.
A bad experience that ruined two nights of our vacation. We booked 2 rooms, but one had a broken AC in the middle of summer, making it impossible to sleep. The first night, they provided only a fan, which was useless in the heat. The second night, my entire family had to squeeze into one room, which was extremely uncomfortable. When we left, the reception promised to reimburse all costs for breakfast, drinks, and fees for the entire family, but even that was less than we deserved. Ultimately, they only reimbursed around €106. This was a huge disappointment, especially considering we paid over €600 for what turned out to be a terrible experience at a 4-star hotel.

This place totally exceeded our expectations. It was WAY better than we expected from the photos and reviews. The lobby is full huge, active, and full of amenities. The rooms are large, clean, and otherwise great. The complaints about noise were unfounded for us (we had our best sleeps in ages during our stay). It's true the coffee maker is a mystery (I have a PhD in engineering and could not figure it out). The bar was closed, which is a pity considering the great atmosphere. The staff were a bit sparse later on, but that wasn't a problem for us. They let us keep our bikes safe in an unused conference room.

Reservations No one answered the phone After calling several times someone answered and said I was new and didn't know anything. They charge a separate fee for pets without providing any service. At the time of booking, they didn't mention the extra fee and only said pet friendly.

I didn't like this hotel at all. I think that's the worst place I have stayed traveling through France
I did not like the room. Very dark colors like black and red. I got a room with a small window to the inside courtyard. Really awful. I was too jetlagged to fight for a better room. The hotel was half empty so this receptionist welcoming me could make a better judgement and give me a better room. Had no idea that standard room means a very dark obscure room with no natural light. Location it is not bad but no great either. There's still a quite a walk to the old city. Absolutely not worth it 4 Stars. No water in the room, no mini bar, basic bathroom and very tiny room. My advice, stay somewhere else ...

Hotel had great staff who really tried to make our stay smoother despite inconveniences. Rooms were well equipped and had a decent surface. Hotel has swimming pool and offers the necessary equipment to join. It also offers privacy in terms of neighbour room sounds.

Deeply disappointed by the 8 am sound made by a drilling machine - staff clarified that it was not them doing the works, but still hard to digest for a weekend morning - still would consider booking them as we hope this was an exception rather than a rule.

Location was good, kids loved the pool, continental breakfast had everything we expected. 1-BR room with living room/kitchen (very rare for hotels) was large and had a kitchenette.
AC was broken in our room, making nights very uncomfortable in ~35C weather. The staff did give us fans and manager was responsive in giving a partial refund, which I appreciated.
I understand mechanical issues happen; they managed as best they could. AC, proximity to the beach, and pool (in that order) were really the only reasons we had booked there.

The ad is misleading. It shows only rooms with bathtub however there is only shower in the room. When ask the staff, it claimed “it’s just a photo”. When ask the clerk at the spot to help, it first said there could be compensation in the morning and in the morning they told otherwise.
Requested Booking.com to support and it’s a week now we got nothing. There is still no intention to update the misleading ad on the room type.
In addition, the room was not fully cleaned. Residuals could be found in the cups.

The property was very clean! The staff were very friendly. The pool area was a lovely bonus and way to relax after walking around all day! Although I didn’t love the walk part of the way through, the proximity to the main square area was excellent. It was about a 15 minute walk to get to an area with lots of restaurants and then that lead you further into the area with the monuments and museums.
Nothing really about the property itself however, it didn’t feel like the best location to walk through to get to the main square in Arles. The street that you walk down is dark and made me feel a bit uncomfortable.

Exceptional breakfast. Great activities available...indoor pool, sauna, spa, play area for children. Location was an easy walk to main attractions, however, Arles is a little more run down than most French towns.
There was no on-site restaurant. This was unfortunate since we were experiencing terrible weather and did not wish to leave the hotel. However, they did have smaller snacks available that we made due with. Also, we were given an interior room with a window that faced another room. This was horrible since we had to have the drapes drawn at all times for privacy, thus had no natural light. If it weren't for this, the hotel would have been perfect.

Okay room and hotel for 1-2 nights stay, it has a pool but we didn't try it. Generally, close to the old town and attractions, all within walking distance (~25-30 min from the train station).
As with many places in Provence, 'car is the king', so if you want to walk, prepare to wait at the traffic lights, watch the roads that you're about to cross and be patient. The hotel is not so conveniently located if you're not driving (but could be worse).

Front desk clerk, Eva, was very helpful and understanding when our room keys were not working and also in getting a light bulb for our desk lamp. The technician, Jeremy, also worked hard to fix our balcony door lock and also replace the batteries in the room safe. Enjoyable stay.
