We chose this apartment hotel because of the location, the space and facilities in the apartment.
Unfortunately when we checked in , we are told the Wifi doesn’t work. And nobody knows when the problem would be fixed. We have to ask every bar or cafe if they have Wifi then we have to order something in order to get the Wifi access. They could provide some hotspot or free data. I think we should get some compensation from the hotel because Free WIFI is a basic service.

Helpful reception staff, the location of the hotel is fantastic and its a comfortable and convenient hotel to stay at. Its the second time we visit -it was super practical: we could park the car safely in the basement, its animal-friendly perfect with big balcony and a nice park 2 min walk from hotel, perfect for dog walks in the morning and evening, the apartments are really nice and clean. We would love to retun.

Central, peaceful location, very friendly, helpful staff, large rooms, excellent kitchen. A bit dated, but that is fine. Large veranda. Great light-blocking screen in the bedroom.
Reception desk is closed for four hours in the middle of the day. Hairdryer in the bathroom doesn't really work, front desk loaned a second hairdryer which wasn't much better (bring your own if you have long hair!). All the channels didn't work on the TV, but that doesn't matter there are other things to do!

Excellent location within walking distance of the ocean, the market, the supermarket, shops, bars, and restaurants.
Check-in was seamless and the reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly and spoke English, which was such a bonus. They were able to ask any questions asked.
It was quite shabby. The carpets were grubby, the floor and kitchen tiles were chipped and broken. The balcony door did not close without a lot of effort. The sinks and bath stoppers were broken. The safe we was not fixed to the wall so could have been taken.
Reception was staffed only for a few hours in the morning and the evening and had no contact number in case of emergencies.

I arrived early about 11am, the receptionist was there and my room was ready for me completely unexpectedly when I arrived. The staff were super helpful and very friendly and gave me all the info of what to do to store my bags and leave the key as the reception would be closed when i checked out. The room was really clean and warm. The place was quiet and it had all that I needed to cook for myself for my 2 night stay. I think staying in December helped the quiet. Although there were no instructions for the induction hobs I managed to work it no problems. The shower was really good also. Oh and the location was perfect, being really close to the indoor food market meant everything thing and more was available to me a few blocks away, even an oat milk flat white which I didn't find anywhere else.
There were no filters for the coffee machine, which was fine but would of been great. No instructions for the induction hob. The balcony door didn't lock.

The facilites were great, with plenty of space and everything you need when you travel with a young family. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen fully equipped. The location is perfect: away from the noise, but very close to town and all amenities. I would definitely recommend.
The reception service can be significantly improved.
We had a couple of issues in our flat and they were never fixed. It seems as it was the beginning of the season and they were not ready to offer a full service.

Duvets were a bit heavy so it got hot at night without any air-conditioning.

Having a kitchen in the room is quite convenient.
The fact that reception is only open from 7.30, and only a few hours during the day. We arrived and left earlier than that, and, on arrival, we had to wait until we were able to leave our bags in the storage room.
Guests are also supposed to empty their rubbish when they leave and clean the dishes they may have used, or else they will be charged a fine. I especially don't agree with having to empty the trash.

Clean seems to have been refurbished recently. Very friendly and welcoming staff and excellent communications. Easy access to beach and shopping and transport. Cafes and Boulangeries close by. Kitchen equipment was ok.
We travelled by plane which was late. Got to accomodation but nothing for us in the room and supermarkets closed so no milk tea or indeed anything for us and nowhere to get it. “Coffee machine” was a filter-no coffee or filters. We decided they only wanted guests who arrive in cars with their own provisions and not anyone else. No washing machine, iron etc.
Bed was very hard didn’t suit us but for others it may be fine.

The location was very central to shops, restaurants, a lovely park and the beaches. We had a double bedroom and a small one with bunk beds which we didn't need but kept our cases there . We had a decent sized bathroom with a separate WC. There was also a Kitchen/dining area/living room, not huge but an ok size with a balcony that you could sit out on.
There is a lift in the building and the reception area is staffed from 7.30am to 11.30am and from 4pm to 8pm. Staff were friendly and polite and on hand if you had any problems.

A lovely apartment very centrally placed in Biarritz, a short walk from the seafront, shops ,bars and restaurants as well as the market .There is an excellent boulangerie very close at hand and the bus stop for buses to the station is a few minutes'walk away.The apartment was more spacious than we thought and there is a good sized balcony ,enough room for 2 chairs and table as well as space to dry washing.The kitchen area was well equipped to prepare simple meals.We did have to ask for instructions for operating the hob but once we had them there was no problem. A cleaning pack with washing up liquid etc was provided.The reception team were very helpful.We didn't use the alcove with bunk beds but for families it could be useful to know that this was separate from the main bedroom. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay.
Just a very minor point but it would have been nice to have bedside lights providing softer light.There is no washing machine but we knew that in advance, and a drying rack is provided.

Perfectly located and well equipped little apartment. Easy access to beaches, market and shops as well as bus stop to train station and airport. the flat was clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed, including a slim dishwasher and a welcome pack with dishwasher tablets and cleaning liquids and sponges so it was ideal for our week's stay. Very pleasant staff too.
The double room was lovely but the bunk bed area was small and had no storage so perhaps not ideal flat for 3 adults but great for a couple or a family with small children.

The flat was excellent for our needs. The extra details were a bonus, the toiletries, the cleaning products, and a fantastic shower.
Also I have to mention Nelly, one of the receptionists. While everyone we dealt with was very helpful, Nelly was especially friendly and kind. She was very enthusiastic about Biarritz and was keen to advise on shops, restaurants etc.
The only thing we would have liked was Netflix access. Although the app seemed to be on the TV, we couldn't find a way to sign in. However we decided not tomention it to staff as it wasn't essential. It may be that if we had mentioned it there would have been a solution.

The location is great for many things, including the food marketplace, the post office, restaurants, a bus stop, and also, the beach. Also the balcony was very enjoyable.
The kitchen had sufficient pots, silverware, cups, and plates. Also a coffeemaker. However it was hard to cook without any other cooking amenities such as salt and pepper, paper towels, and cooking oil.

Kitchen was well equipped making simple meals easy to cook and dishwasher and cleaning materials provided made the cleaning- up easy and straightforward. Particularly enjoyed breakfast sitting on the balcony. Overall good value for money. Biarritz although very beautiful is an expensive holiday destination for British visitors.
The bed was a good size and very comfortable. The pillows were ideal too. However, no top sheet was provided and sleeping was very unpleasant in the absence of air conditioning as we were too hot. We removed the quilt from the duvet cover which we slept under which helped a bit. Reception provided us with a portable fan which also improved the situation. The bedroom would benefit from the installation of ceiling mounted fans. On arrival Biarritz airport we waited 45 minutes for our promised LeCab taxi which never showed up. Eventually we were forced to make other arrangements to reach our accommodation.

Staff were kind. Location was great. We were moved to a better room but only after we complained.
We were given an apartment that did not look like the pictures and I couldn't understand why this place had such great reviews. There were dozens of cracked floor tiles in the living room and hallway--some cracks so bad that I was not able to walk around the place with bare feet. As soon as I turned the water on in the shower, the shower head drooped down so that water was only spraying the wall behind it. No matter what I tried, it wouldn't stay up once the water was turned on. It kept dropping.
There was a futon in the living room -- not the couch that was in the listing.
I should have picked up on the fact that the TV in the listing is clearly from many years ago and thus the pictures were from many years ago.
After the first night, when I complained, they explained that not all of the apartments had been updated and moved us to an updated one. I can't believe this place lists themselves as four stars. Our first room was definitely NOT four stars.

Our small apartment was just a short walk to the beach and was convenient to the market, cafés, etc. It was modern, clean, and included a small kitchen with essential table and cookware. We enjoyed having a living room separate from the bedroom for our two-week stay. Additionally, we appreciated the staff at Reception who were always friendly and helpful.
As temperatures seem to be rising more and more each summer, air conditioning is becoming a desirable amenity that our apartment didn't include. However, the Résidence provided us with a fan that helped considerably on the hottest days.

They first gave us a room where there was already someone! At first we thought they hadn't cleaned the room, but after the people that were staying in the room came out and it was very awkward. We had lots of luggage so it was quite annoying having to move everything back to the other building where they finally give us a bedroom. It was a bit disapointing as I had chosen a bedroom with ocean view, and I ended up having a "street" view.
