There are like two power sockets in the room, both of them occupied and far from the bed, not really convinient. The hotel is indeed noisy, you can hear ventilation all the time or any sound really (we got unlucky and some other guest left their dog in the room, probably alone, and it was howling for like two hours early in the morning). The beds are short! If you are taller than average, this might be an issue

Very close to the centre of Bordeaux whilst remaining quiet and private. The lighting in the room was lovely and the beds very comfortable. Everything in the kitchenette worked and the hotel room was suitably clean.
When attempting to check in, our train times had changed to a time when reception wasn't available. We attempted to email (well in advance) to let them know this and ask for the codes that we should have been provided with according to the description on the site, however, we never got a response, meaning we had to desperately ask for help (neither me nor my travel partner could call French numbers from our phones).
It seems strange that, in a country where travel disruptions are very common due to strikes, the staff are not more proactive with checking emails for changes in arrival times/arrangements.

I had booked 4 twin rooms for 8 people, when we arrived 3 rooms out of 4 were double beds. Also requested balconies but none were available. Very basic hotel, no seating area, if you want to relax.

The location was in a nice quiet part of the city, with supermarkets close by for groceries.
We were provided with extra blankets for my baby travel cot and a high chair.
Good supply of extra pillows etc.
on check in we had a lovely girl. Good supply of hot water. Having the water filter in lobby helped.
The appartments were not the cleanest. In fact our floor was filthy, and we were only provided with a small dust pan and brush. Can’t understand why a full length brush was not included. We had a baby because the floor was so dirty I had to keep leggings and socks on her the whole time. I was down on my hands and knees every night trying to sweep it and use antibacterial wipes on it.
I did manage to catch the cleaner next door one day and asked if I cuddle borrow her vacuum cleaner and. I’d do it myself d she said yes, but it never happened. Even when the Appartment was cleaned once the floors were still dirty.
We had a bit of a safety issue as well with the balcony, our little one climbed out onto it as was about to start climbing the rails, we had to keep it blocked from then on which was such a shame.
Our shower pressure was so so poor. It too an age to fill for the baby bath. Same for us to have a shower. The shower screen was loose, the bath panel was broken and there was no kick boards or bottom to the sink unit, which added further to the dirt.
A kettle for boiling water to make tea, sterilise baby stuff would have been a great help.

Good for one night stay. Breakfast was ok, juice, tea/coffee, bread, yogurt and boiled egg, nothing fancy but can get through lunch. It was little bit far from citycenter. Good clean pool. Parking area (underground) is wide for big car. Nice little kitchen in the room. Water pressure was ok, but could be better.
We booked 2 beds, didn't get it, was little hassle with it, but manage to separate beds and ask extra sheet for the bed, very helpful staff. There was weed smell, good that didn't get to our room. There was also +39c outside and no conditioner, so the night was little off. There was a table fan, but room was very hot through night. On the map it was showing that center is near, but was little too far for walk (own fault that didn't check).

The hallways were a bit dark, we couldn’t see the lock of the door of the room, not even in the morning. The sensor of the light of the garage is quick and we didn’t know we needed to press a switch to turn on the lights, so we stayed in the dark getting our stuff.

The room was quite spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood of Bordeaux within walking distance of the cathedral and centre. It had everything I needed for a couple of nights' stay and was also very good value for money.
The shower was a bit strange - kind of a mini bathtub that functions as a shower. There are also not so many grocery stores or bakeries immediately surrounding the hotel, but luckily, the centre is not that far away.
