We received an email confirming that we had parking booked for 2 nights on arrival we were told that they do not reserve parking and its a first come basis even though it had been charged to our booking. over all a bad experience

The personnel in reception were very helpful.
The apartment was very small , two small for two people. Beds are small and not comfortable. Only one roll of toilet paper left for three days.; only two sachets of coffee left in the room. During three days no one ever came to check if eg. change of towels is necessary or if enough of shower gel is in the bathroom . Lightning in the bedroom was very bad.

We like this hotel. We had a wonderful stay. Space was good for a family of 6. Food establishments are available nearby. The town centre was accessible by foot although at a distance. Public transport available nearby.
There was a laundry facility at the hotel, payable by app.
The bottle of soap in the bathroom was empty when we checked in. The toilet does not have a sink, so you need to go to the next room to wash your hands after the toilet. A setup we found rather unhygienic.

The room is super nice, clean and spacious. The kitchen has all necessary appliances, even a dishwasher. The view as for the main road, beautiful with trees along the way. The room was quiet and with dark courtains, big bathroom, nice shower. Location is a bit out of city, but easily reached by tram or bike, about 20m from city centre.
We choose the breakfast for one day and regretted not to book for the others, fresh food, and healthy options as well.
We had to leave around 3am and there was a staff on the reception, so no problem.
The coffee at the breakfast wasn't very good, maybe was something wrong with the machine

We walked into Bordeaux from the apartment, didn't take long, but there is also the tram or bus. Carrefour supermarket close by. Area felt safe in the evening. Stayed there twice (at the beginning and end of a holiday). Would definitely recommend. We got a free upgrade on our second stay.

good value for money - everything worked and the bed was comfortable. There was no hairdryer in the room but I merely asked at reception and one was in my room on our return. The air con went off on 2 times in our 7 days stay but again told reception and was working on our return. The breakfast was good value for money compared to the city centre offerings and was quite comprehensive. (cold buffet). the location felt safe and only a 4 min walk to the tram stop to travel into the city centre or to the airport. Good view from our 6th floor room. Staff were friendly and helpful. it was all good!
We stayed 7 days but had to ask for clean towels and more toilet paper, but did get these as soon as we requested. the rooms are a little tired but on the whole clean but just needs a refresh. The floors were pretty dusty.

The location is ok, close to the tram station or you can walk to the city centre in 15-20 min
They NEVER clean the room or the bin. If you want clean towel or hairdryer you need to ask. I ask if the room will be cleaned, they said they clean every five days, so if you stay for six nights, probably it can happen, I stayed five nights, no cleaning at all.
There was an issue with the sink terribly leaking and I told in the morning the receptionist about it, and he promised to check. When I came back in the evening, nothing was done and another receptionist had no idea about the issue, he promised to come to the room and check. He came at 22:15, I was almost asleep after all day walking and he said, ok, if you don't want. So I realised it was the only option to get it done, he checked, it was heavily leaking, he did nothing and promised to get a plumber the next day.
The shower is really from 60-70s with a very thin door, so could be a problem for someone with extra weight or tall person, the door is literally 25-30 cm wide and 170 cm high.

Room was exactly as you would expect for the price, basic, but perfectly acceptable and clean. A little over ten minutes by tram to town centre and practically on the direct tram line for the airport (far enough away that noise is not an issue).
Street outside was too noisy to leave the window open at night (hardly the hotels’s fault). In room A/C was fine but personal preference for “fresh” air.

Staff was friendly, the price was good, parking right in front of the hotel. Also, we booked the room very late, so it was great to have it ready in less than 2 hours. We only stayed one night, and it was a confortable place to rest.
It lacked in cleanness (the shower really threw me off), the walls were super thin so I got to hear stuff that I really didn't want to hear from the room next to us. The room is not the most cozy and pleasant, but, for the price, it was adequate.
However, it is really important to account for the fact that we booked the room like two hours before arriving, so they didn't necessarily have that much time to get it ready. If we had booked with more time, I think our experience could have been different.

We chose the hotel on the criteria of being near the attractions of the city but on a transport (tram) line to the airport for when we were leaving. Check-in was fine, room was good with all the facilities we needed. Place was clean and tidy - and again the window could be open. Staff were helpful.
The location was our only issue due only to the near proximity (about 1 km) from the main police station - and quite a few times day and night the sound of noisy cars and bikes with sirens blaring passed the hotel. I dont know whether this happens all the time or there was something unusual happening at the time of our visit. There was no issues with the hotel as such.

The apartment had a kitchenette and some of the plates and cuttlery were a bid dirty so I had to pre-wash before using.

Location was perfect for a rugby game in Stade Chaban Delmas. Reception was fine with no issues with check-in and check-out being seamless.
The room was dirty with human hairs all over the bed, both under the quilt and on top of it. Dead flies littered the carpet and window sills. The shower was impossible to use as the water temp alternated between scalding hot and freezing cold despite best efforts to control it.

The rooms are really big.
Great location for those traveling with a car.
Free parking on the street is just 50m away from the Hotel.
The stuff is very friendly and helpful.

Easy to get there by car. We could park in the street for free thanks to being bank holiday. The city centre can be reached walking 30 min, but trams and bus are available too.

Location was good. Hotel offered and arranged for me nearby public parking facility which I used and was super convenient. Some employees (Pierre-Emmanuel & Morgane were helpful and friendly)...
A lot of things: room was supposed to have A/C, but it was not working (front desk employee told me "the hotel company shut A/C down because last week most hotel guests were complaining it was to cold and they could not control room temperature; therefore hotel company set up temperature at 18/19 C; it is fixed and we cannot do anything"; he politely got a FAN for us (which was accepted)! Sofa bed had a big and nasty stain on it (we had to cover it with bed sheets); shower floor was dirty and slippery (we went to Carrefour Express less than 1 km from the hotel and purchased cleaning products to use it there); bathroom faucet and hanging towel devices on door were super loose; and 'the cherry on top of the icing" was that the last night stay when going to the airport -at around 5AM last Friday- I wake up with the feeling that "something pricked my right hip" and it was correct: I found several small bugs in the bed!!! and I had an insect bite on my right hip!!! That's is unacceptable! Another thing is: to open the room door (room 605) one must had two hands free because after using the card to open it one must pull the door hard towards you and maneuvering the door handle to try to get it open (normally after 2/3 attempts one may be able to open it or simply call a family member inside the bedroom to open it for you)! The funny thing is that every morning when exiting the hotel we saw several housekeeping hotel employees and someone who seems to be managing them; it is very clear to me that those employees and the head of housekeeping ARE not doing their job! I advise Booking.com to supervise a little bit the properties you advertise in your web platform! This hotel could not be there! Our experience at Apart'City Classique Bordeaux Centre is one to forget!!!
