Amazing location. You could tell the building is quite old (common for Europe) but they dressed it up well. It was furnished well, clean and had character. Staff were helpful. Rooms were small but as expected and still enough space for us with 2 big suitcases. Great value for money in what is otherwise a fairly costly part of Europe.
There was a slight sewage smell in the evenings (probably from the building itself) but can be overlooked. We got used to it after a while. Elevator is pretty small but it isn’t a long wait and we managed easily even with 2 big suitcases and couple of backpacks.

A well-located hotel, with proximity to public transport, and numerous cafes, attractions and shops, which meant that even 'staying local' and walking around the neighbourhood was a pleasure. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.
Arguably, it would have been nice to have had an English-language news channel on the tv (for example, Sky News), as all the channels were French. But not having it certainly added to the holiday experience.

The comfy bed, the bathroom, the central location, the quite pretty compact room. All staff are very nice and helpful. I'd stay here again if I were in Bordeaux, but breakfast needs to be improved. Some hot food would help.
There is no lounge, in which to sit. The breakfast room is well run, but there is very little fresh fruit. One small bowl of grapefruit, apple, orange and some loose oranges etc but not a good varied fruit salad. No warm eggs either.

Hotel was quite difficult to find as entrance not very visible, looks just a doorway to an apartment & not an entrance to a hotel/business. Although the location is well placed, the photos for booking illustrations appear to show much bigger rooms than you get, so a bit of a shock at how compact they are. Wouldn't recommend for anything other than an overnight stay, just too small

The location of the hotel is really good, and I genuinely liked the room the interior was very nice and comfortable.
I would like to report a very disturbing experience during my stay. At around 8:00 AM, the cleaning staff attempted to open my room door, even though I clearly notified them that I was inside. Instead of leaving, the cleaner began making extremely loud noise right outside my door with a vacuum. It felt intentional and was very distressing.
Later, around 10:00 AM, she tried to open the door again, and I had to shout that I was still in the room. This repeated disturbance made my stay feel like a nightmare.
When I checked in, the receptionist had already incorrectly informed me that I had to leave at 11 instead of the usual 12, which makes me feel this was done deliberately.

I had to book a night at this hotel at the last minute because my train got cancelled, and it was such a pleasant surprise! Well located, simple yet super comfortable and beautifully decorated. The hotel I stayed at just before coming here felt so impersonal, and they had extra charges for everything, including holding my bag after check out for a bit - in contrast, here they had free croissants and coffee/tea in the lobby, they allowed me to check in early since the room was ready, and even had some nice snacks and a toy for my dog :)

Room was small, like all French 3-stars, but well organized, and the shower was nice and large. Front desk staff Stephanie was very friendly and spoke many languarage. Coffee was provided. Enjoyed the view of the pedestrian street from 2nd floor.
The location, in the "Golden Triangle" area of Bordeaux, is mostly an upscale shopping district, with few good restaurant options.

The room was a little small and the thermostat in the room was set, we couldn't change it. Also, we thought parking was included since the parking symbol didn't have a dollar sign on the website.

Very central location and loved that we had tea/coffee in the room as you don’t often in Europe. Also additional drinks in reception with pastry’s etc. breakfast was excellent and room was very comfortable and perfect for our needs.

The location was great, right in the middle of everything and tram stops nearby. Good noise insolation. The staff were always welcoming and pleasant. And the room was nicely decorated.
The pressure in the shower was very low and at peak showering times in the morning and everything there was barely any hot water. The housekeepers would just tidy up the room and bathroom, but would not clean.

There was a problem with the heating system, they say its 24 but it did’t go further than 19 degree, air condiotion works when ever he wants I asked an extra blanket but they brought me an other quilt.
