The location is perfect. Also the garage downstairs. Suitable for guests travelling by car. Very nice and helpful receptionist. Big terrace. The furniture is old, but I dont mind that, very spaceful apartment.
There was no hot water in the bathroom after the first shower.

We stayed at top floor apartment #806 with beautiful beach view and railways. You could wash your dishes in the kitchen while enjoying nice sea view and listening to crushing waves.
There is a large crack on the living room floor tiles, lots of pigeon guano on the balcony which could lead to harmful diseases.

dead blood on towel as arrival. Hotel was disgusting. they didn't come to clean. The most disgusting appartement i’ve ever went ( see picture ) . Im gonna sue them. The manager wanted to slap me in my face i have everything on tape. the pictures they posted on booking.com do not match the apartment itself.
Staff unfriendly. It was not worth the €1300!!
they are thieves. i paid for the apartment before entering the apartment and found it dirty. There was hair on the floor. They stole money from my wallet when i left my appartment.

good bed, large space
curtains gave no privacy. I had to get changed in the hallway as with the lights on you could see everything. towel should be included in the room charge. awkward and confusing entry directions/ no mention of fob to open the main door! no clear instruction about gaining access thru green gate for late arrival..

Great value for money if on a budget, beautiful scenery on the walk to Cannes (30 mins)
The location is quite a distance away with little public transport to leave you in Cannes centre. Many issues with staff. Firstly, at the pool we were never adviced in any communication that we needed a wristband, this led to us being evicted from the pool until we could provide a wristband, and the reception did not open until 4pm so we could get a wristband. Additionally, my partner left a bracelet on the dining room table as we were rushed to check out an hour before the specified time. We take full responsibility for the losing of the bracelet. However, when we contacted to retrieve the bracelet, we were told over the phone they don’t understand and to email. We are now home a month and have emailed 9 times and gotten no response. The bracelet isn’t expensive and just has sentimental value, and there is no way it was anywhere else. They have either thrown it out or chosen to keep it. Absolute disgrace

Rooms were spacious
Advertised as having a pool but when we tried to swim we weren’t allowed in due to not having a wrist band. Tried to go to reception, no one there.
Took a security deposit, which wouldn’t be an issue if the rooms were in any fit state. Sockets hanging off, damaged flooring, bath, sinks, doors , drawers, cabinets etc. had to take pictures of EVERYTHING to show it wasn’t caused by us.

Very close to the wonderful beach and just in the opposite side a supermarket all the time open also a bakery and coffee store very close
To be honest the cheapest in Cannes..
Very old furnitures and the room was like an under construction one (wall from painted clothe)!
Just outside of the reception smells like toilet☹️

Security of the premises was great.
I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. The photos and description did not match. It was a run day apartment. Lights didn’t work, they had lamps in the bedroom and they didn’t work. Kitchen was disgusting, couldn’t bare to touch anything. Bottom line is don’t book this place.

A good complex, right next to the beach, had an amazing room on the top floor with a sea view, absolutely stunning. Clean and spacious. The pool is a bit long way out of the building but is worth the trek.
The furniture is a bit dated. One of the small beds was a bit broken. Apart from that no complaints.

WE didn't visit the beach here but did visit the downtown and where the Cannes Film festival occurs. We also visited the other communities near by. Parking lot was good but tight.
It was a little hard to get around here so we didn't spend much time near the hotel.

Excellent location, close to train and 30 minutes walk to Cannes centre. The balcony was the best with a lovely sea view and hearing the waves. Large apartment with room for at least 4 people
The kitchen was very tired and could do with a renovation. The reception was not staffed all the time

- Some wall sockets didn't work.
- TV didn't work.
- The bathroom was very old with mould in the corners and a very stained/scratched bath tub.
- x2 kitchen cooktop knobs were broken.

The building was very close to the sea
The whole block stank terribly, the floor in the apartment was sticky, the cupboards couldn't be opened and the kitchen was full of ants that feasted on our food. We contacted the reception and asked for a place in the underground garage The lady at the reception advised us to park our car on the street because her car park was already full, but she informed us about this fact after the hour had passed by which we could cancel our stay for free, she assured us that it was very safe??????(the car with the broken rear window is ours)

Budget friendly, Location, Unit size, Big Balcony facing the sea.
1. Check-In was very stressful as the staff kept me waiting for more than 25mins as she was on phone. She only disconnected the call when other local guests arrived for check-in and started complaining. Though she regretted later but proper training for reception employees is expected from the business owner to have more welcoming experience for their guests.
2. Bathroom needs renovation
3. Plates, bowls and cups in the kitchen are overused and needs to be replaced.
Overall its budget friendly accommodation if you are just looking for a day or max 2 nights of stay in Cannes. So will recommend for sure.

The muggy air and the toilet moves when used and sink is across from the bathroom and no ventilation, lights sometimes would not work,no ac/heater,the staircase had a pungent smell, and the hallways smell.
