It was just 3 min from the airport, breakfast included was good with coffee and other bits. Security after 22:00 with code for entrance to the property with car.
The access to the street to get into the property was confusing( not property's fault),

Friendly staff, budget hotel, ok for one night.
The room had a weird smell, the doors were hard to close, you have to slam it strongly which makes a lot of noise. You can hear the other rooms and the outside road, breakfast is too simple and limited for the price.

It is cheap and basic hotel, funcional room, but tiny, bathroom also tiny...
Still I would repeat, that was good economical option.
Breakfast was OK, even thought there were no crossaints.
Bed was comfortable
It´s a place to come, sleep and leave - also close to the motorway and plenty of parking space.
Room was tiny, window was tiny, bathroom was tiny... Fine to stay overnight.
Also you need to have a car to go virtually anywhere from there

Close to the airport
Automatic check in at 10pm - we were double charged for the breakfast and the credit card used to reserve the booking was not accepted at the machine
Reception were unable to refund the overcharge the next morning and have told us to send an email!
The bed sheets, although laundered, were very old and had several holes in them and some very bad stains. Only really fit for the bin or rags!

Door and window drafty, wind was blowing the curtain. Bathroom very small.
No staff there after 9 PM. Somebody blew the fuses after that and our electrical outlets did not work all night so we could not charge our phones because we could not get a hold of anybody

For those uninitiated, premier classe is a chain of absolute basic rooms, usually situated in out of town locations.
Bed was reasonably comfortable, wifi works, aldi 2 minutes away.
I stay in lots of these places, so im very used to them.
What made this place stand out from the rest was the cleanliness of the room ....hats off to your cleaning staff for an excellent job.
As per always, fainted smell of smoke in the room.
Smokers, do us all a favour and do it outside.

We arrived late into Carcassonne by plane so it made sense to stay near the airport for the night. Literally just needed somewhere to get our heads down. £40 for a night. The room was fine. Clean, a comfortable bed and a shower with hot water. The breakfast was £5 and I know you get what you pay for....but I wished they had provided croissants. A minor thing and it's a cheap breakfast with as much juice, tea and coffee as you would like. There were some brioche type buns, baguette and sliced bread with a lonely looking toaster. In fairness there were also yoghurts and fruit puree in a jar. For late night arrival into Carcassonne it was more than fine. No point in spending any more when we are leaving at 0800 the next morning. WIFI also good.
Just the lack of croissants!

The beds where good and that was all we actually needed passing the city late at night. Parking inside locked area.
No service here. A bit difficult for us to get in since we dont understand French. Rooms like a container, very small. Bathroom like a box.
If you just need to sleep some hours in a nice bed - thats what you get here.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Good value for a budget hotel. Plenty of parking and the bonus was the Aldi supermarket on the opposite side of the hotel. Very convenient as the location was a little out of town. Wifi was good.
Reception staff hours are limited and I noted some people having a problem with understanding the automated system but they got their room after several attempts.

The location wasn't too far from the city only a 10 min bus journey the hotel was near a shopping centre too which was good for us
The woman in reception on arrival wasn't very helpful I did arrive a little early but that's only because I got an email at 11 in the morning to say my room was ready and that email came from the hotel itself and the woman in reception was like no not possible come back at 2 despite it been 30 odd degrees with a kid and 3 suitcases they didn't even have anywhere to let us put our bags while we went off somewhere rooms were tiny and outdated

Great value budget room for quick one night stay on outskirts of city, easy access from motorway. Good choice of fast food venues very close by, perfect for late arrival.
Room was a little cold and noisy due to busy road but this was to be expected.

It is cheap, clean and the staff were very helpful - we are bike packing and the bikes will fit inside a room for security - it’s not luxury, but very functional
All good - just don’t expect the ‘frills’ of a hotel - it is a room with en suite like a caravan!

Breakfast was ok, choice of yoghurts, no choice for fruit. Plenty of tea and coffee.
Surprised by how small the bathroom was, felt a bit like being in a cabin. A lot of road noise which made it difficult to sleep, guess it’s much quiet on the other side of the hotel.
