Close to the Casino bus stop (for accessing the train). Close to the port and eateries.
We were assigned a room on the lower floor with a balcony facing the back - which was good given our luggage and for noise reduction.
Staff were generally friendly and helpful. The reception staff (evening shift) kindly helped arrange a taxi to get to the Port Miou Calanque early in the morning to see the calanques.
No lift/elevator! (Ask for a room on the lowest floor if you have heavy baggage).
The bathroom sink had pretty poor drainage due to the sink plug mechanism which sat low in the drain hole. At one point we accidentally closed it and had great difficulty prying it back open (we almost called the desk for help). Everything else about the room and bathroom was fine.
The location near waterfront bars and restaurants does mean that there is a fair amount of noise late into the night but it's pretty standard for the area.
The lady at reception on arrival was generally friendly but got a bit impatient at the end when we had a more complex query about using a local sim card (we were told she couldn't help and felt that she was in a hurry to end the conversation). Given staff say they have limited English (still way better than our French) best to stick to basic/conventional queries.

PROS: Location, location, location
The hotel is right on the waterfront and in the center of restaurants and excursion activities. The scenery was breathtaking and we scrapped plans to explore the coast and stayed in town. We took a Calanques tour in the afternoon. The staff was very friendly and professional. Audrey the manager (?) tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast offerings were ample, very typical for French locations, and free parking was available off-site, with either a walk or a shuttle. This is key benefit as Cassis can get very crowded.
CONS: Check while booking to learn the local French holidays if you want the balcony rooms. We booked a room with a balcony, which while booking, I knew would be above a nightclub. It was early May, a Tuesday and Wednesday night, and the nightclub at that time was only open on weekends, However, there were two(!) consecutive holidays that we did not know about, of course on our two nights, and the nightclub below was open until 5am and 4am. Audrey was kind enough to offer to change our room after the first night, but we had already left for the day's activities and did not have the time to repack and move, so it was our own decision to stay. We loved the hotel, just urging you to check ahead.

They do not have parking but provide advice pn where to park, which worked well, except that the shuttle to the parking is infrequent. The room was spacious with a decent bathroom.
The fact that the toilet door does not close. This was the same for our friends in the next room too. The shower could have been bigger by using the space that is available across the entire wall, which would have doubled the shower space and been easier to use.

Perfect location next to the port and just steps from all the cafes, restaurants and shops. We were there on a Friday and the markets were on right out the front. Our room was spacious and clean, bed was made daily. Great breakfast and the staff were so lovely and help with where to park our car. We had a room with the village view - lots of reviews have said it is very loud, however it was fine for us with the windows closed. Would definitely recommend.

The central location was incredible, and I appreciated the transparent communication as soon as I booked about the noise levels from the bar and club below. Everything was clean and worked well.
The baggage storage area was left unlocked the day I arrived, which was not reassuring. However, the woman at the desk the morning I checked out was very good about locking it every time, which I appreciated!

Pretty good for a 2star - clean, working aircon. They hotel prewarns you about the noise from the street but it wasn’t that bad, a big city like Berlin or London is far worse. Bought ear plugs and never ended up using them.
The staff are lovely and very helpful.
Not the properties fault, more a cassis thing- if you have lots of bags, note that the taxis in general won’t take you back up to the train station, and the online ones will just keep cancelling - you almost HAVE to take the bus back up.

The hotel location couldn't be better. Just in the center of Cassis, among the restaurants, bars, cafés, and very near to the beach. We asked for two rooms close to each other and the hotel was able to fulfil that request, which was very nice. The breakfast was also quite ok, nothing fancy but everyone found something to eat. The hotel doesn't have a parking space available but there are great public parkings nearby. For travellers with small baggage, this is a good choice.
The hotel mentions on their page that there is a night club located nearby and that it can be loud at night. We asked for rooms on the quieter side of the hotel but unfortunately, the noise was still a bit annoying. The staff could be more helpful. When booking two rooms, I indicated that the other one will be for my mom, who has a different surname. However, when checking in, the staff didn't realize this right away, and we had problems with getting the second key.
The hotel doesn't have an elevator. We were travelling with a small child so it was a bit inconvenient, especially as our rooms were located on the second floor.

This hotel was the perfect place to rest and unwind. The room was clean, comfortable, and provided everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach and downtown. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby, making it easy to enjoy the local food scene.

The hotel is really conveniently located, at very centre near the harbour, lots of cafes, restaurants and the tourist office. After reserving the room, we were messaged and asked whether we would like to stay in a room to the front of the house with sea view or on its village side as there is a night club downstairs which might be loud. We stayed in the latter and there was still quite a bit of noise there too, but it is tolerable when you completely close the window and we were warned in advance. In the hot months, it could be difficult - not sure if the room had air-conditioning.
The receptionists were friendly and helpful. We were allowed to leave our luggage there before check-in and after check-out which we maxed out completely.
There is a kettle with some tea bags and coffee in the room which might be handy after a windy day out. There was space to pack out the luggage conveniently.
The bathroom was also nice, clean and had all that you'd need.
Noise from the street, thin walls and/or doors so you can hear the neighbours and noise from the hallways.

The hotel is very central and therefore in a very noisy area. The superior room we took was so small - the double bed filled it entirely, we had to be careful to walk around it while in the room. Apparently that's Cassis style as we were advised by the reception :-)

In general, parking in Cassis can be a challenge. However, we utilized the free parking and took the shuttle bus down to the harbour area.
