The location, the friendliness of the reception staff. The lounge was very nice and cosy.

The room was quite small and the safety box had been put too high, I had to take a chair to reach it. The air conditioning didn’t work properly, especially the last day of my stay.

Great catering staff found the receptionist a little sarcastic and initially unhelpful when asked about private parking which was indicated on site, turned out a 15 - 20 minute walk humping all our motorcycle gear back to hotel because parking outside was for dropping off only. Private parking turned out to be £11 a night allegedly with armed security , turned out totally unmanned, cameras obviously newly installed still had the wrapping on obscuring the cameras

It was clean and easy to access.

We drove 5 hours, were really tired. Asked about parking and they sent us quite far in a public parking underground garage. Young couple comes after us in a Bentley, they park all night in front of the hotel door.

Liked everything, this is a very good hotel. Quality all over, starting with the very helpful staff at the front desk The room was very comfortable, very good bed-side lights, Slept way better than any log! The location is excellent too - quiet side street, yet only a 5-min. walk to the start of the Centre Ville. Highly recommended. The first photo on Booking does not do the hotel justice at all! A food tip: if you like your sushi freshly made, go to the Sushi Shop (25 Rue Bossuet) - we loved it, quality taste and presentation, great value too (though we're not Japanese, meaning we're not experts!).

Clean hotel in a quiet street, approximately 10 minute walk in to the main area in town for shops, restaurants and the cathedral. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Room was clean, AC worked well, and bathroom was a good size. The sleeping for the 4 of us in 2 double beds was a bit of a squeeze. No parking onsite, but only a short stroll away. We didn’t have the breakfast.

Some tea/coffee facility in the room would have been very welcome, and room was a little small for a family of 4.

The location is a just a few minutes walk to the old town centre, where the large food market is held. Ample cafes and restaurants. We upgraded to a larger room which was nice, bed was comfortable and it was quiet.

The room did not have tea and coffee making facilities or any glasses to have a drink of water just a couple of paper cups in the bathroom.

A wonderful hotel just a stone's throw from the center. A leisurely 5-minute walk to the market. The room is small but comfortable, clean and cozy. Good bed linen. The hotel has its own parking nearby for a reasonable price (something around 10 euros), but we were lucky to park in the city street parking right next to the entrance (it is free from 19:00 to 09:00, you can put 2-3 euros in the parking meter so as not to rush in the morning). There is also a separate parking space to unload suitcases upon arrival and get a ticket for the hotel parking). We asked for a quiet room and our windows overlooked the courtyard. But apparently rooms with windows overlooking the street are also quiet because there is minimal traffic on the street. The breakfast was delicious and quite varied. Staff on reseption was kind and effective both on check-in and check-out.

Really excellentyly located near a tram stop and right on the edge of the "Centre ville" so easy waling distance to the heart of Dijon. The room (superior double room) has everything you need and is large enough and cosy. The staff were without exception very friendly and always greeted us when entering or leaving the hotel.

The door to the bathroom is a joke. The sliding door is so far away from the wall that you can not only hear every noise from the bathroom in the room, but also have a good view of the toilet from the bed even when the door is closed.
