Very hot and really noisy. We times with bands in the square that finished at 2 am. We asked for free parking on the web sites but that was 800m away and one of the party was less able. There is a lifpft. I would go back to Honfleur but not stay here

The hotel was very conveniently situated near to all the restaurants and bars. The breakfast was very nice and the staff were very helpful.
The spiral stairs in the hotel are quite difficult but there is a lift so no problem getting up to the bedrooms. The free car parking is quite a distance from the hotel.

Excellent location, right in the heart of the town and within minutes to all the good spots to be.
The room had a great view over the hustle and bustle, the bed was comfortable and the room was big enough. The service was good, the host was very pleasant.
The downside to this room was that it was 3 flights of very narrow stairs, without a lift so it was difficult and laborious to carry 25kg's of luggage up to the room. People who would struggle to lift and carry luggage would have great difficulty with this, so pack light if you want to stay here. However, the hotel does mention about not having a lift so you are aware beforehand.
In the bathroom, the shower-head was broken and did not stay up, the shower basin was quite small so there was not much room to manoeuvre, both making it quite annoying to have a wash. It's only a fabric curtain, not a glass shower surround so the floor can get quite wet.

near the centre but that comes with problems too.
We booked this property on the basis of good reviews but the reality was far from what we hoped. The car parking is a good 12 mins walk away, the flood lights on the building were flood lighting our room up till 11.30pm and a noisy bar near bar went on till early hours, there was constatnt noise from the street below all night, we slept very little and had to keep the windows open because it was over 24 dgrees all night long

I loved the room although the steps up to it were a little difficult. Once inside the view from the terrace was fantastic. The breakfast was exceptional and excellent value for money. Staff were lovely- very pleasant and helpful.
Stairs quite difficult if you have any leg problems and you have to go into another building for breakfast. And no parking

The breakfast we excellent, try the apple juice (Normandie!). The staff was helpfull to advise us to bring the luggage to the hotel. Honfleur is very crowdy in WE and we finally brought the essential minimum luggage to the hotel". We parked about 1km from the hotel.

The people are friendly, the food was very good as well as the breakfast ( extra fee) and the room was clean .
It is very noisy location. At night we used earplugs to sleep with people making noise at the street until 2 o’clock, en at 5 o clock in the morning big noises from the garbage truck or the glass collection drunk or the delivery of goods cars. If you are a large size person it will be a challenge to walk up the narrow stairs or walking on the corridor.

Special mention to M. Gal (hope i spelled that right) who works at the reception/ restaurant. Excellent customer service and hospitability. Allowed me to extend my stay at the restaurant area so i could charge my laptop while I had to finish urgent work. I highly recommend this hotel for its location. It has both a restaurant and a café. Very to close the old harbor, other restos, shops, old church, and other places of interest.

Within walking distance from bus station and right in centre of old quarter in Place Hamelin. The hotel had an elevator. No need to tackle the narrow, steep stairs. The room was small but very comfortable and nicely decorated. Also a very comfortable bed and plenty of hot water. A great view onto the Place below. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was amazing! It is an easy walk to all the sights and the harbour. There are plenty of restaurants and places to have a coffee and sweet treat close by.

The hotel was quaint. It was across from several restaurants as well as a historic building. Apparently it used to be an old fisherman's home. The design of the hotel is interesting and the stairs a bit tricky. We were there on an off season time. The hotel's restaurant was not open for dinner so I missed getting any lobster. The staff was friendly although communication was a little tough as my french is limited as was their english. But we managed.Love the French breakfast.
I wish the restaurant had been open for dinner. Otherwise there were no complaints.

The room was quite small but we stayed only one night so not a real issue. The shower was excellent, both in temperature and water pressure.
The shower best part was the desk manager, I believe his name was Pascal. He was kind, helpful, efficient, you name it, the best of the best! We had a fender bender earlier in the day and he was most helpful in calling the police for us. He eat so carried our bags to our room. Just a wonderful human being!
Our only concern was the small size of the room.
