Nice yard where you can sit. You can check in automatically at any time.
When we had problems at check in (the door did not open) the hotel answered us just in the morning. If we wouldn't have other guests who helped us open there door we would have stayed locked out all night.

Good location and good price for one night. At the very entrance to the town. Free parking. Our goal was to arrive late, sleep over and continue in the morning after breakfast, for which this hotel is a very good option.
The door was difficult to close, maybe ours was defective. Tight rooms but ok for sleep over.

great location, easy walk into town, parking for the motorbike. Staff were very polite.
We were given a room at the front which had an adjoining door to the room at the side of us. Spent most of the night listening to a man talking at the top of his voice on the phone, no respect for noise levels. The adjoining door did not help as sound just came straight through. I have stayed at this hotel before and never had a problem. I will request a room without the adjoining door in the future.

The room size. The bed was comfortable.
The gentleman who worked at reception. His treatment was rude and prejudice. His reaction because I was black that I was not good enough to have to sit and have breakfast. The advert says breakfast cost 6.50 euros. When I asked for breakfast he directed me to an automated coffee. machine.
Why do hotels employ people like this ?

On ground floor with disabled parking in front. Easy access and disabled bathroom.
There was only one small bath towel per person and no hand towel. The shower was lovely and walk in so easily accessible for my disabled husband but the floor slanted in the wrong direction and the whole bathroom was flooded after taking a shower
Only one accessible plug to recharge phones; another one was close to the ceiling so hard to reach.

Location was excellent. 20 min walk into Honfleur, which is such a lovely place. Next door to a macdonalds. Lots of parking. Appreciated that the 2 rooms we booked were adjoining. Pleasant outside sitting area. Staff were friendly and spoke good English.
Rooms are very basic, which is fine, but it's overpriced for what it is. The bathroom is very old and reminded me of an old caravan shower, where the toilet and shower are in the same space. The door to one of the rooms was incredibly difficult to open, and we had to ask a member of staff for help. Breakfast is also very basic - a hot drink, a small crossiant, and a bit of bread (for 6 euros!). There were no cereals or fruit or even butter. Bed was firm, but OK. Room had a a stale smell of smoke. Found an old bottle of water under one of the beds. We would not return. It's a shame because we have stayed in other Premier Classes before, and they have been much better than this.

We arrived about 10 pm and our door wouldn't open. We had to call the assistant manager on duty. He kept arguing over the phone that the door would open but it wouldn't. He finally came to assist. We then realized there was no air conditioning in the room and it was hot. This wasn't disclosed on the site. We asked him for a fan and he said no. I questioned him about not having fans. He said they were available however they were all locked up. I told him he was the manager on duty and found it hard to believe he didn't have access to supply. He then said he didn't have permission from the manager to give us a fan. Again, I questioned his authority as a manager needing permission to give a guest a fan. He then gave in and had me follow him to supply where he simply opened the door and retrieved a fan. We put the fan in the window to pull in air from outside . Not the best experience

Booked due to having electric car charges, these required a card from the company this was not explained during booking plus the rooms were small had to slide against the foot of the bed and wall. Closed the toilet door and the flush unit dropped out the wall .

Clean and tidy room, excellent value for money, this is a 'no frills' room so no tea or coffee making facilities, these are available from a vending machine in the lobby at a reasonable price - or McDonalds over the road! Plenty of hot water for a shower in the morning which was good.
The beds were on the hard side but this is probably being a little nit picky!

The breakfast was simple but appropriate for the price. There was free, secure parking.
Bolt lock did not work. It was a cold night (-5 C) and the heater was not able to keep the room at 20 degrees. The bed cover was very thin - so it was a cold night. The two spot lights at the entrance of the reception area face directly into the face of people entering the reception area. It is not possible to see the path so it can be dangerous.

Stuff is very friendly
The room was very small, especially for three people โ it felt quite cramped. The bathroom was tiny as well, barely enough space for one person, and definitely not manageable for two at the same time. Because of the limited space and only a single shower curtain, water would always end up on the floor after showering. There was only one small window in the room, which opened directly onto a staircase, making it unsafe to leave open. As a result, the room felt very stuffy. Overall, it wasnโt dirty, but there was sand in the shower, which was unpleasant.
