Everything was great, just wish they had some parking concessions or provisions. And also the breakfast experience was vastly different on Sunday VS Monday, Monday had less options, no timely refills, I suppose due to lower volumes of people eating. But I didn't enjoy the Monday breakfast as much as Sunday!

We liked the location in the city centre, so everything is very easy to reach by a short walk or public transport. The view from the room was great, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful, wide choice, local specialities were very tasty. The staff was very nice. The pinball was great. The soundproofing from the outside was very good.
We only had small problems with small things. On Booking for our reservation we saw that you can check in from 16h00. When we got there, the door was closed and there was only reception from 17h00. Late at night you can enter the hotel with a code on the door, but we got the wrong code. Fortunately, someone came and let us in by calling the phone number the hotel gave us. The soundproofing between rooms is poor. We could hear talking and laughter coming through from the neighbour.

The property is really well located, close to a lot of restaurants, coffees and pubs. Walking distance from a lot of attractions of the city and only 20 min walking from the train station.

We parked one block away from the hotel and the next morning when we went to pick up our car we found out that it had been towed because there was a farmers market there every Sunday. The problem is that this is a recurring problem with the hotel guests as we later found out by the police. In addition, a taxi driver who drove us to the car lot who informed us that he drives customers of the hotel there literally every Sunday.
This event ruined our day and we barely managed to retrieve our car before they closed for 2 days. The hotel is also aware of that and to address this it has just put a note on the reception. They could instead inform customers when they check-in not to park there. The only bright spot is the receptionist who really helped us with the problem.

The property is clean, the staff is very sympathetic and welcoming, everyone made sure that we spent a good time.
The property had a lot of documents and information about the city which helped us a lot since we did not know anything about the city before.
The city center isn’t that far, 7 to 10min by foot which is great and the beach is like 15min by foot which gives you the opportunity to walk through the side of the beach before getting to it.
Nothing to be honest, is a must do, for its location its worth the stay.

Worst experience in my life.
First they gave us a dirty room (not cleaned, dirty used towels and bed sheets, trash in the middle of the bathroom). After our complaint they gave us a room with no functioning toilet. The toilet was full of feces from guests before and you could smell it. They could not offer another room and it was past midnight. Still they wanted us to pay for the room. So they basically charge money while not fulfilling the minimum criteria of a hotel.
We have proof for everything. The staff confirmed the situation via e-mail. Still they refuse to fully refund. Avoid this place at all costs.
