Good hard bed, friendly and helpful staff. It was possible to leave luggage for 6 hours.
Very small shower - the shower head was not fixed in position. The bathroom was too small for a larger person.

Very clean room, with most of the facilities I needed, and the location was excellent for the city centre, and Ok for my conference at ENSAM
The room, and especially the bathroom, was rather small. The window opened onto the breakfas seating area, which meant that I had to keep my curtains closed nearly all the time. Of course not all rooms are like this

The rooms were big enough and comfortable for two people, equipped with everything we needed. If you needed a hairdryer you just had to request from the reception. The staff were so friendly and helpful from the very start, and the lounge area was so comfortable and open 24/7 for everyone. A very nice experience all over, I would’ve loved to stay more days.
Nothing :)

Good location, friendly staff on arrival and managed to get in my room earlier as I was a solo traveller in a single room. They recommended lots of places for me to go and had pizzas you could buy on an evening.
Quite noisy on a night outside but to be expected being in the centre. Lots of bad reviews about this place, yes it doesn't look much from the outside but it was perfect for me.
Would have been nice to have a kettle in the room for a coffee.

Was in a good location, clean, safe and very nice staff on front desk
I had a single room: very small room, was quite expensive for what it was (size wise, no kettle etc in room, 1 flat as a pancake pillow and uncomfy bed)

Nothing at all
Awkward located in a gallery that is used as public sleeping quarters
Not safe at all
Crazy small room, could barely open the door to the bedroom or the bathroom
Very hot, bad aeration
Breakfast was a 2/5 , quite poor products, and staff randomly picked some food and ate quickly while working

At the city centre , walking distance to europe train station
The room was very small, let alone the shower Wich was far too small; you can’t properly fit in it or move once you’re inside.
To resume The price is too high considering how small the room and shower are.

Great central location
Clean and comfortable room
Good value for money
The duvet was way too small for a double bed.
The rooms, although comfortable, we're slightly on the small side for a couple, but given the price, this wasn't a problem.

Perfect location. Right in the centre where we needed to be. Very small room but practical enough.
When we first entered the room there was a strong sewer smell, which didn't seem to be coming from the bathroom, maybe the room vents. Over our stay it got less and less

The location was central and within walking distance from the Lille train station. The staff that greeted me were friendly and helpful. The room was minimal but clean.
You should be aware that the room has minimal items. You get what you pay for.

Friendly staff. Clean cosy room with great shower.
Location is right in the middle of town, making it ideal for me as I could visit everything on foot.
Really good breakfast with lots of choice.
They kept my luggage for me after departure too.
It was perfect for me but the rooms are pretty basic.

Nice, quiet room, clean, functional. Everything was fine. The location of the hotel is in the city center, all the places that need to be visited for a pleasant stay in Lille are within walking distance.
The hotel is located a little off the street, but there are signs. It is a little inconvenient for late night check-in.

I just stayed one night and it was good value for the money I paid. Very central location in the downtown, close to everything. Calm and clean room, nothing special to say.
I haven't checked breakfast or any additional services, so no opinion on these.

Friendly and helpful staff, amazing location (close to literally everything in the city center + train stations), room was quite nice, clean and no big difference with the photos on the app. I appreciated the shower head designed in a way that the water flows really smoothly and it feels amazing. Comfortable beds and bed linen was quite good as well.
For that price, I would expect the room to have a window that you actually can open, a hair dryer, and some extra amenities - at least mini shampoo. Our room only had liquid soap by the sink and the same one in the shower. Bring your own hair dryer if you plan to dry your hair.

Was clean and warm and not to far from the sqaure to walk, and breakfast was alright, nicely squeezed fresh orange juice. The staff were pleasant when I saw them
Thought the rooms were a little small for the price with no wardrobe just a couple of hangers on a bit of rail but not major issue tho and looked a bit run down from the outside. But good enough for my night stay
