the staff were extremely friendly and provided clear, helpful explanations.
The apartments appeared older than depicted in the photos, and the interiors felt quite basic and inexpensive. The carpet in our room was noticeably dirty, contributing to an overall sense that the cleanliness was not up to standard. We didn’t feel comfortable staying even for an hour. The low ceiling height—seemingly under two meters—added to a somewhat claustrophobic atmosphere.

Room lacked some comforts - it was a disabled room - big but seemed rather empty, no sofa or small table etc. It was rather bare.
Rather bare room, could have had more in there, better decor and furniture.

Excellent staff service! They were very helpful when our TV went out. They were happy to help hold baggage and get us checked in efficiently. We loved the location, and the room set-up was perfect for our girls weekend away.
The tap placement in the washroom was a strange design as it came from the side of the sink so it made access a bit difficult for my friend who had only one hand.

The overall location is Great.
The door and the room is not sound proof. Plenty of noise from other guests and staff since we were staying at level 1 and they had a staff area there.
Constant opening and closing of doors in the hallway didn’t allow for a comfortable sleep.

Good central location and good offering at breakfast (mix of sweet and savoury, teas, fruit etc). Jugs for filtered water available to take up to the rooms.
Room layout strange with bathroom separate from toilet. Shame to only have single-use cups available in the room, would have preferred real ceramic mugs.

We arrived early, the reception staff took our luggage to keep it safe. When we returned to the hotel the rooms were ready, they were clean and spacious, even with 3 adults in the room. Breakfast was lovely and had a good choice available.
The lift was a little slow and small but not the biggest complaint.

The location is very convenient, close to Lille's old city but also close to the river and Lille's city park. Nice touch the free water from the cooler and the carafe. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was polite and helpful.
The hotel did not give the feeling of a 4-star hotel, more like a decent 3-star hotel. It wasn't a problem for us, but I have to mention it. No free sleepers (a detail but would have been convenient to have).

Beautiful hotel, right in the centre of Lille, but really quiet. I love the familiarity of all Novotel hotels, same beautifully decorated and spacious rooms with enormous beds and super comfortable! Great hotel, right in the middle of the city.
Very modern with a great sized room and bathroom. I loved the amount of storage!
The air conditioning was excellent which was very important as we visited during a heatwave! Very comfortable bed and it was nice to have a little refrigerator and a safe.
Everywhere around Lille was an easy walking distance.
Breakfast was very plentiful and good value as our daughter's was included with ours.
We parked in a nearby Indigo car park, as there was no hotel facility but this was very easy and accessible.
