The staff does not know how to smile. You have to get rid of your own trash, or you will be fined. Additionally, it was not very clean, as some sheets contained blood stains.

Room smelled strong stench of cigarettes it was very bad I coughed a lot and no air conditioning extremely hot so battling the heat and outside noise pollution it was awful no aeration toilet have strong stains even bleach could not remove the shower head covered in mold bathroom has yellow stains due to poor aeration. No change of towels for a week.

ONLY THE LOCATION WAS VERY GOOD.
THE STAFF WERE RUDE, INCONSIDERATE TO US. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE TV WASN'T WORKING AND THE BED SHEETS DID NOT SMELL FRESH. THE WINDOW FRAMES WERE SO DIRTY AND DUSTY. EVEN WITH THE SHOWER CURTAIN WATER WAS STILL FLOATING OUT ON THE FLOOR AND TO THE BEDROOM. I FELT UNWELL DURING MY STAY AND WE EXPLAINED TO THE RECEPTIONIST AND ASKED FOR FREE EXTENSION WHICH THEY DID NOT SYMPATHISED AND DEMANDED THAT WE FREE THE ROOM IMMEDIATELY. THIS WAS APPALLING BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS PAID CUSTOMERS. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.

Great to have a kitchenette & plenty of space. Also,we were given a 2 bed appartement when had only paid for 1 bedroom, so that was brilliant!

Closeness to the euro star and a ten min walk into the city. Was really worried reading all the reviews we was upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment it had everything we needed .... it was not as bad as some of the reviews. Massive supermarket 2 mins away.
It's on top of a large shopping centre.
Was not too noisy despite being inbetween 2 railway stations.looked like we had new mattresses all cleaned.... hot water and clean towels.
It defo needs an upgrade some of the windows you could see daylight through ....

On the positive side, the apartment was spacious and well-arranged, with thick blinds that effectively blocked out light. The bed was decent, and the heating was adjustable, which added to the comfort. The location was very convenient, close to shops, the both train stations and the city center making it easy to get around.
However, the space was in serious need of TLC. The cleanliness left much to be desired, and the bathroom, particularly the tiny shower with its unpleasant-smelling curtain, was disappointing. With better maintenance and a focus on hygiene, this place could have been a much better experience.

The location was superb - just opposite the Eurostar terminal, attached to Westfield shopping centre and just by the exit of the centre where there is a fantastic hypermarket. As it was central I didn't need to use any of my room's kitchen facilities. If I was ever to go back to Lille this would be the place I would stay because of the location.
I wasn't in it much because of the location so I didn't find anything I didn't like.

Although the hotel looks grim from the outside, it is very practical and convenient. We had an overnight stop between trains so it was perfect. Being able to do our own food worked well for us, especially as it was easy to shop in the next door supermarket. Some extra crockery and cleaner glasses would have been nice.

The rooms looked a bit outdated, the couch and the walls were stained, the staff was semi-friendly, but we didn't feel welcomed. The room was cold and the heater was not working. Overall, decent for our group, but I would definitely not recommend for a stay with kids or family.

Too many things not working. I had to ask for: a bath towel, a hair dryer and an iron. The tap in the kitchen was totally loose. The shower water didn't run off and was blocked. The toilet seat moved and was loose. The towel and toilet paper holder/rails had been removed. The light in the entrance didn't work.

I liked the location of the hotel and the view from the room. Also I liked the tranquilty in the hotel and the facilities in the room.
When we enter the room there's a bad smell, most probably from the bathroom this was not nice. Also there was no hair dryer in the room.

So nice to be able to sit on sofa with coffee together at end of busy day
Staff I found quite unhelpful, before and during stay, lifts felt quite unsafe and very noisy
No parking, but no stopping outside hotel either, so very stressful trying to load and unload cars.
No locking facilities on windows, we were on 9th floor, and they opened fully out, so we kept locked at all times, but was very warm during our stay

I did not stay once I inspected the room. I stayed in the room ten minutes then left to stay in a different hotel. The room was not as depicted in the pictures. There was no rug. The bathroom which was the toilet sink and shower were the size of a walk in closet. The shower was so small you could only stand there. The walls of the room were stained. The TV did not work. The room was cold and there did not appear to be any way to change the temperature. The heating ducts were visible on the roof. The bed had one "blanket" and a second "blanket" in the closet and these appeared to be what you would be given on an airplane. I had a better, bigger room in the Air Force dorm when I served. From my experience getting into the "hotel" (I had to stand outside until someone with a key was comming in and I followed them inside)I realized there would be no property service. I was going to cry but then I remembered I wasn't obligated to stay and so I didn't.
I did not like one thing about the room and I would never go back. I cannot in good conscience recommend the property.

The building and the room were far from hygiene . Super smelly . It’s not what you see in the photos . We paid a high amount compared to the service and the room. We had to clean and take the garbage out. Overpriced !!
