The room and bathroom were really cleans.
Air conditioning worked perfectly.
Quite and nice neighborhood.
The double room was quite small, very limited walking space around the bed, tiny wardrobe.
The toilet towels weren’t changed everyday but we asked at the reception and they provided us new ones.

Central location and 3 minute walk from the metro. Simple, independent hotel with some charm. Friendly and helpful staff. Air condition worked well and the bathroom was clean and quite modern. The street contains shops that are closed at night and appartment buildings, so quite quiet at night except some traffic, we slept very well.
Rooms are on the smaller side, there's almost no space around the double bed and a very tiny table and wardrobe, and the entry door collides with the bathroom door. No ironing room, so iron and iron stand had to be brought to your own (very tiny) room.

The staff is great, the facilities downstairs are also great for working or to hang out for a bit.
We booked the last vacant room, which was nr 501. It was not as nice as in the photos, lots of stains on the floor, ceiling is extremely low. The other rooms are much nicer and the lobby and breakfast area are very nice, so I recommend the place if you don't book the very last available room. :)

The staff was polite, ready to assist in case of need. The location of the hotel is really convenient. You could easily reach the main attractions (we walked to the most of them). The metro station and numerous bus stops are around the corner.
The room was rather small, something that could not be seen on the photos. The interior of the lobby was pleasant, modern, but the staircase and other common spaces would need some attention: outdated. Skip on the breakfast option, you will find better pastry and coffee just on every corner of the city.

Breakfast is good for €9 - standard croissants, pastries, bread, ham/cheese, fruits, cereal, yoghurt, coffee. Basic but tasty and good value for money. Yes the room is small but we didn't need more, we were out and about most of the time! Quiet and calm area, but super central.
Beds were quite hard and it would've been good to have a hairdryer in the room.

Small hotel in a nice location close to the subway main train station with nice bars/restaurants closeby. Hotel reception staff very friendly and helpful.we stayed as its dog friendly and close to the tete d'or park.
Hotel is a very dungeon like, basic no lights in hallways etc. No bar/drinks facilities. Bathrooms or carpets not very clean, dirty mirrors in hotel room, tiny lift etc.
If you want somewhere very basic to stay in a good location this is an option.

The curtains do not block the light in the room which did not allow for a good sleep. The window could not be opened because the curtain rod was installed in front of the window. There is no coffee maker in the room and no options for coffee unless you buy the breakfast. The electrical sockets are not in convenient locations.

Nice hotel with friendly staff, and a good breakfast if you like it light and simple.
The problem is similar to most of the affordable hotels in these times of the year when it is already more or less warm during the day but goes down to a few degrees C at night - it is a bit cold in a room, but heating is switched off and cannot be controlled. The was an air conditioner with a heating regime, but it was put only to the cooling mode by the admin centrally.

The huge problem is: those tine rooms have no ventilation (air conditioning does not get air from outside as many people think). The only window is closed and there is not any alternative way to get oxigen. The personal helped me to open the window but it can be opened only 10cm, so there was not air flow enough for 2 persons, and I stayed in January. If someone has a bit sick, staying here would worth the situation.

The hotel was very elegant-looking, the room was well-designed and had just enough room for my partner, myself and our small child, the shower room was very spacious and bright and modern. Breakfast was a lovely spread and the staff were very helpful.
The lift was too small for us to bring our buggy up with us, which we had to leave at reception. The ham at breakfast didn't smell very fresh. There were no children's seats (although staff actively helped find a suitable solution).

Like most older inexpensive hotels, the room was tiny but adequate for a short stay. The room was spanking clean, bed very comfortable, and large double window let in light and kept out street noise. We don’t know about heat or a/c as we didn’t need either. Bathroom especially clean and modern.

The location is great, near everything we need, surrounding by great restaurants, and supermarkets.
The staff was great and friendly.
The room was pretty small, but noting to complain about, the size is just for 2 to stay for 1 night. If you have big luggage, you have to reconsider.
