The restaurant was very small which therefore closed it when there were large groups. Unfortunately there were 2 days we couldn’t dine here at all which I think is ridiculously considering we had planned on not moving from the hotel and relaxing pool side. Staff were very unpleasant toward us, we would stand waiting to be served and they would ignore us at the restaurant. Even though a group of French people came after us and we’re served right away at their table. Not a very good way to treat foreign travellers would definitely not come back or recommend to other friends. I travel the world in my spare time so I can give an honest review of this hotel. I have also worked in hospitality for a long time and this is definitely not how to treat customers/guests especially in your dining areas. Your staff were definitely not a reflection of your 4 stars.

The hotel in renewal and the all time workers are here and very noisy, On the floors, the workers were painting the walls and the smell of the paint bothered us. Usually, rooms should not be rented out when the hotel is being renovated.

The pool is great! Quite big (10 m?), lots of sun beds and chez longs/umbrellas, a bar and secluded by palm trees. The daily room service included a full change of all towels, gowns, slippers and beddings. The staff were always very accommodating and attentive. The breakfast spread was good, particularly the bread selection.
The level of finish throughout the hotel is not up to scratch: deformed lock frames, some door frames are worn at the bottom, the shower holder in our room was not holding the shower head which was falling onto our head from time to time chipping the bath. We spotted a cockroach in the swimming pool toilets adjacent to the kitchen back doors. The fruit salad was slightly sour more than fresh. The selection of hot food wasn't very varied (typically eggs and bacon + 2 types of pancakes). Some porridge would be nice, but perhaps, it's not a french thing.

I loved LOVED the maids. I left all my passports, money and other valuables and came back, they stored it all for me.
Please give those maids a pay rise.
For the money they charge, its as good as it gets. One complaint that I would make is they rarely answer phone calls. I called them on 5 instances and waited up to an hour and the call would drop out.

The suite was excellent - very spacious with a balcony and amazing sea views, overlooking the swimming pool. Lighting was great and the bathroom was large with bath and shower. It was very clean. The pool and other facilities (jacuzzi, sauna, changing room, showers, etc.) were great too!
The breakfast was good but for €24 you would expect more variety of hot foods. A couple of the staff were unfriendly, however the language barrier (we don't speak french) might have been a reason for this. All in all, it's a beautiful hotel, fairly priced and worth a stay.

It is a new (or renovated) hotel that looks amazing! Interior design is perfect, modern but natural style. They paid attention to every detail. We got an upgrade to a superior room with terrace and big bathroom with it’s own terrace and both shower and bath. It was stunning. Room was equipped with iron, which is very important to me. They have also big parking garage under the hotel (against fee).The beach is in 5min walk distance. City center is in ca. 20 min Uber ride distance (ca. 20 eur one way).

We had an immediate upgrade due to the Spa being renovated and the staff were really helpful with this. The reception staff spoke good English.

Good location close to the beach, so you can choose whether to hang at the pool or to go to the beach; dogs permitted to stay for a fee.
This hotel chain has poor deposit/card preauthorisation system: be ready that your money may be blocked for long time (in my case we were told they will be unfrozen on the date of departure, while in fact I only could use them 1 month after check out). Be prepared for loud road noise from cars and motorbikes, including at night, if your room faces that side of the hotel. Also, despite the pet fee was charged for every day, the dog amenities were only provided in the second day (despite promised at the check-in); same for shower gel which was not provided even after request from reception, so had to hunt around the hotel for a cleaning lady and ask the gel to her. Finally, if you want to go to the city centre, the public transportation is not very convenient and takes quite long

The gentleman in the night shift was very helpful, professional and reacted immediately when I complained about the issues in my room. The location is great due to the nearby beach.
Due to the film festival, there was a high demand for rooms and the staff had a lot to do. But some of the things I had to endure were simply not acceptable, even for mid class hotels.
The personell told me the wrong times for the breakfast.
In the bed there were bedbugs and the bathroom smelled like an ash tray.
The „do not disturb“ sign was ignored by the staff.
When I complained about the bedbugs, the employee at the night counter reacted very professionally and provided me with an alternative room and offered cleaning my clothes that may came into contact with the insects.
I followed the instructions and sent videos and photos of the infested bed to the service-mail-address. Until today, I have not received any response, neither did anyone apologise for the inconveniences.
The week before I travelled through France and received way better service in Hotels half the price. This is no exaggeration.

Staffs were very respectful and helpful, Rooms were very clean and spacious and I had a Balcony direct to the beach , just 8min on foot to the beach, Breakfast was fantastic, only that veggies were not on the buffet, I asked the staffs and I was giving the veggies I requested. I definitely enjoyed my stay.

The hotel staff was so accommodating. The late dinner snack hit the spot. The view of the ocean was great. The slippers were a hit. The only thing is the parking required me pressing the intercom instead of using my room key. There was nothing stating to do that, just took a chance.

Location is great and the suite was very large. The breakfast buffet was easy and convenient as was the parking. There was even a game room that was great to entertain the kids.
This hotel is pretty run down. Our suite had raised floor boards as well as cracked doors and trim in the bathroom. The toilet had an awful stain and smell. The game room and lobby were often shut off from hotel guests due to conferences ongoing at the hotel, with no warning to the guests. The staff barely acknowledged us (but that’s the French) and there really wasn’t anywhere to hang out at night. They should have a bar at least. Also, they kept the pool way too warm! It was not refreshing at all, about 95 degrees!

Pool area, Bar Restaurant we’re really nice, the Pool maybe a but small for the amount of guests. Rooms super spacious and AC worked very well. Beds could‘ve been a bit bigger. Overall nice stay!

The rooms were a bit raw (missing furniture) and not very well thought through. No ceiling light in the bedroom and only one standing light that couldn't be controlled from the bed. No lights next to the bed, no sofa or other furniture.
Showerhead hold was broken, no level access shower (only a shower bathtub).

The breakfast buffet was very good. A little savory, a little sweet. Coffee, tea, juices, yogurts, pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausages, croissants, rolls, smoked salmon, hams, and cheeses. Eggs could be boiled. Fresh fruit. The rooms were spacious, the beds were made daily, towels were changed, and the coffee supplies were replenished. It was clean. I think the towels were unnecessary to change, because even at home, towels aren't changed daily. It's a waste of water, detergent, and electricity. Once every three days is perfectly sufficient.
I was most impressed by the heated pool. It was very pleasant to swim in. The hotel staff were very friendly.
I'm from Poland, so I was missing mayonnaise for my boiled eggs. The food cooled down quite quickly in the warmers. But overall there is nothing to complain about, there was plenty of food, I didn't have to eat eggs ;)
The room should have had coffee cups instead of paper cups. I also missed wine glasses and even water glasses. I borrowed wine glasses and a corkscrew from the restaurant downstairs ;)

We booked family room with sea view and terrace. Completely satisfied. Huge room. Huge beds. Comfortable. Huge bathroom area. Toilet separate from bathroom and had its own sink. Great idea. There were external metal blinds outside of terrace doors and bathroom terrace door to make guests feel safe. You can bring them down at night and open in morning. Gorgeous bathroom. Basically quite a bit of luxury and space. Staff was decent. Neither friendly nor rude. Just Professional. Breakfast variety was great. Great views of sea from breakfast area too while enjoying breakfast. Parking was convenient. It sure did seem like a 4 star hotel.
Room was extremely dim lit. Needs more lights for night. More heaters should be provided or otherwise central heating should be improved. Bathroom area could be cold in the night. Looking at the huge rooms, one notices there is hardly enough room to store luggage. Like only 1 shelf was there to hang or put clothes. Some more storage would benefit families staying. Last one is not necessary but considering that it was presidential suite, it could do with some gorgeous wall papers or make room pretty to eyes. Room, its walls were all boring and bland.
