It was clean. The cleaning lady was very friendly. The bed was comfortable.
The staff at check in was inefficient. Also they had many things listed as complimentary, but when asked, they could not provide a single item. Even the locker in the room did not have battery. They gave a physical key after asking which also didn't work. So I had to carry my valuables on the whole trip. Not recommended for stays more than 1 night, and we regret for staying there for 4 nights. Also, it would have been better if they had atleast one small restaurant.

The hotel is central and there is parking in front of the hotel, even if it is not ring-fenced for the hotel. Apparently there is a parking app that can be used to pay if you need to park for longer. The rooms are nicely decorated and there is a lift.
There could have been more choice for breakfast given the cost of €14.

Good for 1 night, not for longer stay. Dated room.

The hotel is located just five minutes away from Mulhouse train station and also from the town centre. The bedroom was spacious and with a lot of natural light and the bathroom was a good size as well. The staff were friendly and efficient.

Breakfast is rather expensive (14 euros), but it offers good quality

the location, as it was straightforward to access the train station to go to other cities.
The staff could be more pleasant and helpful... the room cleaning staff were in the hallway before 8 am cleaning the rooms and even entered the room without knocking... they just made the beds and put in new towels. , they replaced the liquid soap, coffee, and teas... the breakfast is not worth the amount they ask for, and there are very few food options.
Even though the temperature was high on one of the days we stayed at the hotel, we could not have air conditioning because the hotel refused to provide the service that was paid for during our stay.

Excellently located, the hotel is a short walk from the railway station and an easy walk to the city centre. The hotel is conveniently situated for the Republique tram stop.
The rooms are reasonably sized and well-equipped.
Continental breakfast was available in the hotel at an additional cost and included a wide variety of options.
The hotel looks to be in need of a little light maintenance. e.g. loose bath/shower fitting in room and poorly adjusted lighting detector in corridor etc.

I like the location, it is within walking distance of the railway station, and that was exactly what we needed this time. Breakfast was very good, I cannot complain about it.
WiFi didn't work in the room at all, while it was ok in the lobby, but only downstairs at reception. Half of the time, we didn't have hot water in the bathroom. And the biggest disappointment, they promised to refund us for one night because of the troubles we had, even though we didn't ask for that, but everything was a lie. I hate promises that you don't have the intention to fulfill. One honest sorry is much better than lies.

Everything was perfect. The place is nearby train station and cozy. Alexander was helpful and respectful. Highly recommended
