The hotel was located in the centre of the city, and made it central to everything we wanted to do. The Hotel was modern, had lovely decor, very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast area downstairs was quaint and the breakfast food was really nice to start off our day. The staff were very helpful and welcoming.

No parking at the hotel. Parking is available at a nearby parking garage, about 500 metres down the street. Although you get 10% off (ask the hotel lobby admin staff). Having no parking made it very difficult to offload and onload your luggage in and out of the hotel, with no porter to assist you, nor luggage cart. We had a lot of suitcases, so the task for us was more difficult than others. However, hotels should provide a better arrangement for guests, instead of just creating a hotel in the city with no thought of any guests coming by car. At the very least there should be a parking bay in front of the hotel so you can off and on load the luggage as needed. No doubt couriers, trades and delivery cars would also have this problem.

The staff was a bit unprofessional. And also I missed a friendly smile… The hotel is missing a porters or valet parking. And the hotel is missing a dining restaurant. I was traveling with elderly people and everything was closed on Monday…so we had to walk pretty far for some food…and again no support or proactive action from the staff in this matter.

The room was extremely comfortable and very clean. The design of the room and the whole hotel is simply brilliant! I enjoyed completely all premises of the hotel! The wifi was quick, the staff was very friendly! The location is fantastic, in the very centre, with the famous Excelsior Restaurant in 3 minutes walk, and all sightseeing very close. Really brilliant hotel, we will be happy to go back again!

The air-conditioning worked great at night but seemed to stop in the morning, and that was not so great, as we reched the hotel very late and need to rest, and the weather was very hot.

Room smelled like damp, and most money was clearly put into foyer/bar, the stairwell and room could've done with modernising. I payed more for this hotel compared to others in the area due to the spa access which I hoped to use in the morning of our one night stay for my birthday however after booking discovered that midweek the hammam and sauna only open 4-8pm and also no availability for massage during our stay until 1700 on the day of our departure which was a shame. Also only allowed 50 mins access to the pool per day. This should be made clear before booking as I would've booked elsewhere. Also despite information and app stating bar was open until 0100 on a Thursday we were told at midnight the bar was closed and were unable to use which was disappointing on my birthday after a long day of travelling and having to have a late meal.

Easy walk from train and into the old part of town. Helpful staff, we were in the older building so we had nice windows opening to the street. Small but useful lift in this side. Good pool and sauna. Nice bar on the roof.

Not much if I’m being fussy, toilet in one room, and shower and sink in another so you have to walk two different places if you need the loo at night and want to wash your hands after. But that’s minor.

The location was ok. The room was clean and nice TV and wifi. It was a modern and decent room.

Most of the staff was not friendly. We are in our 70’s and struggled to load our luggage onto the trolley and no one made a move to help. The bathroom was incredibly small. The room was tiny too. We had upgraded to a king comfort but our room seemed smaller than described. We had a lot of luggage, traveling over three weeks from the US, but it hasn’t been a problem in other hotels.

The breakfast was good, the staff at the buffet very attentive. The hotel is central and close to Place Stanislas, the main attraction in Nancy.

The promised pool didn't work on the day of our arrival. Instead, we could use the hamam. It was okay since we were offered free cancalation. It's still a disappointment since we were not able to rebook for something comparable. The room was too small for three adults. The parking situation wasn't good. Including breakfast and parking we payed 280 € for one room for three visitors per night. A lot for what we got.

The inside of the building is nice, clean, fancy. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is not very large, but really well maintained and with high-quality products. At peak moments, there is not enough room to seat everyone for breakfast, though. Overall a very good experience, in a nice city - we did not expect Nancy to be so large and offer so many attractions. We will be back, and probably in the same hotel. Parking in a public car park at 200m was convenient - we were afraid that this car park would be full between Xmas and New Year, but in fact there was plenty of space.

The outside façade of the building itself is not fantastically impressive, but the location is very good (very central). The most annoying part about the facilities (pool, spa, ...) is that fact that EVERYTHING needs to be booked in advance, plus the fact that you receive tons of mails instructing you to book in advance - so at least we were warned. Those same e-mails also mention compulsory installation of a "Best Western" phone app for booking, which we did not install, but this also turned out not to be needed after all. We were travelling with two kids, and had hoped to use the pool occasionally without prior reservation, but so this was not possible.

Spa was very small with limited space and availability. Unfortunately some of the ‘adults’ using it seemed to think it was a play area and ruined the calmness. No staff members were in attendance so our visit was not as relaxing as expected. The hotel room was very small which would make it very uncomfortable for more than a couple of nights. We booked a ‘superior’ room for additional space, but I was shocked at how little space there actually was.

Nicely located, we loved the decoration and style of this hotel. Rooms are very comfortable, well thought, nice colors. Nice bathroom with "Cinq monde" products. Breakfast is really nice, and the Spa is great. Not too many people can go to the Spa at same time, so looks rather exclusive. Very comfortable and relaxing stay.

The hotel doesn't have a parking. Some public parking can be used close by. Be careful that St Sebastian parking (shopping mall) closes on Sunday..

room was too hot, no free water in room, asked for 2 rooms close to each other and they end up giving us rooms in different buildings and the keycards only work in one or the other building so we could no easily visit. We also checked we could stay till the official checkout time of 12 noon.... but of course the access cards stopped working by 11:30am and we then had to wait 10 minutes at reception to have them unblocked again.

This was my birthday weekend, so we splurged for the Deluxe King room. It was NOT what I expected. It was a lot smaller and the bathroom was tiny as well with little space to place toiletries and toothbrushes. The room is listed as having 269 ft2 (25m2). It didn't come with a double sink or walk in shower as in the picture. The foot of the bed was close to the wall with a small space to pass through to the other side of the bed. On the far side of the room there was a small arm chair in one corner and a small desk in the other. The room overlooked the atrium. The woman I spoke to at reception assured me it was a deluxe king room. There was no way it was, but I didn't want to argue. I should have had a staff member go to the room with me to see the room. I've looked at the pictures on the hotel's page and the room I got was definitely not what I paid for. I am very unhappy with the staff member who lied and took advantage of me. Maybe it was because we didn't book directly with them.

All staff was kind and respectful. They were flexible and the room service was nice! The food tasted great for a relatively small price and the bar was amazing. They could make any niche drink you’d want by heart and have a great selection of beers. Wifi works well too! The spa is relaxing and soothing. They have cooled water with mint to drink after your sauna, it smells great and the pool is heated to a perfect temperature. It’s also the perfect depth: Being submerged until your shoulders while standing. Their system of booking a time slot is so there are never more than 12 people in the spa, however when there are less than 12 people that booked a slot, you can stay whenever you’d like and come and go. It’s also a good system to check when it’s likely that there are less people!

The place is near the Nancy Train station so it is super convenient when traveling. It has a spa on level -1 it looks awesome.

The bathroom has litter when I arrive it was disgusting.

There is no car park but plenty of local parking within 5 minute walk. Not a problem for us but some people with mobility problems who need parking very close by may struggle

Breakfast was great, with many options to choose from. The front desk ladies were friendly.

I spent two nights and had a deposit of 400 € blocked from my account. It’s over one week later and the money is still blocked. This never happened with me before and it’s completely annoying.

Fantastic breakfast buffet (wide selection, fresh). An easy walk to railway station and to sights in Nancy. Very good Italian restaurant nearby. Nice spa and pool. Clean, functional and quiet room with good AC on a very hot day.

The rooms, breakfast, and staff were nice, as well as the location. It was quiet and not crowded.

The gym was rather small and had only a few pieces of sports equipment. Two of them were broken, so don't count on a good workout

Ideally located close to major transportation in Nancy. The hotel was clean, the staff were more than helpful and the breakfast was impressive. We very much enjoyed our stay and would do so again without hesitation.

There was a slight chill from the windows as the wind was high during stay. It was not that bad. It was however noticeable during the shower.
