Nice bedroom, comfy bed and cool air-conditioning, facilities look clean and tidy.
Bathroom was small and not well equipped, toilet didn't have a toilet brush. You can order one from the reception, but considering you need to use it practically every time you poo, that should be part of the standard equipment.

The hotel has been reitted recently so looks spanking new on the inside. Breakfast was good.
No bath, only a lukewarm dribbling shower. TV malfunctioned so only way to switch off was to pull out the power cable. No workspace, just a coffee table and a low stool.

Check in was smooth. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is convenient. Close to the train station, close to restaurants and shopping.
A little more pricey than what I usually pay for hotels in this city. Part of the problem, is that there was the World Cup of Rugby happening in France that week. Hotel availability was slim, and was extremely lucky to get a hotel in Nancy. In fact, had to split my stay among three hotels. But no complaints at all.

The hotel was an excellent value for all qualities I care about -- location, cleanliness, well-maintained, helpful staff. I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely stay here again.
I personally prefer a slightly less firm mattress, but this is completely subjective and I slept quite well anyway! Despite being a very active Saturday night during the Christmas Markets, with partiers in the streets until quite late, the hotel room remained quiet and I was undisturbed.

Not the prettiest looking hotel but it was modern, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent with an extensive choice of hot and cold foods and worth the cost. Good, secure car parking nearby in the station underground car park.
The immediate vicinity isn't particularly nice, being next to the railway station but the hotel is convenient and safe and within easy walking distance of Place Stanislas with all its cafes and bars.

The hotel is located next to the Nancy train station and a short walk to the center of town. Great restaurants are nearby and the staff is especially friendly and helpful. The rooms are a nice size for the cost.
Unfortunately, the hotel was experiencing a air conditioning failure and the rooms were extremely hot and stuffy. The staff was helpful in finding a room that was not as bad as the one we were first assigned, but no one thought to get a fan, nor were we offered a discount.

I was charged 65 euro for one night of parking. The hotel staff smirked while telling me it would have been only 20 euros if I had parked on a lower story. Why not inform your guests when they are checking in? Instead they were only interested in trying to sell me breakfast.

Room was a decent size for a French hotel with good size bathroom. Location was excellent for my purposes, as it is directly across from the main train station and near the research institute where I work when in Nancy. It is also an easy walk to the Place Stanislas and the excellent Art Museum, as well as to most other sites and to numerous restaurants. Breakfast was good, with a variety of hot and cold offerings.
I have no complaints. This is my "go-to" hotel when I come to work in Nancy.
