Staff attitude of service was excellent, the location is really convenient!
breakfast was expensive and limited to cereal, small crepes, fruit, ham, cheese boiled eggs, and nespresso coffees - bed sheets, not as clean as we expected

its an odd mixture of outdated and renovated: modern bathroom along wit old carpet and room door without key card. Internet connection is not thrilling

Above our expectations. The hotel is good for a 3-star hotel. They gave us the room in the corner with a little balcony. Very beautiful view and nice watching people pass in the morning and evening. Very central and surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff and always greet us with smile. Will definitely come back.
It is a little bit unusual they put photo of the staff inside our room but I guess they want their guest to be familiar with them for security reasons. Other than that everything was good.

The location is great - a short walk from many shops, cafs, bars, and we were able to walk to all the destinations we wanted to see with ease. The room was also spacious with some additional chairs and a table so that you dont have to sit on the bed. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room had offerings of tea and coffee. There was also a little kettle and a decent size TV and a full length window/door which was nice to get the breeze in. There is a minifridge which we used to store some leftovers that we had. There is a breakfast available for 14.50 which we did not avail of as we had a tight schedule, however this is a nice option to have. Hangers for coats come off the rack which is nice.
The bedding I didnt find too comfortable. The sheets/duvet were a bit fiddly and not too soft. There is a lift in the building but for rooms on the 5th floor, you must take the stairs up from the 4th floor as the lift only services the first 4 floors, which may be challenging if people had suitcases. The double bed is very close to the single which was not at all an issue for us, but just a heads up for anyone. The shower head is very small and must be handheld for the duration of shower as there is no place to rest it. There seemed to be a lack of amenities - all that was in the room was a body soap for the shower. We had the rest with us so didnt ask for anything more but would recommend bringing your own toiletries if needed just in case they are not readily available in the hotel.

Central location - but quiet even with bars and restaurants outside.
Basic room, but clean and comfortable.
Friendly, efficient staff.
All was very easy.
The default appears to be to add a charge for breakfast to your bill, even if you did not order or have breakfast

Location is perfect. Hotel is lovely boutique style. Very clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Air-conditioning in room. Good value for money.
The shower is just a hose from the bath taps with no hook on the wall so you have to hold it while washing.

Very friendly and helpful staff, centrally located and with great soundproofing so the room was quiet even though located on a busy street, also a good approach to environmental issues.

Location was great but staff was very arrogant
The staff in the afternoon on 12/09/23 was rude and nasty. The Mr. Attending in the reception barely speaks English and started yelling stuff in French while I was trying to get explanations. The only nice person is Mr. Yves. If you are trying to get a good experience in Renes and you speak English do not stay here this can change your perception on French people.

The location is very good with access to loads of tourists attractions.
There was no air conditioning in both rooms suite 1. It was advertised that rooms are air conditioned on booking.com. We were given 2 electric fans by the staff. unfortunately, this wasnt enough and my 2 kids under 3 especially struggled with 25-30 degrees celsius inside the room during summer time.
