The whole experience was great! The location, right next to the Pommeraye Passage, was perfect for me. I wanted to be close to the city center and have various means of transportation easily within my reach. The room was spacious, and the breakfast was exactly what I needed!
The room was very clean! The only problem was that in the last 2 days, a spider popped in one of the corners. But, I understand that it was hard to reach it, as someone would've had to move the wardrobe. Although, as I'm terribly afraid of spiders, I didn't enjoy its company :))

Room was very spacious and bed was very comfortable. Location was first class with shops and restaurants 1/2 mins away.
The bathroom was quite tight for space and shower was on a height which left it difficult to get out of it safely.

The entire hotel was beautiful. My room was huge, had every comfort I would expect in a 5 star $1000 a night hotel, and was in the most central location. The staff was efficient, professional and welcoming.
The breakfast buffet was just ok, nothing special.

Location and fantastic upstairs room with city views down 2x picturesque streets in the old town.
Perhaps a small table and an additional chair to sit at and to dine in or have a quiet glass of wine.

There is nothing I can describe as something I liked
The room was probably the smallest hotel room i have ever stayed. There was high smell of urine in the bathroom.
I would not categorise this a 4 star hotel.

Location and cleanliness
We were on the second floor, the colour scheme is black, and I mean black. Black walls and carpet. Poor lighting. No where comfortable to sit in the room. Even if you wanted to it would be like sitting in a cave.

The room was a very comfortable size, including a spacious bathroom. The large windows provided lots of natural light and the large cupboard had plenty of space to store clothes and luggage. A couple of drawers would come in handy as well as some hooks in the bathroom.
There was a complementary bottle of apple juice. We would rather have had a bottle of water. We could not regulate the temperature inside the room. It was too hot and a little uncomfortable during the night.

It was a great location, and the staff were helpful and charming.
It was quite a challenge for us to get to the hotel as we were not aware that we needed a code to access the property. It wouldโve been helpful to have the address of the spot as well as directions for lowering the barrier so we could drive to the hotel and drop off our luggage.

It was very well located, the staff was lovely, it was very clean and spacious and had all the amenities we wanted, nice city views, great decor and a really good breakfast if a bit expensive (but the express option was great for me as I donโt really eat a big breakfast). Overall an amazing experience :)
The TV wasnโt smart/ the screen mirroring option was not working, and there is one speaker in the lobby that wasnโt working well and made the music distorted and sound bad, other than that everything was perfect!
