Christine housekeeper rang offered clean towels which was a nice touch perhaps more staff is required to make sure rooms are ready for guest return especially that late in the day

the hotel was so lovely in a fabulous location. the check in & out times were very reasonable and the rooms were modern but still had that french flair. the hotel staff were incredible, always making an effort to greet you and Sylvie (who checked us in) was able to give us amazing recommendations for around Nice and day trips too. the hotel is affiliated with a beach club on the coast which was fuss free with lovely staff and great amenities, providing loungers, towels and umbrellas. there were showers available for once you come back from the beach even after you checked out which was great.
being a boutique hotel in a central location means it can get slightly noisy. also the breakfast was €19 per person per day which felt very expensive. we instead visited cafes & boulangeries in the area which was much better value for money.

The corridor smelt fishy every time we go out to the elevator and the carpet surely is getting rundown. Also, not the hotel’s fault but we can hear doors from other guests banging in the middle of the night.

Good location. 5 minute stroll to the promenade and the beaches as well as the train station to take you off to places such as St Tropez, Cannes, Monaco and Antibes. Very helpful service on reception helping with travel enquiries and booking restaurants. Fluent English. Air-con was very good in the room. Essential in the summer. There is an amazing restaurant in front of the hotel, Nespo Restauarnt. We highly recommend it if you want to splash out. One of the best restaurants we have been to.
One slow lift in the hotel so patience is required when using. We didn’t have the breakfast at the hotel as it didn’t appeal. Room decor as well as the hotel was fairly plain. Shower was in the bath and it could be a bit slippery.

The location was very good being within easy reach of the promenade, train station, shops and bars. The staff were friendly and helpful.
We had booked a classic room which looked nice enough on the website. When we arrived we were a bit disappointed as although the room was spacious it was extremely dark and basic. The bed was comfortable but the cheap looking carpet made it feel dated. The bathroom was awful and is in need of renovation which we were told is happening in November 24. Paint peeling from the ceiling, cracked wall tiles, handheld shower over the corner bath and enough sealant to seal 50 baths!! If the room was cheap we might have accepted all of this however value for money is not good based on the £250 per night. The breakfast was average at best. The communal corridors were in very bad shape and made it feel quite dour.
If I was looking to book a hotel in Nice I would look elsewhere until the refurb has been completed.

As the hotel was heavily booked I could not get the kind of room I requested when booking and had a very dark room looking onto the side street on the first floor. I had asked for an upper floor as I needed to work and do not like to feel shut in inside a dark and drab space when working. The decor was also brown and dark and rather joyless for a Nice hotel. The staff on reception were very nice and secured a second night for me as I had not completed by business there and did not want to hunt for another hotel and lose time moving. However, I could not change rooms or stay for the weekend as it was fully booked so I left Nice early, losing a day and night there.

the hotel's location was a short walk to most restaurants & shopping, and the train station was very close by.
breakfast had a great selection and staff were lovely, cappuccino's were delicious, bar was very chilled with a varied selection to choose from.
no full length mirror in our room, but I understand renovations were still underway and snag lists still to be completed !

The staff were lovely and the location is fantastic. Booked as a treat for our wedding anniversary but we really disappointed with our room. Small, impossibly laid out bathroom, water stain on carpet - it was £390 euros for one night and really just not worth it at all. We complained and very kindly the staff put us in a nicer room the following night. Comfortable beds and bedding in both, but not worth the additional extra cost. We would look elsewhere next time. Staff were wonderful and bent over backwards to accommodate us when we gave feedback.

Room size is compact or even maybe bit small but surprisingly well architectured you have everything at your hand and with modern designed facilities athough space is limited . the bed is comfy enough . The hotel has been recently refurbished and we liked the style , who ever did it made a nice job . You seem to be floating just in another world while sitting in the lobby or breakfast chamber .
the elavator from entrance to the lobby floor was not working which is a nuisance as you have to carry the heavy luggage up the stairs to the lobby level

This was our first trip to Nice and this hotel made our stay wonderful. We were greeted by Sylvie and Luis who were incredibly helpful. Solieia is in a great location in Nice and very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Location and Restaurant downstairs were amazing, you just go out for a walk and you can get anywhere in Nice centre, old town, port, etc. Transport to and from airport was arranged perfectly!

The room was beautiful and while not very big, it was enough for two people to stay comfortably. We loved the location because not too far to walk to get to the "old town" of Nice, but not right in the middle of it all as well. It was walkable to the train station, even with our luggage, which was a plus.

Nice, modern hotel, well appointed and quiet. Quiet is a significant factor when you want to stay in Nice city center. Appreciate the balcony on a quiet side street.
Bit of a walk to the beach, but really, only about half a km. No view of the sea.
