Clean, the staff very polite and helful (the gave us useful information for the attractions and sights), good location (we didn't use the car), close to the beach but also to the city center, option for parking, good breakfast!

Receptionist was very helpful. The room was very clean and fragrant when we walked in. Close to the promenade and the restaurants and just across a supermarket. Great decent breakfast.
Some late check ins meant we can hear the noise above our room in the middle of the night

Perfect spot in the mix of the bars and restaurants. 600 m from rue des Anglais and 3 min tram to get to and from airport all walkable. Nice Hotel, excellent value. Free tea and coffee and water with fridge and hairdryer.
Our twin beds were very close and virtually touching. I like a bit of distance even if I’m fond of my friend just a little too close. There was some building works which did disturb us. The rooms are not very soundproof so we heard the room next door. I bought ear plugs but they didn’t help much. I’m a light sleeper unfortunately. There aren’t many hotels that do not have some noise which is expected in a small environment. But I really liked this hotel nonetheless.

The best thing about the hotel was the staff, who were very friendly and helpful. (For example: We had a minor complaint about the bathroom, which they immediately resolved. They also gave us some good tips on walking arround the city.) The hotel itself is located ideally for exploring the city: you can reach the most important tourist destinations by a short walk. Transfer from/to the airport is easiest by tram line 2 and a short walk. There are also some good restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. Breakfast at the hotel was good. The selection of foods is somewhat limited, however if somethings runs out, and you ask for it, they will refill it for you.
The hotel itself and the rooms are very small - indeed somewhat uncomfortably small. You can barely find engough space to open your suitcase. Also there were very limited possibilities to store or hang clothes, so you basically have to dress from your bag, which is not ideal.

Location was great, staff were so warm, helpful and friendly. Facilities were good. So quiet. Breakfast was fantastic!
We had a room with a sloping ceiling that meant you couldn’t stand up straight in half of it - we both hit our heads several times just trying to access the bed and our bags.
Only mirror was blocked by placing a television in front of it. Luckily we were only there for a night, would have asked to swap rooms otherwise.

Staff was extremely helpful with every need and question about how to find tourist sights, transportation stops, etc. The breakfasts were generous and delicious. All staff spoke English and were warm and eager to provide whatever we needed. We would highly recommend the hotel. It was a delightful stay
There was a brief problem with our room with a leak when we arrived and we were given a smaller room for a night. They were extremely helpful in transferring us to the larger room the next day, and they gave us complimentary breakfasts for each day of our stay to make it up to us. We felt they were so sincere and helpful in a difficult situation.

Breakfast is small. It's ok but small.
Air conditioning doesn't work. At 15 deg in room I should not be sweating. So doesn't work properly and at summer times and outside temperature of 38 thats "A must". That really after 12h of driving put me in horrible position.
Is it clean? Well....Could be better. Some stuff in the room need renovations. Broken parts.
Third... I put not to have room on bottom floor and I got it. Why do we have this options in booking if nobody doesn't care. But didn't want to argue at midnight. Rather don't ask me if you don't have it, than make me look stupid.
Stuff told me breakfast is super bien but....It's super small.

The hotel clerk did their best to accommodate us.
The hotel was very noisy, sound isolation is very bad.
- we could hear the neighbors
- doors of the entrance were slamming and the sound was rising through the whole hotel
- guests were slamming room doors due to the fixed handle, too lazy to use the keys.
Regarding the room they were not looking exactly like pictures, not up to the standard for a 200€ night.

Location of this hotel was perfect for exploring the beautiful city of Nice. Only a couple of blocks away from the promenade and shops/restaurants. Old town is only a 15 minute walk away, and the harbour 10 minutes further on.
Hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The room was small, but clean and functional.
Our room was on the ground floor just around the corner from reception. It was a little noisy at times as you could hear guests coming and going. The room was dark with very little natural light, but as we were only using this as a base to go and explore, it didn't really bother us too much.

The price was reasonable and the location was good.
The room was very small, the bed was not a queen size as advertised but rather two twins pushed together, they were very soft and the frame was very hard, so if you accidentally moved to the middle it was a back breaker! The shower hand set was not working properly. The walls were paper thin, the couple next store came home at 3 am, watched tv till six and then had a fight, we could clearly hear every word. Make sure you read carefully, if you do a search on booking for places that have parking, this place will come up, but you need to reserve it! And the front staff will get quite testy if you ask about the parking and you didn’t reserve it!

Clean room, kind staff willing to help but unable due to lack of management.
This hotel has many problems because of lack of management.
Not recommended -it does no care neither for costumer service nor for its fame.
There are rooms on the basement, on the pavement if you open the curtains you see the eyes of people passing by.
The wifi did not work and the management did not
do anything, actually there was not management.
Nobody ever appeared.
If you are looking for heat in the room,be aware that the systen achieves only 24 degrees.
If you are looking for hot food in the breakfast, be aware that everything is cold even omelete.

Staff is super friendly and ready to help.
Room has a fridge, so you can keep your water cold.
For Easter we received chocolate egg and candies, a pleasant surprise.
Sound isolation of room was awful, we can hear how people in the next room flush their toilet or just speak (maybe it is old building and it is impossible to fix).

The hotel appears new and well-maintained at first glance, which gave me high hopes. The room was clean and the bed was surprisingly comfortable — definitely a plus. However, the walls were incredibly thin; I could hear everything from neighboring rooms as if the walls were made of paper. Not ideal for a good night’s rest.
Service-wise, the staff seemed a bit inexperienced or possibly overwhelmed. While polite, they didn’t seem fully prepared to handle basic requests smoothly, giving the impression that the hotel isn’t quite functioning at full capacity yet.
Another downside was the room view — it faced the bottom of a fire escape staircase. This meant very little natural light and virtually no view of the sky, making the space feel a bit gloomy.
Overall, while the hotel has potential, it still feels like it’s in a soft-opening phase. With some improvements in soundproofing and service, it could be a decent stay — but for now, it’s not quite there.

The mezzanine room, if you don’t pay attention you can hurt your head during the night

we really liked that location we have always stayed in the old town so his area was fairly new and exposed us to alot of different restaurants, cafe's etc it was very enjoyable. The staff at the hotel were really lovely and it was fairly quite, we did however hear noise from people coming and going inside the hotel but outside noise we didnt hear anything. The room was a little smaller than expected but was still lovely.
Just the noise it was really bad, just noticable.

Location was great. Close to all the action at a reasonable price. Great to have onsite parking, and cost to park was reasonable. Not parking is limited but very secure.
Small room but very comfortable.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. When checking we received an outlined map where things were and highlighted key locations and when the markets were running. Questions were answered and we were also able to upgrade our room in such short notice.
The pillows were too soft for my preference, and I found them uncomfortable after a long day when I was looking forward to a good night’s sleep

Excellent staff. 24 hour desk. 10 minute walk to waterfront. Another 10 minutes to the market area with fantastic restaurants. We thought hotel room small but clean and well organized.
