The location is fantastic. You couldn’t get any better than being directly on the promenade. The hotel bar and restaurant is very welcoming and the food is good, the views over the promenade are beautiful.
The Mountain View was very very misleading. All the balconies with this view directly face the apartments opposite which are all in desperate need of renovations to the exteriors. I was so disappointed with this view and we never used the balcony for this reason, felt like an invasion of residents privacy and the view was not nice.

Location is excellent being close to the beach, an easy walk from the centre of the city and well connected by pubic transport to the airport and the rest of the city. Hotel is very high quality, staff exceptional and quality of linen and cleaning service very high. Breakfast is exceptional

It’s a beautiful hotel, good location and helpful staff. Breakfast has good quality and variety and the facilities are ok. Generally was a nice hoteal to stay in Nice.
The rooms are a bit outdated. The toilet was a separate room with no sink.
The extra bed we asked for was a small obe-person sofa-bed and its mattress was not suitable for a 5-star hotel.

The management made some effort to compensate for the room cleaner's failings. They also were very generous with boxes of drinking water.
Breakfast was very poor compared to what it used to be years ago before Hyatt took over the hotel: there was very little gluten free food on offer and the cooked items were not kept hot enough. We had to bring in our own supply of gluten free bread. We also had a debate with the management about the bill but it turned out that Booking.com had given us incorrect information about the final bill: local city tax was more than quoted by Booking.com and the hotel provided a bill that incorrectly involved a British Airways Holidays address from 5 years previously.

Beautiful location, 3rd floor is stunning. Lovely pool. Our room on the 9th floor had a spectacular view, we enjoyed the balcony so much. The room was spacious with a big bed, very comfortable and had a door to dressing/ bathroom area which was practical as we had a 1 year old with us. The level of service was five star, all the staff were so friendly and helpful and gave us complimentary treats. Very welcoming to us and our little one. Concierge was excellent and arranged a day trip to a beach club in Cannes which was a highlight of our trip. We really loved it and can’t wait to return

The location is amazing. We had a great time. We had breakfast included and that was a big joy too. We got to swim in the pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Great location, very nice hotel; clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Very nice terrace for evening cocktails.
AC was not working well. Staff addressed the issue and made it better half way through our stay.

Hotel location and facilities are great. Large, airy foyer abd friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent, the gym was small but usable. We didn't use the pool or sauna but it looked good too.
The corridors when walking to our room were smelly, and our room was clean and functional but there was no view. .

Great hotel right in the center of prime Nice. Short walk to restaurants, shopping and of course the beach. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Staff is helpful and welcoming. Lovely, small pool area or when the beach gets too crowded.
You are in the center of the tourist hustle and bustle of the city, so if you are looking for a more quiet experience, it may not be the location for you.

The hotel staff were amazing. The room was spotless and the pool area was very clean. You cannot be the location to the Old Town and the beach.
The outside breakfast area needs to be steam cleaned due to the bird crap and the chair cushions replaced.

Unfortunately, the rooms were quite small and had a very unpleasant odor, which made my stay uncomfortable.

The staff is so polite and wonderful.
I wouldn’t describe the room to have a partial view of sea when you need to step onto balcony and duck down to see it.
There was not enough seating around the pool.
Weird to have toilet in separate room from bathroom; maybe have a separate room within the bathroom and definitely need a larger shower for such a fancy hotel.

Concierge was helpful.
I can believe how much I paid for a double bed room with a view of a drying rack and tinniest shower. This hotel is not worth over 1k a night. Had to pay even more for parking. When we were loading our car, valet just sat there. Never offered to help. This not a 5 star hotel.
