Not a thing, the only thing we thought may be a nuisance to the receptionist was you had to press the door bell and way for reception to open the door to let you in. You never waited long, but maybe access by using your room key card would be better.

The only good part of the hotel was its location.
As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted at the door by a gentleman. He was polite enough, I suppose, but the moment we walked in he said 'you've arrived very early.' The way he said it felt less like a friendly remark and more like 'why are you even here?' There should be nothing wrong with arriving early — I came early because I arrived in the city early, and I had no expectation that my room would be ready. I asked whether they could take our luggage. Fortunately, they agreed. While we were sitting in the lobby, there was a shift change, and that's when the nightmare truly began.
A woman came into the lobby and kept staring at us with a rather intimidating expression. No matter what we did, she seemed to be watching our every move, as if she was waiting for us to make a mistake. She even followed us when we went to the restroom. When I went to check on the breakfast service, she called out to me from across the room, in front of all the other guests, saying in a harsh tone: 'You don't have breakfast today, you'll eat tomorrow — if you eat today you'll have to pay.' It felt like a deliberate attempt to humiliate us in front of everyone. I calmly replied, 'I know, I was just curious about what was available.' (You are welcome to check the camera footage from the day I checked in, if you wish.)
I have stayed in many hotels across Europe and around the world. This is the first time I have ever been treated this way. What makes it even more striking is that I come from the city that does hospitality better than anywhere else in the world. This kind of service attitude simply does not exist there — and it shouldn't exist anywhere. For the sake of enjoying my holiday, I chose not to argue with them.
I should note that everything I've described applies only to the lobby staff. The other employees — the housekeeping team and the restaurant staff — were wonderfully helpful people.

Nicely located and connected hotel in wonderful 17th district. Smallish room (quite usual for Paris) but well organized, clean and comfortable. Modern bathroom (not so common in Paris) and nice typical breakfast.
Even at only 180cm I had problems to sit well on the toilet (bumping my knees on the shower). It's a common problem in Paris to have small and not very organized bathrooms. The staff looked a bit tired, could have been the weather though.

I know that rooms in Paris hotels are usually very small, but my room on the fifth floor was even inclined. This is probably due to the old building; still, it was strange to stand in a room with the constant feeling that the floor beneath you was not balanced.
Staff on reception does not know proper English, while 50% of guests use English in communication with them.

Great price/value accommodation. Good bed, clean bathroom, nice sheets, very good breakfast, amazing location. A few blocks from Arc de Triomphe and Charles De Gaulle metro station.
Nothing actually. But being picky, housekeeping only comes once a day, early in the morning while we were still asleep, so our room was never cleaned. Since we only stayed three nights, it wasn’t a major issue.

Even if it was a compact room but it had everything you may need.
The location was amazing.

The toilet legroom is so narrow that use of the toilet, for even an average height person, is only possible sideways. I leave it to your imagination as to what the consequences of this might be.

The staff were excellent and answered all our questions and concerns promptly. The hotel is in a very good condition and the location is excellent for walking to transport and food vendors. Thanks to the team for a pleasant stay .

Great location — I was able to walk around and explore the city on foot. Check-in was quick and easy, which is always appreciated. The family room was comfortable and pleasant overall.
Although I paid for breakfast, I was unable to enjoy it since we had to leave very early for the airport. I also didn't want to request a to-go option. The hotel is on the expensive side, though in my case it was a work trip so I had no choice. The main inconvenience was in the family room's shower: the ceiling slopes downward due to an adjacent staircase above, making it difficult to enter and exit — and I'm only 1.75m tall, so taller guests may find it even more challenging.

Location was very good. Only 7-10 min walking. Room was clean
Room had broken window. We informed staff about it, got answer that “ i have a key and will go to check it”, when we will be out. It is not ok, we felt insecure as our belongings were there and we do not want anyone come when we are out. Breakfast was poor. We had early check out, hotel does not provide breakfast pack. Hotel is offering free coffee in lobby, but you need to bring your cup from the room. This should be solved, it is not comfortable. Also as entrances into hotel, main door is locked and you can not enter, until someone comes to reception and opens it.

Great location to Arc de Triomph, Eiffel Tower and lots of restaurants and shops. clean, friendly staff
Hot items were not hot for example pancakes and waffles were made ahead and left there in the cold. Scrambled eggs were too wet. Other than that a good assortment of croissants and sweets.
