The staffs listen and communicate despite the terrible room conditions
The room smells smoke, and there are cigarettes traces on the ground. I have stayed in the room with window open but the smoke didn't go away. My request to change the room was refused because we already used the room.
During the night it is pretty noisy, we can hear people parking, leaving and taking in the parking.
What has added to this awful experience is the bed bugs!! My friend was bitten and went to the doctor, I am alright for now but I have to wash everything and live the next days worrying about bed bugs... ?

Easy standard hotel to stay in and is good value for money. Staff were nice and very accommodating.
The location is very poor. It is on the outskirts of the city; therefore, it requires auto vehicles to access basic amenities like groceries. I spent the day taking a nap, so it can be a place for someone to rest. A very unremarkable place surrounded by residential houses and no shops around. The locals use vehicles to access the main industrial shopping centre.

It was cheap.
BEDBUGS!
I even managed to catch and kill one. Not a major infestation, but still.
Mattress like stone. The only window was directly on to a walkway, with people walking 4ft from my face. I climbed two sets of outside stairs, in the pouring rain, only to find that my keycard hadn't been registered correctly, so I had to go down, with my bags, and do it all again.
And why was one of the pillows half size?

A classical Premiere Clase for one night stay. We liked the price and the quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the breakfast which is simple but classic of fresh baguette, butter, yoghurt, juice, coffee, etc.
For a one night stay is doable, but next time.with a toddler we will reconsider it due to its size.

You get a small private room with attached bathroom at a good price. Since it's like a motel (in the USA), the ground floor rooms have direct access to the outside.
It would be really difficult to walk around if you're 2 or 3 in the room. Beds and the desk have a side light, but there is no ceiling light, making it hard to look into your luggages.

The room, the bathroom was clean, bed linen spotless. Spacious parking , the gate is closed for night. Next to grill restaurant, so you can always buy food. WiFi was ok. The room had AirCon and the heater.
The room is tiny for three people. The receptionist was not very nice. We came in, she said it was completely booked. We went out, booked through booking.com and came in , in two minutes we had our room. The furniture is old.
