Parkign secure, entrance a bit narrow for wider vehicles but manageable. Tip - when you arrive by car, park just around the corner from reception and nip inside, they will give you a code for the key pad to the underground parking area. Great breakfast, staff helpful friendly and polite.

Great location look bit far from the city centre but it’s not, plus the river area is great. The room can be separated in two with curtains giving extra comfort if you travel with kids.
Nice breakfast
Even the breakfast was nice; the chef completely failed with the omelet - it was uneatable (perhaps it is popular with the kids, but our daughter didn’t like it either)

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff where aproachable and friendly. The room was great for a family of four with comfortable beds, a separate toilet to the bathroom and a power shower. Good location for restaurants and shops nearby.
Parking was €15 for a night which we did not know beforehand.

We stayed in this hotel for one night and everything was good. The room wasn't very big but ok for 4 of us for one night. Good quality food for breakfast. Although checkout was at 11 we could leave our car in the parking lot until 2:30 which was convenient for us.
Location was ok but not ideal - It's a little far for little legs to walk to the historical centre, walk around and then walk back for little legs but our 5 year old still managed to.

Family room was the best family room i've ever stayed in. Modern, clean, lovely design features and everything we could need
location was a bit rough and we weren't told about the height restriction on the carpark which meant we had to park on the street as we were carrying a roof box.

Very nice modern clean room for a family - a double bed and a double sofa bed. Had a nice small kids play area downstairs. Water filter in reception for fresh, cold water. Not far from the historic centre.
€19 for breakfast is too expensive

The room was very spacious and clean. We loved the continental breakfast, it was a great way to start the day. The location is convenient, just a pleasant fifteen-minute walk from the city centre and right by the riverbank, where you’ll find all sorts of fantastic places to eat.

We found the hotel quite well and were pleased to be able to park safely in their underground carpark. The receptionist was very welcoming and our room was clean and comfortable.
The only slight annoyance was the fact that with only one lift, it took ages to get down to breakfast and also check out.

Rooms are very big. Pefect for familes. Clean, smart with good facilities (Microwave / Coffee maker) Good location for Seine. Parking very handy, but we can't use because we had a roofbox on the car which makes it too big to get in! Late 12pm checkout is great!
We use this hotel when passing though to channel tunnel which is 2 hours away, so good for that

The Hotel was very nice our room was also nice spacious and in general clean. The communal areas were very cozy. And the receptionists were very sweet. We would stay again.
