THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND MODERN ALTHOUGH A BIT ON THE SMALL SIZE THE LOCATION WAS VERY GOOD IT IS JUST A FEW STRETS AWAY FROM THE MAIN TOWN AND OLD TOWN. WE DIDN'T TAKE THE BREAKFAST OPTION SO CANNOT COMMENT. THE STAFF WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY

WE HAD TO PUT THE SUITCASE INTO THE BATHROOM AS THERE WASN'T ENOUGH ROOM IN THE BEDROOM

Location is fairly central, modern hotel

The floor boards creaking! Our room was bad but then you could also hear other people walking about and their floorboards creaking too. Didn’t make for the best sleep. Make sure you pre book parking.

We had a Deluxe room with plenty of space. Clean, practical with a small extra sitting space. You can spend time in the room without the „ I need more space“ feeling. Bathroom with extra Climate control. Even the wardrobe had LED lights! The photos cannot show how good the room is. Breakfast was perfect so the breakfast lounge. The staff was all the time very kind and helpful. The Parking Garage was also spacious. The hotel is well placed, 10 minutes walk to the city center. Thank you for the excellent experience.

Breakfast with some variety and quality. Clean room. Friendly staff with multilanguage skills and helpful Great location; near the center, you can access everything by foot. Sauna was clean and always accessible.

Small room and basically no place to work. I had to work on my bed. Fitness studio equipment is a joke. There was one training equipment for weights that was out of order. I suggest repairing it as soon as possible. They asked for a very expensive rate per night, and this should not happen.

The location was a big advantage -- so accessible to the Old Town, but without the noise and crowd. The room space was well-planned, and the beds were comfortable. The staff were also helpful and friendly.

No complaints. Perhaps, it would help to have some hooks in the bathroom for hanging clothes.

Great location around 10 mins walk from the cathedral, parking garage next to hotel, breakfast was good (and the staff overseeing it was very nice). Great shower in the Deluxe room.

Tea was provided in the room but there was no kettle to actually prepare it - very odd. Garage access is quite cumbersome (e.g. luggage should be dropped at reception before parking the car as there is no lift).

The location was very nice. Really close to everything. The room was very comfortable and clean. The reception staff were also very nice and let us leave our bags there after the check out.

The only negative I can think of is the soundproofing of the room walls, but it wasn't that big of a deal for us.

The location is wonderful, close to the city center. The room was cozy and clean, no noise from the street at all. The staff was friendly and assisting. The breakfast was also very good with hot meals, variety of bread and cheese.

Everything was super. The only think i lack -- fresh vegetables. But probably it is not usual for traditional French breakfasts:)

It was my first time visiting Strasbourg and I had a very nice stay at D Hotel. I greatly appreciate the receptionist, Miss Lauriane, outstanding service. She was very welcoming and her work was impeccable, check in went smoothly, she suggested places to eat and recommended places to visit. Room was clean and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Location was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is close to the convention center so it was an easy walk. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The room was nice and we would definitely return.

We had two hotel rooms, one was extremely hot and we couldn’t get the temperature to turn down. However, we never alerted the hotel staff so they may have been able to fix it. Also, there was mold, growing around the window in the shower in the bathroom. Some of the moldings look like they had been wet and we’re pulling away from the wall. But overall these are small things that can be remedied, we were actually rather happy with this hotel.

great size room, clean and comfy. Very close to the city centre. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Loved going to chill in the relax area with the sauna. Buffet breakfast was very good, lots of choice and there is always someone there to help.

Room clean a bit early, i finished my breakfast at 9.30 and they were already in my room, so had to send them away to finish to get ready. Relax room very small, so if more than 2 guest go not much space to relax.

The location is just great. There’s also parking available though that is an extra charge. The room was lovely with a comfortable bed and shower. A separate loo is always a plus. I loved the balcony as well. The mini bar was well stocked there was also a coffee machine. The reception team were wonderful and so helpful when we were struggling with ordering taxis. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

My only slight negative and I am being picky here would be the passage between the hotel and the car park is a little dark but the light does come on eventually otherwise no complaints at all.
