Everything was good - breakfast, the room (very good sound isolation), the location.
The gym is joke :) I hoped to find at least some dumbbells but in the very small room you will find a bike and treadmill and thats basically it. the room was a walk through room (even though the second door was closed). anyway - if you really want to train, don't rely on it.

The location was great. Staff was friendly.
The room was smaller than shown, expected. The toiletries were nearly empty, did not seem like that housekeeping checked while preparing the room. The bed creaked a lot.
Fitness center was not great.

The location was good. The hotel staff were welcoming, knowledgeable and professional.
The room was nice and the bed comfortable.
The breakfast was good quality and varied.
Unfortunately the restaurant was not open ( apart from breakfast) and I did not know this before. There were other restaurants in the vicinity but I had planned to have one evening meal in. Not a big problem, but a disappointment.

Breakfast a well provided continental breakfast - fresh...delicious... . Staff always extremely helpful...room tidied and cleaned each day. Close to both the station and the city centre so position ideal.
Make sure you take a plan of what you do NOT want to miss in the city and an easy to read map - if you want to make the most of your visit then you need to walk everywhere
We would have like good quality teabags and spoons (we ARE English after all!). Perhaps a better quality drink provider resource?

Nice hotel very close to train station. Near everything, the shops are just around the corner. Easy stroll to the attractions and Christmas markets. The room was clean and comfortable although I thought it was a little bit on the smallish side but fine for a couple of nights stay. The bathroom was quite good and roomy looks like it has been renovated, nice big shower recess too.
Nothing comes to mind.

Shady neighborhood with red lights district few streets away. Uncomfortable beds. No lobby bar. I understand this is not hotel problem but city should take action about neighborhood.

Really well situated for the train station, and only 15 minutes walk from Place Kleber. Good breakfast, staff welcoming and friendly.
Unfortunately the restaurant was closed all of the evenings we were there, nor did the bar appear to be open.
Clean room, bathroom with a bath, large comfy bed. Very quiet particularly as situated across the road from the railway station. Easy walk into city. Lovely welcoming staff.
Room perhaps on the small side for a long stay but perfectly adequate for our overnight stop.

staff were polite and helpful.
Specifically booked this hotel as it said it had a bar in the listed facilities. its nice to get back from a busy day, and chill out with a couple of drinks before bed,... it did have a bar, that is shut, as is the restaraunt by 8:30pm, didnt see the bar or restaurant open except for breakfast, which was mediocre at best, in fact although it was included in the price we chose to get breakfast in town... The room temperature is set for you at 19deg, and you cannot change it up or down, the rooms are very small , for Β£1000 for 2 nights i expected so much more, it was no better than staying at a holiday inn express or traavelodge.. no milk for making coffee either.. theres a mcdonalds across the street and a lot of people was using that for their coffee,

The property was special from start to end with their slightly vintage yet modern decor in an amazing shape especially the vintage elevator they have. The room we were staying in was well equipped with everything we needed and what I liked most was that we could adjust the temperature in our room ourselves.
The location is perfect it is a brief walk from the city centre.
Not all rooms have views, in fact those that donβt have blinded windows that you canβt see through.
