I had received emails about my pre authorisation payment not going through. Therefore I called the hotel as my details were correct, they informed they would keep the room as I was definitely coming which was fine. I spoke to somebody twice just to be sure as it’s a long way from Scotland to get turned away. However, on arrival we were told our booking had been delayed due to a mix up with the payment. They put us up in another close by hotel, the Citadines. This was not an issue and they helped us get there, we were a bit disappointed not to stay were we had booked tho but the new hotel was near by. When we got to the new hotel our bed was 2 singles pushed together on wheels on a wooden floor which I fell through twice. The room was clean and tidy and no issues otherwise but it was disappointing to have booked a double room to then have a very uncomfortable 3 night sleeps. The staff who helped us can’t be faulted though as she was so lovely and gave us advice on were we should visit and walked us to the other hotel.

The 2 separate beds in the room I ordered, which request was confirmed by the hotel by email, was not honored. The receptionist blamed me for calling "another" phone number at 8:30 PM and not the one in the email that was sent to me for asking for a room change. On the second night we were again given a room with 1 bed and one shared duvet! On the third night the key card didn't work! Extreme lack of professionalism, and hassles throughout the stay! On the last night, the employee herself offered to reimburse me for the value of one night as compensation, but nothing like that happened!

Amazing value for money! We were more than happy in this incredible spacious and clean apartment. We were 3 friends sharing this room and it never felt crowded, and even though our room was located on the street side ,where bars and restaurants are, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. We always felt secure and everything was walking distance including many touristic sites, stores, supermarkets and cinemas all around the place. We absolutely loved it and recommend it 100%!

The location is great and the bed was comfortable. The kitchenette came with a cleaning kit, and the bathroom with toiletries. The room is spacious and ideal in size for one person.
I never saw the reception open even though I usually left the accommodation at 8 in the morning. The fridge is loud and at night it woke me up. The air gets quickly stuffy in the room, it's not easy to aerate properly.

This apartment hotel was in a good location to see the local attractions. It was close to grocery stores and a number of restaurants as well. . The bed and shower were okay. All of the staff were also friendly and as helpful as they were allowed to be.
The pictures and description did not match the room. It was not well designed apartment for quests and had very few amenities that that a guest would expect for any apartment stay. For example, most hotels provide a coffee maker, iron, sufficient closet hangers, toiletries, etc. One shower towel was provided per guest and could not be exchanged for a fresh towel even after a few days. Without an in-unit or facility washing machine, this was a significant health issue, especially since were there 5 days. The room was average, and in need of updating and not very clean. I do not recommend this hotel for more than a night or two and even then, I believe there are better choices.

The location: it’s very central. Staff were very kind and nice eventhough the hotel needs a thorough management transformation in order to become effective. At the moment in fact it leaves much to be desired. To improve, they need a better oraganization, a structured thorough and prompt set of info for the guest before arrival and a better overall maintenence.
First of all, the Staff should have provided us with the necessary info about their parking (despite my writing an email about it nobody replied), the check in and, most important, the Christmas Market road block basically sealing of the center of the city after 11.00 am which requires a special pass that the hotel should have told about and given us beforehand. Since such info was not provided, upon arrival in Strasbourg by car, we ended up blocked off by the traffic police and had to park at the Mall’s parking lot and walk all the way to the hotel pulling our luggage. Second, we were given the wrong key (a key to a door without the actual metal handle so impossible to open) so we had to make 3 international calls to finally reach someone at booking.com to get help and a new room. Third: the toilel needed some thorough cleaning (the bottom side of the WC was really filthy). Fourth: breakfast was non-existing. Fifth: the garbage bin. In the room there was a notice reading the garbage must be disposed of at ground 0, where on ground 0 remained a mystery though. Thankfully we ran into another guest who pointed us in the right direction and told us where the bin was.

Great location. A one room apartment in the middle of the city within easy walking distance of major attractions and the nearby tram station. The staff were pleasant and courteous, and the unmanned check-in was seamless, with a code sent to us before our stay so that we could enter and receive our key smoothly. The breakfast is not worth it. Not much choice of food. Although the baguettes were nice, I recommend getting your breakfast from a nearby bakery for something that's delicious but the same price. The apartment and fittings themselves are a bit old: the main room light was very dim, and the lamps were broken. The water pressure in the shower was low.

The accommodation was clean and spacious, no noise from the neighboring rooms. However, the best part was very good location in the old town right next to one of the main city squares, close to many cafes and a small supermarket right on the corner.

It’s located in a nice part of town.
The hotel was extremely overpriced for what it offers. The interior felt outdated, and it was very noisy — I could constantly hear doors slamming and even hear the neighbors using their shower.
The room had a very strong, overwhelming potpourri smell that didn’t go away and made the space feel stuffy and uncomfortable.
Cleanliness wasn’t great either; the microwave had visible fingerprints, and every time I showered, the entire bathroom floor would get wet.
To top it off, the bed was incredibly uncomfortable — it felt like there was no mattress, just a hard box spring. Overall, not worth the cost, and I wouldn’t stay here again.

This is a really nice apartment hotel, similar to Citadene, where I’ve stayed in Paris. I particularly liked the vehicle access, even though it wasn’t easy to find, due to construction on the roads everywhere. GPS was of no value. But once I got parked, the hotel was in a great location for restaurants, the tram to the EU Parliament, all was good. Nice comfortable and (especially) quiet room.
Nothing really comes to mind. The only thing is, if you leave on Sunday morning, which I did (and I was lucky as there was little traffic getting out), they should mention that your code is good until checkout at 11. As I went out for takeaway coffee and croissant, as no breakfast is available on Sunday.
