The room size was great and it was handy to have a little kitchenette and dining table. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good - a little expensive on the face of it but great value for money for us as kids are free. The location was excellent. The kids loved the little children's area in the reception and the pool was a must in the heat.
The decor in the rooms and corridors was maybe a little dated and/or basic. But clean and well maintained, just not luxe. The common areas were higher spec.

The room - after requesting to move
The first room, which was adjoining and had young children in who we could hear crying in the early hours of the morning. It was surprising that the hotel put us in adjoining rooms when there seemed to be plenty other available.

Pleasant accommodation just in the city centre - in the quiet quiet part.
We really appreciated the pleasant and helpful staff, who helped us secure a secure parking space and advised us on everything. Thank you!
Rich and fresh breakfast, comfortable beds :-D
We didn't have time to use the pool due to opening hours unfortunately.
There is a great lack of any ventilation - at least the possibility of opening the ventilation space / position would be enough. The air in the room is musty unfortunately.
The refrigerator illuminated the entire room at night and does not allow for good relaxation.

Loved the room, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The lobby area is really lovely. The staff are extremely helpful.
The pool is extremely small and had lots of kids in it - we didn't want to get in as we thought it would be dirty. The area by the pool is really small. The bar didn't open until 4pm - we wanted a drink before that.

The hotel is right in the city center, which makes it very convenient for exploring. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and quality.
One downside was the extra charge for bringing a dog — it seemed a bit too high.
Unfortunately, due to the central location, we did come across some people in the area who seemed a bit sketchy. Of course, this isn’t the hotel’s fault, but it’s something to be aware of.
there is no elevator that reaches street level. Although it’s just a short flight of stairs, carrying luggage up and down can be inconvenient. Using the lift for people with disabilities is an option, but it’s not very practical for everyone.

Fantastic location. We walked everywhere.
Breakfast was good
The room was unbelievably SMALL. Actually claustrophobic. We stayed for three nights and would have liked a bit more space. We travelled light, but people had massive suitcases which must have taken up all the floor space in the room. Although it did encourage us to get out and explore.
The pool was also a let down. I’d been really looking forward to a swim, but it’s a lap pool and was full of lots of children, who loved it, but wasn’t really conducive to anything more than a dip to cool off.

Very nice room, lovely hotel with friendly staff. The room was spotless, a comfortable size for the 3 of us with a spacious bathroom. The air con and fridge were truly appreciated during the time of our visit as it was during a heatwave. The swimming pool (lap pool) is a nice addition to this hotel, it can get very busy but we did enjoy our time there.

Nothing. The beakfast was ok. There was industrial perfume spraying all day, like a bad hotel that rents rooms by the hour, I payd 396,- for 2 nights, Airco broken, way too hot in the room, it is totally inacceptable. This is a €60,- a night bed, without any luxury, no business cliënts should book here.

Overall, it was a good hotel. The property is slightly tired and could use some updating. While the room was spacious, it had a rather clinical feel, a bit like a hospital room, due to the lack of design elements and minimal furnishings.
The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were small, flat, and not particularly supportive.
On the positive side, the staff were lovely and genuinely friendly, and the location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of Toulouse.
The room was spacious but felt somewhat tired and in need of updating. Its minimal furnishings and lack of design gave it a bit of a hospital-like feel. The pillows were small, flat, and not particularly comfortable. Also, paper cups in the room felt out of place for a hotel of this standard.

Location, price, cleanliness, service, the breakfast choice and taste
Breakfast finished at 10am which is a bit early however, that is their time and so this is not reflected in my score. Disappointingly, simple things like bacon and scrambled eggs ran out regularly but no one was checking this and it was down to the customer to inform and then there was a 10 minute wait (quite often longer) before those items were ready. Then they would remove the juice machine at 9.45! You can’t do this if breakfast is until 10.
