The location. We had an issue with the Air conditioning not working in the room we were originally given and the receptionist changed our room.
The whole hotel. The corridors and stairwell carpets were filthy and torn. The lift was tiny. The room was tiny with barely anywhere to put luggage. No view. No safety deposit - gad to leave valuables in safe at reception.The bathroom was very small and the shower did not drain away unless you turned the water off half way through your shower. There were no instructions in english to advise how to get clean towels - eventually worked it out 5 days into holiday! The bedding was not changed throughout our entire week stay! We had a fire alarm at 23.30 and had to go down and wait at reception. No information was given as to whether there was actually a fire and no-one checking guests were OK and no safety drill apparent. Eventually advised we could go back to our room 45mins later! Would not give this property anymore than 5 out of 10 - probably OK if for 1 night given the location. Very disappointed and nothing like the photos or description.

Friendly staff. Excellent location for buses to the airport and elsewhere. Central, near Market, Capitole, shops, restaurants, and train station. Comfortable bed and room was quite quiet. Very good value.
The water in the shower wasn't very hot for very long. I asked about it, and they said they would get the plumber to look at it. They may have, but the water was still pretty tepid, and the drain probably needed cleaning as the water took a while to go.

I've stayed here before and love the location, within easy walking distance to the Place du Capitole and St.-Sernin. The desk staff speaks fluent English and are very helpful. Breakfasts are generous with good variety. The beds are comfortable, and hot water is plentiful.
The room for the first part of my stay upon arrival was small with an interior view and didn't receive much natural light. On my one-night stay at the end of the trip, I was in a much larger room with a street view, lots of light, and a couch.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Check-in and communication were seamless. The hotel's location is excellent. It's right in the city center, very close to the commercial district with its numerous shops, cafes, and restaurants. A metro station is located directly on the square, and the airport bus stops just 25 meters from the hotel entrance. The train and long-distance bus stations are a 12-minute walk away. Most of the city's attractions are within easy walking distance. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of international and regional dishes. Another advantage is the early breakfast start time. The bathroom is spacious, equipped with a bathtub, and appears to have been recently renovated. Although it was a room facing the street with a view of the square, it was quiet, and the beds were comfortable. The room itself had a water cooker with a small selection of coffee and tea. The hotel also offers luggage storage.
The hotel complex consists of several old buildings, each with its own unique charm. However, there is a certain contrast: some areas of the hotel are in dire need of a fresh coat of paint and new carpeting, while other areas give the impression of having been recently renovated. The light in the room could be a bit better.

Staff is golden here. Room was large enough and bed comfortable. Location is excellent, next to the airport bus stop, ten minute walk from the bus/train station and practically across the street from the old town with its hundreds of restaurants. I would go back.
This is a tough one. For the money it is an excellent place. But it is a three star place. I didn’t need a night club or even a real restaurant as around the hotel there are so many options. However, I would have loved to have a fridge in the room.

The location is fine, very central. The room was sufficient for a night’s stay and clean. However we were woken up at 1:00 a.m. by loud guests and again at 5 a.m. but loud thuds against the wall where we slept. As there was a door across the hall to a closet for the staff we wondered if the staff was responsible for the noise. The breakfast was nicely set up and complete.

Just very basic , needs some tlc and some warm touches. Kept awake all night by a group of children who slammed the door one by one in the corridor. Not the hotels fault but was really a difficult first night.
