Location was great. Easy access from the airport bus stop (5min), downtown (10min) and the Central Station (10min).
Reception staffs are always very friendly.
Room was not big, but enough space for two. Clean and quiet even It's close to the main street. However no view from the room only other buildings wall, which was ok for us. Bed was comfy.
Overall we satisfied our stay here.
Wifi was not stable. Most of the time we had to use our own cellphone connection. That was a bit frustrated.
Warm water was limited. We needed to take care of our shower time.

Location is within a short walk from the Matabiau train station.
Noise from a nearby nightclub make it impossible to sleep. The staff is aware of the problem, but is either unwilling or unable to take any measures. Breakfast could be better for the price the hotel charges.

Location is excellent if arriving via airport with a stop on the shuttle right outside. Staff very welcoming and attentive. Loved the extra touch of complimentary hot and cold drinks in the room and the temperature of hotel made a pleasant stay during some very cold evenings.

The location was perfect, close to the train station, restaurants and shopping. The room was small but clean, the shower had some issues draining but it was taken care of once staff notified.

Breakfast was very basic but all was fresh and delitious.
There was not enough hot water. It seems that they are using boilers to heat the water...

I stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed! The location is excellent—close to the city center, charming cafes, and major attractions, making it easy to explore Toulouse on foot.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality truly made my stay special.
The interior is stylish and modern, with a sleek design that creates a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and had a cozy yet contemporary feel.

First, the staff was outstanding. Eric was top notch during checking and thruout stay (3 nights). Erica and Allen were also very helpful. There was an issue in the shower and we were easily shifted to another room. Rooms were very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice. We liked the location, 5-6 minute walk from the train station and within 15 from most sites. The airport shuttle bus stop is about 4-5 minute walk as well. We’d definitely stay here again if we have a return visit.
It was all good.

Location was ideal. A short walk from the station and then short walk to town centre. Staff VERY friendly and helpful. Room a little small and could do with a cupboard to be able to unpack suitcase for a few nights stay. But comfy cleean and air con great. Breakfast was lovely and coffee great!
Just a bit more space and somewhere to put clothes in.

The room was clean, welcoming, bright and the bathroom was very good with a great shower. The air conditioning worked brilliantly, especially welcome as the temperatures outside were over 34 degrees C. The staff was excellent and went over and above to help us and this is definitely not the case with many hotels.

Location was great (10 mins from the station, 10 mins from the town centre) and the breakfast was decent enough.
The quality of the room was a little poor - the shower was hanging off the wall and the coffee machine didn't work - but it was OK for the price.

The hotel was conveniently located for access to the city with a bus route to the airport just 200 yards away.
The air-conditioned room was excellent, and it was most welcomed with temperatures hoovering around 40 degrees
Comfortable beds and a very good shower
Lack of storage space and very cramped room.
Carpet was stained in places, and curtains had seen better days

The bed was comfortable It was quiet. Location to train station was good. Several restaurants in area.
The carpet was dirty, no tissue in room, no liquid soap in dispenser in shower. We opted for breakfast the first day. We ate at 10:00 Am ( Breakfast until 11:00 AM). many items were low or out. No one at desk or in lobby/breakfast area for at least 30 minutes during breakfast. Breakfast definitely not worth 15 E if depleted. Front desk not occupied many times. Room was small and very basic. Needed updating for sure.

It was fairly basic but met our immediate needs. They provided a coffee machine in the room and coffee pods.
Internet was down while we were there. Breakfast should have been included in the price. We ended up purchasing food and having it in our room in the morning.

They did not have gluten free bread so I did not order breakfast. But it was close to the railway station and in a good area with restaurants and shops around.
I noticed that the light did not work beside the bed and I forgot to tell them about it before I left. I think they should check that before arrival for a new guest. I had a single room and it was very small but otherwise okey.

The hotel is in a good location, whether you want to visit the tourist sights or get to the Matabiau train station for travel to other towns or to get to an area with many restaurants and pubs.
The fact that there is a 24-hour reception is a plus, and the staff are very friendly. I received very good advices from the receptionists about restaurants, duration of a taxi trip to the airport, etc.
I was aware that my room single was small, but I did not expect it to be so small that moving around inside would be at the limit of comfort. I suspect a larger person would have difficulty inside.
The main problem is the bathroom. The entrance to the bathroom is so narrow that a door could not be fitted and all the steam from the shower enters the room. In addition, there are no railings for towels, so the towels cannot dry properly and become damp.

Close to train station, about 10min walk and close to walk into the city. Reception staff great, bed comfy. Bathroom clean and instant hot water (no wasting water waiting for it to get warm). Good size shower and water pressure and mini fridge handy. Room on the small size but perfect for one person and amazing sound proofing, no noise from inside or outside, so I got a good night's sleep. Excellent value for money. Will definitely stay there again.
Needs some minor cosmetic upgrades like carpet cleaned but not enough to worry about.

Friendly personnel, elevator, secured entrance, A/C-heating, coffee machine in each room, very convenient position close to the airport bus stop and easy to walk downtown. Supermarket and restaurants closely.
The dimension of the room is slightly small and there was no space to hang coats and clothes.
