We didn’t receive any communication about the car parking and or the fact that you can’t drive up to the door. On arrival I had to run in and was given a confusing piece of paper trying to explain the parking situation. We must have driven the block 5 times before we spotted the entrance to the parking. Google was sending us all around it but didn’t indicate it was underground. Didn’t find the young receptionist very helpful.
There was no shower glass or curtain on the bath-shower so water went everywhere and was very dangerous getting out of the high tubs.

The accommodation boasts an excellent location, conveniently situated right opposite the train station, which made our stay much more convenient. Close to the city centre, the hotel is surrounded by bustling high streets with excellent restaurants and popular shopping brands. The breakfast was superb, and the staff were extremely polite and informative.

Good location if you were coming by train or bus. Within walking distance to Old stone and downtown core village, shopping centres and restaurants.
The fire alarm kept going off and we had to evacuate the building 3 times during our stay. No one knew what was going on and the staff didn’t say anything to the guests staying there. Also they advertise as parking at this location but there was none, we had to find street parking which was expensive and a maximum of 12 hours. Then we had to move the car again further away to another parking lot for the second night and it was also expensive plus a 10 - 15 minute walk away with luggage.

The location is excellent. Literally right across from the train station and a very walkable distance from the quaint food and gathering part of the city.
Our room had a nice, oversize bathroom with a double sink, which is rare in a hotel. However, the drain in the shower made a horrible, loud gurgling sound which was not only very annoying, it was bothersome to my husband who was still trying to sleep. We could not get the safe to work...never a problem anywhere else. The room itself was large but drab and in need of some sprucing up. Only one key card given, which is necessary for the lights to work. Leave the room, take your key and phones and camera batteries left to charge have no power to do so!

Stale smell in room (room 250) so had to open the window and put up with the noise. Door lock faulty, card didn’t work at first and even after changing, door still difficult to open. Room rather small for a 4 star. Decor rather tired.and dated. Glad my wife wasn’t with me as she’d have been very disappointed. Receptionist on arrival rather blasé.

We had a lovely stay here and left with big smiles on our faces. One of the biggest highlights of this hotel is how wonderfully kind and welcoming the staff are. They genuinely seem to enjoy what they do, and it made all the difference. Plus, the fact that they accept dogs is a big win.
The hotel itself has loads of charm, with delightfully retro decor. It is a little worn around the edges: there is a bit of mold in the bathroom that could really use a firm encounter with bleach, and some dust hiding on top of the curtains—but nothing that cannot be forgiven.
We were upgraded to a room with a stunning view of the Tours train station and a glorious sunrise to greet us in the morning. Being next to the station does mean a few colourful characters roam about at night, but we felt safe, and the area was surprisingly quiet.
Location-wise, it could not be better. A short walk takes you to the magnificent Hôtel de Ville, Tours' picturesque medieval houses, and the breathtaking Cathédrale Saint-Gatien. There is even a convenient parking arrangement right on the square.

Good disabled facilities in the bathroom, both the bathroom and bedroom were very spacious and comfortable. Good sized bed, and a bonus to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. A very good location withing the centre of Tours. The hotel decor was nice and very clean. The price for the pet and the parking was very reasonable.
If parking was requested via email as was the case with ourselves it would have been a good idea to have sent us a map or details of where the underground car park was. It was very difficult to find and the member of staff on duty was not too good at giving directions to it. Had we had a map in advance it would have alieviated time and unnecessarily driving around the location to find it.

Excelent location in the middle of the city. The hotel looks luxurious classic and well upkeep. I love it. Breakfast is good. Public underground car park is next to the hotel.
Though the room is big; but our super king size bed is too big for the room.

Very charming interior, staff was nice and the location was very ideal.
We arrived at 3:30 pm and the staff at check in told us that the room wasnt ready, while checking in was possible from 3 pm. Luckily there was a room available. The room was very noisy, we could hear people walking in the halls and we could hear footsteps from the floor above us. In the morning we got breakfast in the room which was scheduled at 9am, but the coffee was cold and the eggs were cold too, though it was known what time we wanted breakfast.

Very beautiful classic hotel with clean, nicely decorated & spacious rooms. Very nice bathtub and bathroom. The front desk staff is very helpful & professional. Location right across street from Tours train station. Many restaurants nearby.
Access l to the hotel by car is a bit confusing & challenging. The address given for hotel is a street which is blocked at one end.

The breakfast was good, the room was a little small, as we booked for 3 people and had 2 single beds in one room and a single in another. The door wouldn't open properly because the bed was in the way, ok once we moved the bed a little. Big bathroom, an older hotel in Tours. Great location, you can see the train station and an easy walk to the train and not far from shops and restaurants

Perfect location across from train station and parking garage. We arrived by train and rented a car in Tours as a base to explore explore chateaux. I made a mistake booking two non refundable rooms and the staff very graciously cancelled one no charge! Great breakfast in large rooms overlooking street and park. Old fashioned charm, bought a nice bottle of wine from the bar.
Nothing, totally enjoyable stay, walkable to all attractions and adjacent to tram stop for easy interesting ride to car rental, got to see more of the city.

The directions of getting to the car park and from the car park to the hotel entrance could be improved. It's very close by, Also clarity around the ticket procedure at the car park. The hotel issue a second ticket for your exit at a discounted price.

The location of this Hotel is absolutely wonderful!. It is within feet of the train station. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. Everything is within easy walking distance. The rooms were quite nice.
The shower stall was really tiny. I'm a tall and not overly large person, but when I would bend over to scrub my legs, my butt would turn off the shower, LOL!
