Location is good. Also parking is quite easy. Staff is friendly. Although the reception has a strict time table. It does not bother us.
The building is a bit run down, some renovation would be fresh it up.

Nice hotel, would stay again. Good location, easy to find. Free Parking available. Front of house warm and welcoming. 'Economical' Bedroom was larger than expected (as we were told it was tiny!) beds comfortable. Clean. Table and chairs was a nice feature.
On arrival at 6.30pm we ordered hot drinks but we could not sit outside to enjoy them in the evening sunshine as the outside area was Closed and only available at breakfast time. In Room 11 the toilet was awkwardly positioned, if you are an adult (with over 38" hips) you would need to be able to squeeze your bottom between the basin and the shower in order to sit on it! hahahaha Good shower, but sink much too big, it only needs a small wash hand basin in that room and then the toilet wouldn't have been so awkward to use!

The location of the hotel was ideal for a one night stop over on our way into the South of France. We took a walk out into the centre of Tours for a meal & drinks. The centre was very cosmopolitan, open & inviting. Worth a visit to the cathedral.

Great location outside of the the city and free parking in their private car park. Tram Station just 5 minutes walk from hotel. Trams run until midnight.
It's a bit dated. Its great for a one night stop and would definitely stay there based on being out of town but the ease of getting into town and back. 3 euros 10 cents return. Get off tram 1st stop after crossing river for the old town.

It’s budget accommodation, so you get what you pay for.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The continental breakfast was filling & just what we needed before travelling onwards.
The location is in a residential area, a good 30 min walk from the centre (shops & restaurants).
A bizarre decoration mix in the rooms - parts had been upgraded with orange & grey mix but others parts were left as retro floral 80’s style.

The staff was great. They offered us a lot of information and tried to make pleasant our staying. The room wasn't very large, yet it was an economy room, good for the value. We stayed just one night and it was a good match to this purpose. They have a free, private parking place, luckily I found the last free spot. All in all, it was a good staying at this hotel.
Not too much of a parking place, as I said, I was lucky to find the last free spot.
