The room we had was a good size for the money paid. Breakfast was good, but not great, and it lacks some hot food options. The location is close to the main part of the city.
Entry to carport below is very tight, and we had hired a bigger car.

Staff very friendly and helpful, hotel was welcoming, clean and well placed for access to local facilities and only 10min walk to very vibrant city centre with lots to do and see.
Size of room could have been better, great for solo travellers but tight squeeze for bigger parties

Excellent friendly staff and located within a close proximity to stroll down to the river and around the town centre etc. Secure underground parking was welcome.
The access to the car park is very tight. No problem for smaller cars but drivers of large SUVs etc would really struggle.

The hotel was very nice, the room was clean and the staff was friendly and multilingual. The breakfast was very extensive and good. The main train station was around 15-20 minutes away by foot and the shopping district and old city were also in a 10-20 walking distance away.
The window in my room was hard to open and close, as it was a bit old.

Good size room and bed, air conditioning, nice staff, clean, about 20 minutes walk from the train station or 5 minutes by bus, supermarket next to the hotel.
Bed matress could be better as it's wobbly and you can feel every move the person you are sharing your bed with makes.
A little bit of an old carpet smell in the hallways of the hotel, but not in the room so it's not a big issue.

Great selection for breakfast. Staff really helpful. Location, hotel only 15 minutes from the historic centre. Good bar and snacks.
Although they try to practice sustainability, our room was cleaned unnecessarily. We only had paper cups for the bathroom and coffee. It costs more cleaning but (maybe) cheaper to use actual cups/mugs and glasses, adds to the experience, paper detracts. Good secure parking.

Small but efficiënt rooms, with coffee/tea maker in the room. I asked for a room on backside due to possible trafficnoise. Good quality breakfast. Close to city center, walking distance
Nobody could leve the next day, because the street was blocked due to a marathon. So all guests with a car, had to waiit till 10 a.m. for a short window in time to leave. Communication about this could have been better.

The room was comfortable but small and a bit chilly. There didn't seem to be any heating that worked. The breakfast was copious and excellent - a good choice of savoury dishes which suited us.
The colour scheme in the bedroom was rather gloomy ( a deep plum colour) and Housekeeping failed to service our room on the first morning.

Very good breakfast and kind staff. A bus stop in front of the hotel but also easy to reach the city centre by a 15 min walk
I travelled alone, so the double room was space enough. But as a couple for more than one night could be challenging.

The room has everything necessary and big enough for two people to stay if you don't have a lot of luggage. The cleaning service is nice. It's rather quiet and we don't hear others. The location is good too, easily reachable by foot.
It feels smaller than the picture, but overall, it's okay. It sometimes smells a bit humid, but you can open the window for fresh air to come in, so that's acceptable, too.

Overall, it's a good place. The room was a little bit worn off.
The big lamp didn't work, but it was fine.
It was warm in the winter
If you pay for the breakfast + parking, you will be paying additionally around 40 euro, so the total price will be around 100
The amount of food at the breakfast was very limited, eggs and sausage's were in very small numbers.

Underground, secure parking. Excellent breakfast with lots of options. Compact room has a desk, small settee, and shelves beside the bed. Gym also available, however we did not use this stay.
Wifi in the room was non-existent. There were a few outlets in the room, but only one was convenient for charging electronics (by the bed, under a tiny bedside shelf). The outlet by the desk was under the desk, so the provided kettle had to be on the floor. The only other outlet was high on the wall near the bathroom, nowhere near a shelf. Stairs between parking garage and lobby - no elevator access.

The room was quite small, but enough for our necessities. Breakfast was good, with enough eatable things. Frontdesk personnel was very nice and helpful, eager to assist us with everything we needed (town orientation, restaurants searching, etc.). The hotel is situated at a quarter of an hour of walking from the old city, so we could leave our cars in the underground parking and enjoy our evenings out, after long drivings every day for sightseeing along the Loire river and its jewels (castles, vineyards, forests, beautiful towns and villages, etc.). That region of France is a real treat for the eyes, especially in October.
The heating system inside our room needed some assistance, but it was solved eventually. Softer pillows would have been good for properly resting our heads and necks. Some vegetables would have been fine to have for breakfast. And some variety, too, as we stayed in that hotel almost a week and we had the same thing every morning. The parking was handy, but that came with a cost of 9 euros per day per car.
