Not an awful lot. The lobby and breakfast area are actually nice.
The rooms are tiny. Really small indeed. Probably made worse by the fact that in our group we were all on the top floor, where the sloped ceiling makes things worse. One side of the bed requires even shorter people to be careful to avoid banging their heads. Also, the lift only serves the 4th floor, the rest is stairs. Annoying if you have heavy luggage. Granted, there is mention of this in the booking process. But how come we all ended up on the 5th floor? I’m either unlucky with far too often getting those dud rooms on the top floor which are smaller. Or its that some hotels give their least desirable rooms to booking.com customers. I’m keeping an eye on this one. Btw, the hotel was available for less on the day we arrived. So it wasn’t a matter of getting what was left. Au contraire, we paid extra gor lesser rooms.

Lovely staff, they were so kind after my late arrival due to train delays. Very nice breakfast.
I couldn't charge my phone as the sockets only worked on a slim 2 pin plug. I had the type that needed a third point from the socket. No window to open and being on the 5th floor it was very hot.

Spa massage was very good, and access to the sauna and Haman (at extra cost) very nice. Good location just outside the old town, and good restaurants and boulangeri close by.
Our room was small, and separate cubicle for loo very cramped. Bathroom nice though. I think there are larger rooms, we were just unlucky (room 204).
Onsite parking limited, but parking 5 minutes walk away was secure and free if charge.

Not far from the railway station as well as local bus lines) and also close to the old town. Classy and comfortable fit out. Coffee machine. A good patisserie across the road and a restaurant street around the corner (and a mini mart).
My room was under the roof space, so had to dodge beams. The lift only goes to Level 4 … and I was on the 5th. Aircon directly on head when in bed. Very small gripes only.

The room was very modern and clean. The breakfast was excellent.

The location is walking distance to the train station and to the historical center and port area. The bed and pillows were comfy.
I don't know how this property got four stars; maybe it was the spa we never used. But the facilities were tight placed and poorly lit. The towels were like gym towels and there were essentially no toiletries…you'd think having a spa on the property would lead to lotions and other items in the rooms. The staff were efficient but curt and without the usual greetings.

This is a very nice spa/hotel in a great location, not far from the oldest part of town as well as shops, markets, etc. Our room was comfortable and nicely updated.
We were on the ground floor, just around the corner from reception, and I would have asked for a different room ideally.

The hotel has good location, close to the center and in a neighborhood full of restaurants. It has parking, that is a big advantage. Rooms are big and clean; the bed was comfortable; the room has a coffee maker; wifi works well. We enjoyed having some snacks and drinks at the hotel in the evening. Good service.
Although the room had many lamps we felt that it was dark inside, as we missed a central lamp or lamps giving more light. In the morning it was difficult to prepare the coffee as it was dark in that area with no close lamp.

The room and bed were very comfortable. Quiet, no disturbance. The shower was brilliant and hot (used it to warm up after getting cold at sea once). Breakfasts excellent, especially the fresh squeezed orange juice.
I was a little disappointed in the wellness space. While the sauna and the hammam and shower were brilliant I feel it would benefit from an area to relax, such as chaises longues or, even better, a jacuzzi.

The quality and design of the hotel was first class and the staff friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and well equipped with everything we needed.
The breakfast times of 7am to 11am meant you could have a leisurely breakfast which was varied and delicious.
It was a short walk to the beautiful old town with its stunning architecture and historical setting. There are many good quality bars and restaurants to choose from, and we will definitely be back to stay again.
The only comment we could make in this section is that the scrambled egg wasn't hot enough, but this seems to be the norm in many French hotels we have stayed at.The extensive choice of other food on the breakfast bar more than made up for this, including boiled eggs.
