Very clean hotel, that is well located and just a few minutes walk away from several restaurants, the harbor, the city center and lots of restaurants.
In a 4-star hotel, I'm expecting a little more extras, e.g. bathrobes in the room, coffee-mugs and at least a wardrobe.
The spa-area just has a sauna that you can use for 30 minutes (we were allowed to stay 45 minutes, but normally you have to pay 10 Euro, if you want to use it longer.)

The reception staff were friendly and fabulous. The room was larger than most hotels. The parking was easy to access and secure at night . the location was exceptionally convenient to the old city. The breakfast was outstanding.

Everyone was great, from check in to check out. My only mistake was using booking.com for the reservation. Booking.com is a ripoff organization. I legitimately cancelled two other hotel reservations made through booking.com and they refused to allow me to cancel and charged me for both hotels. That is no reflection on this hotel. I had a wonderful time at this hotel. But if you're smart you'll never use booking.com to make a reservation. They can't be trusted.

The staff is lovely, and the breakfast is really good. The hotel has been remodeled, and everything is brand new. Fast charging station for electric vehicles.
The price for electric vehicle charging is more expensive than elsewhere.
The room and bathroom are brand new, yes, but so impersonal and cold! Decoration is non-existent, except for a huge printed photo of some flowers. The light switch of the bathroom is behind the door, next to the exit of the room, totally unpractical and counter-intuitive.
The dim lights can't be switched off from the bed, only the big bright ones. So you have to get up to turn the small lamp off.
