We would appreciate 24 hours reception, it was very noisy in our room due to people talking in other rooms or in the hallway and there was no proper wardrobe

Clean, up to date and plenty of room for a group of 3. Very friendly and welcoming staff.
All good (except maybe the hooks in the bathroom - which seems a bit petty but as itโs a wet room anything on the floor got wet too).

staff were very friendly and helpful. location near the train station was ideal for us.
our room was quite small - adequate for an overnight stay but if we had been staying longer it would not have been. We fronted on to a fairly busy road and so were unable to keep the window open so got too hot. bathroom door badly designed so it clanged loudly when used.

Positioned just 5 minutes walking distance from the historical centre. Nice room and nice style of the hotel who offers also a small internal garden. Our room was very quiet.
Breakfast not at the top. Could be improved. The public parking closed to the station is very expensive (approx. 25โฌ per day...)

The hotel was clean and very welcoming, lots of space in the reception area to sit around and a bar. Private parking if booked in advance. Large double bed and a bonus there was a kettle in the room.
The armchair was far too big for the space beside the bed. Shower facilities not in a separate room but open on the side of the bedroom.

Helpful staff, nice designed rooms, good breakfast and private parking
There is no aircon and we were there during a sustained hot spell (30+ degrees) and the bedroom was on the third floor, so it was hot and only a fan to help with the heat. We had to open the window, but that let mosquitoes in. The hotel is also about 10-15 minute walk from the centre of town, which was just far enough for it to be a little annoying (particularly given the heat). It would be a better prospect as a hotel outside of peak summer I think. Oh, and the breakfast ended at 9.30 on weekdays, which seems overly harsh for a holiday location!

The Staff, comfort, breakfast and cleanliness was excellent. The location is very good, but could be difficult to walk into the City if you have mobility issues as it's quite steep in places. We had a lovely stay.
No kettle or tea/coffee facilities in our adult son's room (no. 33). The signage for the hotel needs to be looked at, you must look for Hotel de France as the priority, not Urban Styles. We had difficulty because we were looking for Urban Styles, and it didn't help that our Sat nav wasn't working properly! We eventually found it though!!

The hotel is very new and very stylish, the design is amazing! The reception staff were the kindest people in the world and helped me in a difficult situation that I donโt want even to start describing. The location is quite good as well, pretty close to the main attractions.
The place is spotless clean!
I really enjoyed my stay! Would probably stay again there happily

Clean and comfortable room with a nice breakfast terrace. As there is no air conditioning it can be a bit uncomfortably hot in mid summer (outside temperatures were 28-32 degrees). The room had a fan which helped.
At least a 15 minute from town centre and 25 minutes from the port.

The hotel was clean and rooms were of a decent size. The family room was very well designed with a twin room separate to the double through the use of a small staircase. Very modern looking too. The breakfast was fresh and of very good quality. There was a good range of food on offer.

Advertised as private parking (one of the main reasons we chose it), manager told us car park was full, yet a French couple who arrived after us were told there was space for them, manager told us โitโs because theyโre from Parisโ. He was very rude!

The bed was very comfy and the shower was good and easy to use. Breakfast was good and it was great to be able to reserve a parking space. The staff were great.
The hotel is a bit of a step from the town and port, plus it's on a busy road, so having the window open wasn't an option. Also, the room could do with a little more storage for clothes.
