Great central location but what we did not realize, is that the hotel is located in a party area. We only stayed one night and had to catch a very early flight, so this wasn't such an issue. Hotel gives you earplugs which is nice. Room is comfortable and clean, good size for a short stay.

There will be times the main road leading to the hotel are not passable by car so you have to carry all your luggages in an uphill road.
Asked the staff to help me upon checking out but everyone hid when I was about to check out.

It's super well located.
The room is spacious.

Location and staff both excellent and good value for money
The light switches in the bathroom/shower area were driving us crazy. There was no way to turn the light on and off in just the bathroom, or just the shower, without turning on other lights. And because the doors to both shower and bathroom are glass (what a terrible idea), getting up to use the bathroom at night always woke up another person in the room.

A nice boutique hotel positioned right in the centre of LKF, great location and the portable wifi hotspots worked a treat whilst out and about.
The water station located on the eighth floor meant using the lift every time to fill our water bottles which wasn’t very convenient.

Theres so much restaurants around, very convenient. Train station is nearby too, making it accessible. There’s 7-11, Circle K and Sasa. And it’s near all the bars at LKF, no need to take a cab!

The perfect location and quality accommodation for our family holiday. The hotel is modern and comfortable. Only two rooms on each floor so no noise in corridors. You will hear music from the nearby venues at night but higher floors less. The hotel has much appreciated extras like the pocket wifi for each room that works anywhere and can act as a phone recharger too. Also wifi in hotel. And best of all was the free filtered water machine in reception for guests to fill kettle and their water bottles. Staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and suggest you book early as it’s not large and has 99% occupancy rate.
A little noisy at night in some rooms due to nightclubs nearby. But higher floors would not hear.

The accommodation is comfortable - an excellent bed, shower, and very clean. The staff members are friendly and helpful. Access to all Hong Kong has to offer is easy with the nearby transport facilities.
There are plenty of dining and bar options in the vicinity.

Very happy with the room and location of the hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They even lent us a portable wifi which was much needed since our e-sims had limited data. We were also able to leave our luggage at the hotel for a few hours after checkout, and keep the portable wifi until we went back for the luggage. Our room was on 15th floor with a great view of busy hong kong.
Loud music was playing from the downstairs clubs/pubs throughout the night, even though it was a weekday...We struggled to sleep and it didn't stop until 3am.

The hotel was nice and located in a great area, definitely on the more expensive side. The photos make the place look more polished and upscale than it is in reality. In person, it’s not quite as sleek - but still decent. That said, the staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. All in all, a solid option if location matters most and you don’t mind paying a bit extra.

The location was good and staff were friendly. Room concept was interesting.
The bed so was uncomfortable and hard. We booked a queen and it wasn’t a queen size- I am 172cm and my feet came to the end of the bed and my husbands feet hung a good 20cm off the bed. The pillows had a bad smell (like old sweat) so I slept without a pillow. The bed was so hard, that my hip bruised and 2 days later, it is still bruised. Mattress quality so low that every time my husband moved, I’d bounce around the bed. The shower grout was fairly dirty.
