The room was very large, and the location is excellent, near shopping and the MTR. The best part was the executive floor offering breakfast, high tea, and happy hour. The bar is very nice. I didn't eat at the restaurant, but it looks fabulous. The artwork throughout the hotel is incredible.

The connectivity is good, staff at the entrance & reception really don’t care if you have heavy luggage or you are solo. They just act quite entitled. Rooms are fine if you are solo traveller. For a family - quite petite.

Location of the hotel was excellent, just above a good mall. In a very good area with lots of food and shopping. The MTR station is just below the hotel as well. The room was clean and comfortable. The best part was the staff. Cordis has the best and friendly staff I have experienced in Hong Kong, from the check-in desk, housekeeping, etc. Keep up the great work.

All the staff were very friendly and took very good care of the hotel. At the breakfast buffet, there were many staff members worked diligently to keep the area clean. The Chinese gentleman who was the host and female barista/juicer were courteous and professional. Vinod Vaman remembered us from our last visit to Cordis in March. He was friendly and a good host.

All went well, the kids love it and planning to go back soon and stay longer. Mall close by and night market is a good place not to miss for significant cheaper gist items. There are lots of attractions that a week is not enough to visit.
Cordis is super and HK is good. MTR is extremely efficient, and clean. Booking.com was very helpful as I made very last-minute reservation and they provide a good guide to selection.
HK is a pricey place though, but that is how they leave their lives so no complain. Cordis eased any discomfort.

We had to change rooms half way through because the room smelt terribly of cigarette smoke (I think through the air vents). When we told the lobby they changed our room. There was no apology, no slight gesture of compensation for our trouble. (We had to pack and unpack unexpectedly). The staff were not at all rude or unpleasant but we were never once welcomed or treated pleasantly

Really lovely hotel, our suite was amazing, the lounge was great and all the staff were excellent, would happily recommend the place to anyone.
It's expensive but you get what you pay for, an actual coffee pod machine in the suite would be great but that's being very picky.

Great location in very lively Mong Kok. Close to MTR station. Attached via sky bridge to a comprehensive (if terribly laid out) shopping mall. Excellent fitness area (guests can use for free). Great breakfast buffet! Helpful staff.
Not enough elevators for a hotel this size. As a result, often long waits. No stairs from lobby to ground floor (except emergency exit.). Pretty pricey but value is there.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cordis hotel. The staff were very nice. Due to delays and our late arrival, the staff were helpful in telling us where to dine in the late evening. The rooms were clean and we had an excellent view on Hongkong. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast has a wide variety to choose from and everything is fresh and some are locally sourced. The location of the hotel is great. The metro station grants a quick access to everything within Hongkong to come around. We’re definitely booking the Cordis hotel for our next vacation.

Perfect location and adequate room size with comfortable bed and sufficient pillows. Cleaning staffs were polite and attentive.
It took me around half an hour to get my check in queue. There were only 3 receptionists at the time. One of them took more then half an hour (since i arrived, the whole queuing time of mine up until i have got my key and they haven’t finished their checking in process!) That left only two receptionists to serve their customers. I couldn’t help but notice that time spent per customer check in is way too long! Though the receptionist who check me in is polite. Apart from that, every aspects of the total stay is nearly perfect.

Due to an early flight arrival time, we arrived at the hotel several hours before check-in time. Understandably there was no room available at that time. Whilst we were preparing to store our luggage & go out, we were delighted to be advised (within about half an hour) that a room was now ready. The front desk staff were impressively friendly & helpful.
Location was good with connection to a shopping mall, close to MTR & food outlets.
Although rooms were a bit outdated, importantly they were clean.
Would consider this hotel again if back in HK.
Bit outdated & some items looked worn out e.g desk lamp (room was clean though). Inconvenient placement of toilet (too close to sink) & toilet roll holder.

We greatly appreciate the convenient location of the hotel and the effort to add extra pillows for pregnancy comfort (we contacted the hotel in advance to make such request). Location is a couple hundred meters to the Mongkok Station and literally across Langham place. We also appreciate the quick and no fuss check-in process.
There were a few notable improvements on cleanliness, particularly on stain, dust and molds. We told the hotel about these quite thoroughly via email and they responded with apologies. Other than this, there was no other immediate action done to rectify our experience.
Such details made our stay feel less prepared than anticipated and made the room appear below the standard we would normally expect from the Cordis Hong Kong, especially since I requested for the Team to ensure cleanliness as guests have specific health sensitivities and requirements.

Accessibility from the mall and MTR was so convenient .
The room felt clean and spacious. Did not have the breakfast but the mall is literally attached via a walkway and there are plenty of places around at street level. Also Ladies Night Market being so close was perfect.

Location was great - especially if you are traveling from mainland via bus.
Anybody who has lived or traveled to Hong Kong knows that apartment and hotel rooms sizes are teeny tiny. And sometimes your room may be overlooking another flat that's a stone's throw away. I happen to get the Premier Twin bed room with a view of the water and the HK Palace Museum.
Filtered drinking water in glass bottle was provided. You can ask for more. Much better than providing plastic bottled water or having to buy water from outside.
The fitness facility is spacious and offers enough equipment - but that's to be expected for a 5* hotel.
The check - in process took too long. We checked in on a Sunday afternoon and there was a long line. There were four front desk staff checking people in and all of them were just taking too long. We waited over 20 minutes for our turn to check in. This was unacceptable for a 5* hotel.
This was a 25+ year hotel and there were signs of aging. The toilet was situated too low. The toilet paper was also located too low.
We had the Premier room and there was a bathtub which took up a lot of space.
I know this was originally designed like that but it could've free up some valuable real estate. Plus how many people use it?
