Directly at Metro station and tramway stop, 5mins walk from Airport Shuttle bus (line A10). Room was more spacious than expected, great view and in very good shape and clean. No breakfast but very good, affordable and authentic local restaurants nearby (must try Dim Sum at New Hing Fat Dim Sum).

The location is really good, just next to Exit A2 of SaiYingPun MTR station (stairs, no escalators), within walking distance from bus stops if taking A10 or A11. The entire street is full of shops selling dried goods and eateries nearby.
The lobby is at Level 7 and has 2 lifts. The lobby is quite small and can be squeezy if there are too many people checking in/out at the same time. The staff are polite.
Booked a triple room which is spacious, clean and comfortable. The room and toilet are well-lit. Amenities were provided too. Given the price, it's a good place to stay!
The cleaning services took some time (went out in the morning around 7.30am, was back in hotel around 3pm but the room wasn't cleaned).

The location is great as the MTR station is right next to the hotel. There are a lot of places around the area to eat. Also easy access to tram and bus, so transportation wise the location is perfect. You are also close to the Macau ferry which is convenient. The Hotel itself was clean and well taken care of. The rooms are big for HK sizes and the bed was comfortable. I cannot complain about the place, everything was really good.

Location was really convenient. Transportation to and from the hotel was very close, easy access to the MTR, Tram, Bus stations. Many restaurants for breakfast nearby and supermarket is about 10min walk from the hotel.
The shower area weren't really clean, there were black stains between the tiles and the edges of the shower door. Some of the towels that were changed had brown or black stains on them. The water pressure of the shower changes from weak to strong back and forth during showers.

Spacious toilet, sufficient space for 3 single beds, just beside Sai Ying Pun Exit A2, near to supermarket and some eateries. Walkable distance to the ferry terminal. Also, they truly live up to their eco name as they have many switches for respective lights such that there is sufficient control of lights and not 1 switch to control and manage all lights.
The entrance to the hotel is through the alley which on the first day, we had to pass by all the rubbish bags. The security system is a bit questionable as it says to use access card to enter lift lobby but it's actually not locked even after 10pm. There didn't seem to be any water dispenser provided, only canned water and the rest of drinking water we had to boil them ourself. The rooms are very close to the rooms of the next building and did not realise at first so did not draw the curtains. Upon realising, had to draw the blinds.

We stayed in a Deluxe Twin Room, which was spacious and gave a good view over the city and the sea. The room was very cleaned, with towels changed daily, and the option for bedding changes on request.
The shower was big, with free body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided.
The room was very quiet, with no major outside noise.
There was a kettle and a fridge in the room, with canned water provided daily.
The hotel is right next to a subway exit, with a tram stop also nearby, making it very convenient to travel to the rest of Hong Kong.
The bathroom sliding door had a column of slats in it which reduced privacy.

We booked 5 rooms but only 2 were given to us upon check in and told that The other 3 will be available after 4pm. We have a scheduled tour in the afternoon thus we were not able to freshen up.
Room upgrade was offered but I am being charged for the difference. No compensation was offered for the delay on their part.
Further, the area around and outside of the hotel entrance which was on the side of an alley are full of dried fish vendor and it stinks.
Not so good customer experience. Will not recommend and will definitely not choose this hotel for our next HK visit.

The location is near metro station "Sai Ying Pun". The room size is ok according to HK standard. It has a view of the harbour. The hotel provided luggage storage as our flight was delayed.

Convenient location right next to MTR Sai Ying Pun station. Exit 1A to Queens Rd West is a few seconds walk down the steps past the playing area to the alleyway where the front door is. Winstons Coffee shop is on the corner. The coffee is delicious! The small bites and pastries are great for a small breakfast or snack. There are many places to eat in and around the hotel within walking distance.
Tom Cheung the Security guard is the first person one meets. He speaks good English, is always smiling, genuinely warm, welcoming and helpful to every guest as they enter or exit the Ground Floor.
The 7th Floor Lobby Front Desk staff are friendly, professional and eager to
assist. I enjoyed speaking with
Stephen, Tiffany, Candice and Wayne.
They speak English and show an interest in communicating with the Guests. Stephen always asked me what I planned to do each day. He gave me advice on the best MTR route or streets to take if I wanted to walk. Tiffany is quick witted and very funny.
The Housekeeping staff were excellent! They cleaned my room daily replenishing the coffee, tea and towels.
The Eco Tree is a nice place to stay when visiting Hong Kong. I was very happy staying four nights there!
Check-in at 3:00pm. It is way too late for international travelers arriving after extensively long hours of flight, especially those arriving in the early morning.

Not our first stay here. It’s a clean and spacious hotel. I enjoy the spacing in the washroom where there is a separate shower space. We can lay a couple of large luggages open flat and still walk around. It’s not near the busy parts of Hong Kong but it’s convenient. Located on the main road, tram station and bus stops are 1 min away. It’s also right beside the Sai Ying Pun MTR station A2 exit.
Staff are friendly and very helpful.

The access to public transportation is a 100/10. Everything is a few feet away from the hotel. And they have a few Michelin star Chinese restaurants within walking distance. And if you are travelling to Mavau then the hotel is very close to the ferry.
Cleanliness was a miss. Sometimes the bed would not be made or even if it was you could still see hair strands on the bed. Also, the water dispenser was on the lobby floor so in case you needed to refill your bottles then you would need to go to the lobby every single time.

- The room was spacious, which is uncommon in the area.
- Multiple public transport options are easily accessible, including trams, buses, and the MTR.

-The sink was partially clogged and emitted a bad smell.
- Several moth larvae were found in the drawers and the wardrobe, which was the main concern.
- Room service entered multiple times despite the Do Not Disturb sign being activated.

The room is spacious and clean. Location is near public transport (underground train, tram, bus all in walking distance). Many shops and resto near hotel. Behind the hotel there is public playground..so the kids can play there.
But tne enterance is near traditional market (salty fish shop). So it's not smell good when you go outside..

Excellent location right near an MRT station.
There was only hot water after 9 pm at night. 4 out of 5 mornings were freezing cold showers. Not enjoyable. Staff were very nice but couldn’t do anything about the situation

The room was big and confortable. Vey nice and large bathroom. Location very handy too. The staff is great and very helpful.
The entrance of the hotel is not on the Des Voeux Road, I believe it ised to be there but now it’s in an alley round the corner so at first it was a bit confusing to find.

They location is good just near to the metro.
The staff behavior was very rude and they have no manners at all. They were calling and threatening us on the checkout time.
The room is so small and not even a single water bottle kept. Also the location has so bad smell and entering the building itself felt very bad.

Location was amazing being right next to entrance of Sai Ying Pun MTR. Lots of restaurants and bars close by and Ferry terminal and Bus to airport also close. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable.
