Tiny room, even though it was a 'Deluxe Queen' and according to booking.com bigger than average for HK. Only if you compare it to cardboard boxes. There was a bed, a tiny desk and an open wardrobe. Next door, a small bathroom. However the location is very good, right by Sheung Wan MTR and you can't get anything cheaper now that places like the Travelodge and Holiday Inn Express are closed. Lots of restaurants in the area, very close to the MTR and bus and tram routes. A short walk to central for the ferry piers. The staff are pleasant and helpful. It's a perfect room if you only want to sleep and plan to spend your time out and about.

When I checked in I got a room that was even smaller, aircon didn't work, wardrobe was too small to hang anything in, safe didn't work. After one night they moved me to another room where these things were fixed. However the safe is not screwed down so it's really just a convenient box for someone to carry all your stuff away in, since the staff on the front desk don't really pay attention to who is coming in and out. I was told when I checked in that the room would only be cleaned every 3 days - it was actually 5 days.

The location of the hotel is really great of you're in HK for a few days and want to be close to the center. It's an easy connection to the airport express and literally 1 minute from the Sheungwan MTR station. The staff is friendly, and you can leave your luggage at the reception of you have a late flight.
The walls aren't painted in the room (??) which makes it feel and look dirtier than it actually is. The ventilation is also not great which doesn't work well with HK humidity. I guess for the price you can't ask for much more but it does make it a bit uncomfortable to stay there. I think just painting the walls, and improving the ventilation would make it a perfectly good room!

The hotel has great location extremely close to a metro stop, which allows you to explore Hong Kong easily. It is also close to Lan Kwai Fong, but the neighborhood is quiet at night. It has all the necessary facilities for a short trip to Hong Kong.
I am 183 cm and the length of the bed was a little bit on the small side, as my feet would be slightly outside the bed if I would lay down.

The hostel is located near 7 eleven and has a lot of good restaurants in the area. The subway is 2min away. The room is clean and they clean every day if you ask! The receptionist was also very helpful!
We are aware that for the price we will give up some comfort. So the room didn't have a window it was hard to wake up. Haha.

The size of the room- way too small. I am only 155 cm tall small lady but as i stood up from the stool, i bumped my face to the washing basin and got a cut on my eye. Its that small and also the room was dirty and the walls were all stained.

The location was perfect. It is near to MTR station at the same time, there was a 7-11 beside the building. Lots of local food options nearby. I had a broken shower and the staff were friendly enough to replace it right away.
The room was quite small. I do not recommend getting the solo room unless you just need a bed. There is not enough space to open your luggage on the floor in the smallest room -- might be best for backpackers. The toilet was ok but there was no bidet. Some deep cleaning needed as well.

The location was very good, and the room was functional with everything necessary.
Main issue was the dustiness of the aircon. The rotating vent cover of the aircon unit was broken and removed, and there was a visible buildup of large amounts of dust within. The toilet sink is also inconveniently small.

Great location nice and close to Hong Kong station. Very easy to get from and to the airport. Staff were great and helpful. Room is a pretty decent size compared to other places I have stayed at in Hong Kong. Was a great spot to stay as a family. Was able to leave our bags after checkout which made is easier to explore Hong Kong before our flight later in the afternoon.
Could do with a bit of maintenance. The room and bathroom were nice but needed some minor repairs.

LOCATION is superb, "Safety Area",Easy to connect MRT Sheung Wan Station with 1 min walk and convenience store, famous restaurants, food stall, cafe, healthy drink by walk distance. Plus, the laundry service (2 shop and 1 vending machine) In addition, any other public transportation is very easy to find in the area.
STAFF are friendly and willing to help such as finding and guide for attraction destination. (Good English) Plus, can deposit luggage at check-out and go somewhere with safe.
ROOM, clean with good air condition (I preferred a cool temp with quiet operating) water tap pressure and hot water is great. Even the hotel is beside the alley but no sound interrupted at night mean I can sleep well.
In addition, about SAFETY. They have Smoke Alarm, Fire Exit, Emergency Light, and 24 hrs. staff at reception.

The hotel room was really dirty and the showerbooth in the bathromm was full of fungi. The host was so mean to me to refuse to provide new towels. The airconditioner smelled bad, and my son was alllergic to it, so he was sneezing and running his nose.

Never has the word deluxe been so misused. The room must be in the running for the Smallest Hotel Room in the World. I forgot to take pictures but the single bed is squished into the only alcove the room has, with the rest of the floor space taken by opening the front door. The shower is actually a decent size, to be fair, but the bathroom has an inexplicable window from the sink/toilet into the bed with no conceivable way of creating some privacy, should you be lucky enough to get anyone back.

Filthy room and bathroom, mold on the ceiling and fungus on the shower curtains (brown stains). The property photos are not accurate at all. The room was run down the walls were warping the furniture was stained. Please be warned and be prepared. I am pretty well travelled and am pretty adjusting, but this hotel was unacceptable in terms of cleanliness (see pictures). So posting this review to warn fellow travelers.

The location is quite convenient to take a tram or bus.
I booked the semi double bed room, on the website it said this is double bed, but eventually it is single bed. We can not sleep 2 people on this bed. Too small. It is not correct information and not worthy for the price. Really disappointed!
