The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, despite our less-than-ideal arrival time. Every time we had questions or needed something they were polite and prompt in their service. The room was clean and comfortable as was the bathroom. We found the size to fit our needs quite well as a group of four! The beds, pillows, and linens made sleep easy and refreshing. The neighborhood is well connected to public transport, but also offers so much within walking distance. With the ocean, parks, cafes, restaurants, and shopping all nearby we really enjoyed exploring the area!
The stay really was excellent- we did find the curtains didn't quite black out the room, but this was not an issue any time other than the mornings, and we were able to find a way to situate it so the room was comfortable as we slept.

We didn't have breakfast there. Location is nice - within a walking distance from MTR. There are many nice restaurants in the area that are not overly touristy and are more likely to be frequented by locals.
Front desk lady wasn't nice - first she gave an incorrect password to the wifi. When we asked to confirm the password once more. She appeared irritated despite the fact that the password was incorrect. When we checked out and asked to use the lady room which is outside the office, we got the wrong door. She then walked out of the office (it's the glass door so she knew we got the wrong door), and guided us to the correct door while annoyingly repeating the phrase "the white door."

I booked June 25-28, but unfortunately, our flight has been changed to June 27, so we need to make an adjustment to our flight. I talk to the receptionist to get some exceptions since we will not be able to make it until the 28th, but no sympathy or whats so ever, they wont even do a discount for unstayed 1 day. I hope youre happy taking money from your guests. I paid almost 2,500 for only 1 and half day. very disappointing to travel to Hong Kong specially its our FIRST TIME to travel with my FAMILY.
No sympathy to guests.

The room is very spacious and the view was very good! Rooms are very quiet as there are very few rooms on the floor. There was also another door from the elevator to two other rooms including mine on one side of the floor. Breakfast is provided every morning, although it is only a small selection of bread and muffins, it is appreciated as I didn't expect any breakfast to be included. The walk to the MTR is 5-10mins which is a bit longer compared to other hotels I've stayed at in Hong Kong but still acceptable.
The wifi per room is limited to only 2 devices. You can however log into the guest wifi instead of the room wifi and refresh it every 40mins.

room is spacious and beds are comfy. we were totally blocked from the outside sound from the storm. location is great, easy access to MTR and walking distance to restaurants, etc. overall is good.
in front of the hotel, there is bad smell coming from a neighbor shop selling dried shrimps. hand towels for 2 when there can be 4 guests in a room there was just one shower cap breakfast was quite dry, not much to choose, and coffee from the machine went cold in just some minutes.
