The location is very central . Metro and Airport Bus near by., Bath Towels., We were in 15th floor, maybe the other rooms are bigger as the one on the fotos. Reception on ,16th floor was informed that we were coming

The room was too small for 3 people. Maybe this Is normal for Nathan Road in the Center, however we felt squeezed . The entry of mirador mansion is not welcoming. There are 2 lifts,, one for floors with uneven numbers and one for even numbers. The one for uneven numbers was Out of service. And we had to carry the suitcases one floor.

The location is very convenient. Everyday cleaning and change of towel is a big check. With free water also. Food and transpo is not a problem.

The property is fine. 6/10 for me.

I dont like the way their handling things. I forgot some souvenirs from the room of their place. Trying to call with their hotline numbers written on their page, yet its cannot be reach and I tried to ask help from my friend living in HK, she said the numbers are not registered. So, we cant really reach them to ask regarding my souvenir (family pic from Victoria Peak) left on our room. Its so frustrating!!! And when she came back, they said they couldn’t find anything without double checking it. ?

The room,although small,was very clean. House keeping popped in every day to clean and leave fresh towels. The aircon was great and I had a good night’s sleep almost every night. The only disturbance was from other guests slamming doors.The location is perfect, just a few meters to the mtr and bus stops.All in all a pleasant stay.

No light in the bathroom. Checking in was a pain as the door to reception was locked when we arrived. We rang the bell for about 15 minutes before someone turned up.

Overall, as a backpacker that looks for best location without breaking the bank, this is a fairly expensive area and for how much you pay to get your own room and bathroom, having looked at about 10 other guest houses, I feel it will be hard to beat the room you get with Pearl. Also, the comfotor they used, top notch, fairly surprised by that...was a heavy yet year round comforter

Being on the 16th floor kinda sucks whenever your just want to quickly run out for something, but this was a minimal thing to complain about. But this also keeps you away from the noisy road below.

You'll come here just for the position and that's great. Everything so close and MRT entrance just around the corner.

The room is very... very... small. The AC and the mini fridge make a lot of noise. Lot of waiting for the elevator (I was at 16th floor). Reception is at 16th floor but no one will tell you.

Very accessible and close to MTR station....special mention to the filipina staff (forgot the name) who is very kind and accommodating....The room is clean and every morning they offer for housekeeping...They provide shower gel, shampoo and toothbrush and towel..The lobby has free drinking water, electric kettle and microwave oven....safe and quiet place to stay...Bus station going to airport is only across the road of the building.....will surely come back in our future travel in HK...Thank you again for the whole team of Pearl Premium Guesthouse...

The location is very good, but the room is not clean. The hair dryer does not work. The refrigerator is not cold. It smells very bad. The floor in the room is not clean. There is a lot of dust. The bathroom works, but the door is broken and cannot be closed. The door handle is rusty , The bathroom vents can't be opened because there's a bad smell coming from the drain. Some bathrooms are clogged, some rooms don't match the advertised photos , But I understand that the price is not expensive, but it would be better if the accommodation provided real information.
