We love everything about the room especially the pool! And it was nice that they provided a float as well. The room was huge with a nice bathroom with 2 sinks. The staff were really friendly and really thankful for the staff for giving us the buggy ride each time.
The check in process can be better. The male receptionist on the first day could have given us more info and instructions instead of letting us just wait around. Other than that, all the other staffs were very friendly and nice!

Great position, walk to busy eat street through back of property near spa.
Pool was lovely. Room was large.
Our outside area was open so if mosquitos an issue for you not great although they do spray. Bamboo blinds left down whole stay - we didn’t ask for them to be pulled up but thought they would have. Bed was on wide platform and quite high. If you are short it makes it tricky to get in.

The Garden Villa was comfortable, large and decorated tastefully in Balinese style. I liked that they had a water dispenser with hot and cold water, so need for bottles of water to brush teeth.
Breakfast of your choice from menu was catered in the Villa and was plentiful and although there is no restaurant on site, there is a room service menu.
There is a buggy that will take you to your room, which was great as our room was at the back of the complex.
The Spa is on the premises and for us it was right opposite our Villa.
The Villas are close to the main road for shops and restaurants with a shop next door for snacks/drinks which was convenient.
Management and Staff were friendly, smiling, helpful and service was good.
Thank you for a lovely stay.
There was no indoor pool as indicated in the description of the facilities available, you would have to book a Pool Villa.
The bathroom small although manageable.
The loud music at night from the nightclub behind the Complex, which is not the fault of the hotel.

Location and pool! The hotel/villa is centrally located, few steps from very busy street, however very quiet during the day and especially at night. The staff were very attentive and nice. The private pool was clean and nice, the whole villa is very spacious. Highly recommeded!
The selection of breakfast could be better, however, everything what we ate was nice and delicious.

Staff were lovely, very welcoming and personal. They also managed a complaint I had about the spa by providing a discount. Breakfast food was delicious and served right at the scheduled time. Wonderful room and the private pool was gorgeous! Very near Seminyak’s main road with plenty of food and drink options available.
Property is a little old, could definitely use a refreshment. Although massage at the spa was very nice, it was quite expensive compared to Bali regular prices. However, during both massages I got, there was a lot of noise from the room next door, second one to the point I had to switch rooms in the middle of the massage.
Can also be a bit noisy at night in the room due to the proximity to the bars.

We loved how secluded the villa felt as we had the entire place to ourselves. The private pool was perfect for morning swim. The bedroom felt very luxurious with his and hers sinks and huge bed. It was relatively quiet at night which was ideal. Loved how there was a golf cart service that took us to our room.
The shower wasn’t amazing as only one of the shower heads properly worked. But it wasn’t a deal breaker.

Excellent location. These villas are massive, much bigger than a lot of others in the area. Large pool with big kitchen and outdoor dining area. Bedroom is big and the bathroom is even bigger. Seperate toilet and shower and a cute outdoor shower as well. We had a lovely stay.
Because it’s so close the Main Street of Seminyak, the nightclub behind is very loud until 3 or 4am. Not sure if that’s because we stayed over a weekend. I assume the villas closer to the front would be less noisy. We had villa 22 close to the rear entry.

Pool villas are spacious and have great bathrooms. I would not recommend staying in the Garden view villa. Location is great if you are looking for bars and shopping. Several nearby bars had live music that goes pretty late, but it did not bother us too much.
The staff was great and communicated with me via WhatsApp which was really convenient. The laundry service was super smooth and easy.
We initially checked into a garden view villa, which wasn't great. There was almost no seating in the room not on the bed, and the bathroom was very small. The shower was dirty and dingy and got water all over the floor. We then switched over to a pool villa for a little extra money and that was a significant improvement. Still a bit dirty, but much larger, and way better bathroom.
Also the advertisement of it being 700 meters from the beach, while technically accurate, seemed misleading because it was a 20 minute walk at the shortest. The roads there are not very walkable as they have no sidewalk or any laws governing traffic.

The individual unit, not a room in a building, was nice. The room was nicely appointed. Staff was very nice.
Not enough hot water, so couldn’t use the nice in-room tub or take hot showers. Room was a bit worn looking and dark; there was not enough lighting.
