This staff helped me when my son and I were sick. I will forever be grateful for their acts of kindness and hospitality. It was convenient to be able to text the staff, order room service, and ask for help when we needed it.
They were always helpful with directions, doctor recommendations and helping with anything that concerned us.
Best place we stayed at in Bali. Would come again.

Very nice hotel, just a short walk from Seminyak's main street. Comfortable bed, and the breakfast offered many options to choose from. The swimming pool area is a mustโbeautiful setting, great pool, and a jacuzzi as well.
The hotel has a safe walking path to access the side road leading to Seminyak's main street, but it was closed during my stay. It would be great if they opened it, as it would be much safer for guests. The road in front of the hotel has uneven terrain and no sidewalk, so you have to walk in the busy street.

The one bedroom villa was spacious with a great sized pool. The staff at the resort make the stay, they are wonderful. The restaurant has a good range of food on the menu. Everything at the resort is just so easy. The location in the heart of Seminyak is great. There are so many great restaurants within a short walk.

The staff were all so nice and friendly, villa was a great size for 2 of us. I loved the big bed and comfy pillows. We had a private pool in our villa and it was a decent size and depth to have a nice cool down swim every day, lounges were great to lay on after too. Food was pretty good too. Over all we enjoyed our stay, and would stay again.
The bathroom was a bit dated, shower was fine but the bath was all rusted up and a lil stained so I unfortunately didn't get to enjoy one this time. There were also a lot of little midgie/mosquito things flying around the bedroom at night so perhaps could provide a plug in repellent diffuser or zapper of some sort..

We arrived late and taken to our 3 bedroom villa. It felt very unwelcoming.
The separate bedroom smelt damp and no lights were on, neither was the Airconditioning. The villa backed onto the road with lots of road noise and the grass was overgrown.
We asked to change villa which we did the following day and it was so much better.
Overall it was a pleasant stay , beds are very firm and pillows a bit lumpy. Linen however is very good including towels which were changed daily.
Extra attention to detail is required Light fittings broken and bulbs not replaced or working.
Breakfast was ok, and always delivered on time. Food in the restaurant and in room was very good.

This is my third stay at the property. Positives are the staff, the team at the Mutiari are excellent and always on hand to assist with any request. The location of the hotel is fantastic. The pool area is also really good, with a decent gym.
My only negative about this accommodation is I feel the rooms need updating, they look a little tired in certain aspects.

Everything was great about the 3 bedroom Villas stay with a private pool, too big for 2 people, great for families.
Kitchen area gets wet due to storms, the blinds need to be replaced with a wall or windows with a sliding door to the sitting area.

During our stay we stayed in two villas. Both were fantastic. The first one was a delux and had an open air bathroom. The second was semi open bathroom. Mozzies didnโt seem to be a problem. Both villas had the best beds weโve slept on. So very comfortable! As were the pillows. Also the both showers were the best as well. Nice big heads and plenty of pressure.
We had one brekky as room service and all the other minings we went to the restaurant. Two lovely ladies assisted us each morning. And were helpful and friendly - Sinta and Risina. Also the reception staff and grounds staff were all polite and friendly helping were they could. Also the location was great, nice n quiet. Just small walk to main streets.

Truly private villa, the pool was fantastic, large and clean. There were two Frangipani trees around the pool and manicured garden. The spacious villa was really nice to stay. Bedroom and bathroom was spacious and nice. Villa was cleaned everyday. There was another larger pool in the villa complex as well. Restaurant was beside the villa and food was good.
While the villa, pool and garden was great, the hotel management could do a bit more to provide other amenities. Also they should have a food and beverage manager who knows about food allergies.

Close to eatery joints, Seminyak and Double Six beach, and Seminyak flea market. Walking or riding a bike to the center. Free parking facility. Decent a decent-sized room for a couple. They do provide mosquito repellent so do not worry. They have a laundry facility just outside which is very helpful. Amazing hospitality and the staff.
Breakfast has limited options and the pool is small. Bathroom tap water has a salty taste. No intercom in the rooms. White towels have a few stains so please check before using them.

The staff are excellent and genuinely sweet and kind people.
The food is very good, you can have table service or room service through WhatsApp.
The bedroom was always clean and they provided complimentary drinking water in the bathroom and bedroom.
I think the bathrooms could use a bit of renovation, the taps are rusted and the bathtub in my room would not hold the water for more the 5 minutes (the plug would not close fully)
It is on a main road and it's a family friendly resort so it can get a bit noisy with bikes zooming past and children in the pool.

Staff were friendly & very helpful and the location is superb, easy walk to Seminyak Village and beach nearby. You also have money exchange and IndoMaret at walking distance. Food in Mutiara is very good - they have a set breakfast and you can choose your options. Rooms are big and spacious. We had a pool facing room and we really enjoyed our early morning tea. Beautiful balinese style property
While going to Seminyak Village - there are open drains - with traffic on the side- it becomes difficult to walk.

Great location - close to shopping mall and flea market. Room was really quiet - particularly given the location in a busy city. Room was spacious with nice balcony. Water was hot, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was ok. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The gym is surprisingly well equipped and is quite private.
Noisy outside in the pool but that canโt be helped given the location. We had a room with a โpool viewโ but only if you stood outside on the balcony as it was around the corner.

The Superior rooms in the hotel were very big and the balcony huge. The location was very close to the shops. Staff were lovely and service good. The pool was lovely and the highlight of the hotel. Breakfast was average. Massage and facial was good.
The hotel needs to be a little updated and surroundings more inviting. The whole hotel area including pool area had a gloomy atmosphere. They should have a bar next to pool and a bit of music as well. The mood and character of the place lacked any pleasant vibe. Very dull. They should have a buffet breakfast instead. The pizza that I ate was terrible! Food was not that good. Afternoon tea they would not let you have a coffee instead of tea. The hotel has great potential if they changed a few things to make it more of a pleasant atmosphere. Bit dangerous as well whilst walking to shops as the cars and motorbikes down the street could easily hit you if you were not careful especially at night as it was very dark. We also went to Uluwatu for the day and the hotel recommended a driver called Maddie. He was ok taking us to the Temple etc for a set amount of hours that we had agreed to pay. But instead on the way back to the hotel he was driving around all these roads on purpose to take longer to make more money! Instead of taking 1 hour to get back he took 2 and a half hours! By this time we were so angry and exhausted we confronted him and we did not pay anymore. After this incident we went to another hotel for our last 2 days in Bali and had a fabulous time.

This was a last minute booking over Christmas as our villa we booked nearby was not liveable.
We booked 3 separate rooms at MUTIARA couple with 2 teenage boys. The rooms were nice a big, super clean, quiet location comfy beds nice bed linen. We all had balconies over looking the pool, fantastic pool - v relaxing. Boys loved the modern on site gym, we loved the morning flat white coffee delivery to our room โค๏ธ
We wouldnโt think twice about staying here again. 2 minute walk to main Seminyak street.

Location was great. Close to the Seminyak Village shopping area which has a fair amount of restaurants to choose from. Very walkable.
Like others have mentioned, the room and facilities were a bit dated. The bathroom, while quite large has an open air roof, which makes it quite humid. When it rained the splatter from the planted landscape area came on the floor and shower area. A small inconvenience but for the price not something I expected. Additionally, because of the open air roof and lack of climate control in the bathroom area made it quite uncomfortable and harder for the towels to dry.
