The staff at Peppers could not have been more friendly. Every person we came into regular contact with learned our names and used them whenever we interacted with them. Special thanks to Asini, Kris, Ketut and Indra for their exceptional service. Our villa was incredibly spacious and any small problems were dealt with so promptly. The included breakfast was excellent (buffet plus a la carte), as were the lunches and dinners we ate at the resort after long days of walking/shopping.

Location was a little out of the way, and with teenage kids I didn't like them walking from the main street to the resort on their own. The resort definitely does try to accommodate for this, and this was definitely only a minor downside.

Feel that the villa wasn’t super clean for a 5-stars rated resort. Cob webs & dust can be seen, stain marks in the toilet bowl, sewage smell in one of the room, toilet flushing not so effective. Blinds in the rooms can’t wind up/down the shades for privacy. Wine opener was rusty. No toilet in the living room. No hand soap in the living room.

Great location. Our group stayed across 3 villa types and believe the 3 bed villa was the best value. Happy hour and room service is great. Highly recommend the in- villa BBQ. Food was excellent. We had 26 people at the 5 bed villa for a birthday. The staff were amazing, cake was divine and we had heaps of fun with the karaoke machine.
Floors are extremely slippery when wet. Not really deal for elderly or young children. I also felt that although the rooms were serviced daily and kept neat and tidy I question how sanitary the cleaning was. I felt the toilets were not properly disinfected even though I made a note of this to housekeeping.

Looking really run down. Particularly the timber decking around the pool. We did bring the issues to the attention of the staff and they did come around and hammered some nails in but it really needs replacing badly. We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa 5 years ago and I thought the decking was bad then but it’s atrocious now.
Cleaning needs improving also. Once brought to their attention the toilet seat was cleaned a little better but it needed replacing. We were in a two bedroom villa this time and the location of the villa was close to the “sewer river”, the stench was not good!

The facility was really bad. Very old with no new updates. Urgently requires renovation or knock down. Kitchen appliances are also old and some were broken like the kettle.
The deck where the pool is, is unstable and creeks when you walk on it.

Everyone was very efficient and helpful at all times. We recieved a beautiful card and bouquet of roses in our room for our anniversary. Kris at the restaurant and Gustave at reception were great. The food was lovely from the full breakfast to a beautiful Nasi Goreng at dinner. Great location to restaurants and beach and shops in Seminyak.

Well, the breakfast spread was not great. And it's not buffet. You are limited to only one main course for breakfast. We did not appreciate the breakfast at all as it spoiled our mood in the morning.
The beach is not very close by. The check in process they expect you to swipe your cars again for so called verification which is absurd because they literally took the money in full for the villa about 5 months before our arrival, so their logic of verifying the card swiped doesn't at all make sense.
The chicken not well cooked by the restaurant. Try not to order that.
The toilet a little dated. Would appreciate if they upkeep their property for the price we paid.
Staffs were not that friendly, so don't expect much from service
Our special request all wasn't even adhered to. Disappointed with the cake they sent to the room.

Immaculate villas, very clean with spacious pool and living/dining areas. Staff were very welcoming and very responsive. Highly recommend the In villa BBQ. Small but serviceable gym. Great location, but with the amenities provided by Peppers, there was not a great need to explore.
Nothing. Not a negative, but the villa was slightly off the main road and a bit confusing for drivers to find.

4 All the staff from security, bell boy, front desk, Laneway cafe waittres and housekeeping staff very friendly, responsive and cheerful
1.Poor maintenance inside the villa and the public place
2. Poor quality check of the amenities and appliance function upon check in and during our stay (some tissue and the mineral water gallon in the living room were not refill)
3. Slow flow of water and more than 3 times each time to flush the toilet inside one the villa bedroom (the middle bedroom) We made the complain twice and only the last day it was better but not completely swift flow.
4. The door of public guest room inside the vill beside the first bedroom could not be closed
5. The last night in the dining room there was a rat passed through the kitchen
6. The position of airconditioning in one of the bedroom blows directly to my face but fortunately there is a mosquito net installed to cover the bed. For some guest it might not be an issue.
7. Upon check in day in the middle room toilet inside the amenities tray (vanity sink) there were ants crawling and I needed to wipe clean the tray and top table vanity sink as well
8. The spa toilet dustbin is full of tissue ( see picture)
9. The guest public women toilet in the lobby the middle cubicle no lock and it seemed it has been sometimes ( see picture)
10. There were mosquitoes in the Laneway cafe during our first night dinner and we brought this problem to one of the waittress. She informed us they just did a mosquito spray for the whole v
compound. We think Peppers need to solve this mosquitoe problem to provide a more comfortable dining experience for all their guest.
Note :
We had stay in Peppers Seminyak in June 2014 (if not wrong) It was called Peppers Sentosa (before Accor took over) It was good and memorable which we wish to go back and recommend to our guest to stay in Peppers Seminyak.
Unfortunately, our second time visit and after Accor take over according to our experience it was not good enough compare to before.
