The three bedroom villa is amazing. The staff go the extra mile for you, and are hardworking. It's close to shops and restaurants. Easy to get a taxi on the app. The villa was so clean, and so spacious.
I felt some members of staff were waiting around for tips; it felt a bit uncomfortable when I didn't always have change on me, and made me hesitant to sometimes ask for help. But overall the staff were lovely, and took interest in us.

I can't recommend this place highly enough. It's even better than the photos.
The villa is just gorgeous - spacious, beautifully appointed, fabulous landscaping, and everything is spotlessly clean. The crystal clear pool is a highlight, unusually big. The resort complex is large and incredibly peaceful - it feels like an oasis.
Staff were lovely, very attentive, professional, and the services are attentive to detail. I had such a wonderful stay and am so grateful to the staff.
It is a little further away from the restaurant strip and Seminyak Square than some villas, but for breakfast it's convenient that Coffee Cartel is just next door.

Huge, spacious, didn’t even notice any mosquitoes, brilliant staff. The most beautiful villa. Will absolutely stay again.
The beds were a little hard and the 3 bedroom villa has a bit of a walk to get to the road. But they offer buggies anyway if you want.

Extremely quiet, spacious, comfortable. Villas are beautiful, the layout, landscaping, pool, bed, everything. Staff so accommodating and friendly. We were even able to check in a couple of hours early.
Next door is Coffee Cartel and walking distance to Merah Putih, Potato Head, W and the beaches. Villa shuttle drops you off anywhere in the vicinity including Seminyak Village for shopping.
In house massage was delightful and very reasonably priced as well.

We loved our stay at the Kunja Villas over Christmas 2024. Our 1 bed villa was even more beautiful in person than in the photos! We were blown away as soon as we walked in. The staff were incredibly attentive and it was really handy to have them drop us to nearby restaurants and attractions a few times during our stay - complimentary drop offs. We chose the timing for our breakfast and room service every day, depending on what we had on or what time we wanted to wake up each day. 24hr reception was handy the few times we had to make changes. It was easy to get our gojek food deliveries brought straight to the villa, as well as room service and in-villa massages which we only booked on the day prior.
The villa was centrally located, with a restaurant, cafe and 24hr mini-mart only a minute’s walk from the front gate. 24hr security at the entrance to the villas made us feel extra secure and tucked away while in the centre of Seminyak/Petitenget area. There’s so much more I could say about our stay and our villa… aircon was fantastic, bed was huge, lots of room to relax in the living area and lounge on the bean bag chairs, pool deck chairs or comfy long lounge. The best part was definitely our pool! So clean and fun, always warm, and surrounded by mature, tropical greenery.
Nothing. It was great.

The Kunja…where to start! ? This is at least our third stay at Kunja. On this trip we were trying a different district & hotel, which disappointed immensely, we got two nights at Kunja, so left other accommodation, arrived 9:30am to leave bags until check in time, room was available, we were checked in immediately!
From the moment of arrival we felt welcoming warmth & happiness. The villas are well laid out, clean, with everything you could ask for. Each villa is completely private & the pool area is wonderful to relax in. Walking proximity to great coffee & well known restaurants. Kunja & its staff invoke a calmness & relaxation needed on holiday! Thank You. Xx

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly! We were celebrating our babymoon and everything about our stay was exceptional. Air con in bathroom aswell as the bedroom was fantastic, especially being pregnant! The whole villa was spotlessly clean and the location was great. Coffee cartel next door was perfect for breakfast and the free shuttle/tuktuk service was a great addition to drop you where you needed to go, super handy in the rainy season! The pool was a great size and kept very clean! The walk in closet was great for storing your luggage and clothes and the four poster bed surrounded by the mosquito net made you feel safe to sleep at night without getting bitten! I would definitely recommend.

Great staff and service. Clean and comfortable home away home. Privacy and quietness for relaxing vacation. Very good breakfast. It was our anniversary trip and they went above and beyond with roses and decorations on the bed and the bath tub. I was impressed and thankful for their kind gesture!
We ordered BBQ dinner at Kunja. The staff were great, and love the decorations. Especially the candles around the pool. Very romantic! However, the food wasn't good. Too salty, too much, and the quality was not good as I expected. Too much food for 2 people. The grilled whole fish was not fresh. We let the staff take all the food away. We would prefer better quality food verses large quantities.

Lovely staff all-around and super accommodating to everything we needed during our stay. Place was clean, and they came in daily every evening to spray insect repellent.
Beds were big, and the living area and pool was massive.

This is our second stay at ‘The Kunja Villas’. We love the one bedroom villas. They’re very spacious, the private pool is gorgeous, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is luxe. The standards of cleanliness are extremely high. The staff are all so polite and friendly; nothing is too much trouble. The location is really close to some top plant-based restaurants and cafes, which we love, and the free buggy service to places further afield was much appreciated. Check in and checkout was straightforward. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again next time we’re in Seminyak.
Nothing.

The Kunja Villa was fantastic. My wife and I stayed here at the end of our Bali honeymoon, and we're very glad we did. The villas are in a great location, very clean, and private. Breakfast was made privately in our villa's kitchen each morning. The staff offers complimentary drop-off service to nearby places. Did I mention it is directly across the street from 32do?

Everything is just wow.
Maybe they could've had a bigger public pool. Private pool was too deep.
